The best experience I’ve ever had. I do not know what was better, the location of the apartment or the host. She is true Neapolitan and is ready to help you with anything. Definitelly coming back.

With the regular price it’s just 1 of many good options. However, when a deal is available, it’s my first choice for Santiago. This wasn’t my first stay at the RQ and probably won’t be my last.

Everything as advertised. Great view overlooking the harbour and close to the ferry and bus terminal which was handy because I was heading to Mostar the next morning.

Bed and pillows are generally super comfortable,plus they have an excellent wifi signal.

I liked that it was clean. The lication is very good.

Everything was good, the room service, breakfast, parking .

Very friendly staff. Hotel just 3 blocks from Hop On Hop Off and La Rambla.

The host was very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome to her cosy and beautiful flat. The flat is actually much prettier than the photos advertised. We ( a family of five) loved it straight away. The location is very convenient for everything. 10 minutes walking distance to the station, 15 minutes to the cathedral and plenty of local shops, restaurants within one minute distance. The flat is extremely clean in all areas. Fresh bedding and linen, spotless bathrooms and kitchen the whole place was immaculate. We would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Florence.

Quiet, modern and amazing rooms. The steam room and sauna are amazing.

This is a friendly & comfortable hotel, well situated close to shops and restaurants as well as Santiago business districts.

The bedroom was completely redone and the mini kitchen nice. the halls and small lobby very clean. the location for mitte in berlin was great, but could be noisy at night. we like to sleep with the windows open so that is a problem. however, if you kept the door shut it was very quiet and dark. many great shops and restaurants in immediate neighborhood, a weekend market at the train station. good walking spot, but ban close too.

There were no disturbances, ideal to rest. I was greeted at an unusual arrival time. I really appreciate that.

Location is close to 3 metro lines, 5 mins walking, exit C.Staff members helpful though only one person spoke good English. Lots of good places where to eat cheaply.

All staff are friendly and polite , location is good easy for everything:- BTS station , Sathorn Boat pier for River transportation and tour , short distance to Silom walking street , thousands food stalls nearby, Robinson Department store and supermarket etc.

The view from breakfast area is lovely. The rooms are big The location is excellent in Istiklal street

Very friendly staff, excellent location- close to two metro stations and a multitude of great bars and restaurants. Spacious, modern and very clean room.

Great location, comfortable clean apartment and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. Now faults at all.

We loved our time at J&J. The room and the facilities in general are clean and comfy and it was amazing to jump out of bed and go swimming in the 25m swimming pool every morning, which was only 1 min away from our room. Also the hotel offers sport courses which you can attend, like pilates or boxing. The breakfast buffet was great and the lady at the restaurant was super sweet and helpful. The staff in general was amazing: special thanks to Jaroslaw from the reception, who is the kindest and most helpful one of all. Best is to go there by car cause its not located in the city centre but actually we used public transportation and you can easily walk from the last tram station or take the bus, which stops in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again and we recommend it to everyone, who wants a nice and relaxing stay over.

The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was a problem & they were always friendly.

The room is small but this is the standard in Tokyo but the room and bathroom are very clean and everything in the bathroom is working just 100% The property is reachable with 2 close subway stations served by Ginza and Marunouchi lines. These two lines allow you to go easily to Shinjuku, Ginza, Shibuya and Tokyo train station. very practical

Great location , with Metro next to the hotel. The Breakfast is superb with nice view of the Acropolis. The Rooftop bar is a Must , especially with the welcome drink coupon we got from the hotel.

The location was perfect and the view of the castle from our room was beautiful. The breakfast that was included was the best I have had in many stays in Europe. It was very nice to have a bar in the hotel to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. I would recommend this hotel to future travelers as one of the best in Prague.

Perfect Room with veranda and Parthenon view! Also great breakfast and excellent location. Suggest this hotel to everyone visiting Athens.

It was a great little apartment and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was not very big, but it was good to have the option to make a nice cup of tea or coffee. The bathroom was amazing and nice and new, all the facilities were fine. The people were really great and super friendly.

We got lost getting there and were met and guided to the venue, and then we were walked to the nearest Mikes Kitchen, superior service

We did not like anything about this property. I’ve cancelled my next visit to this property. The whole experience was aweful.

Great family run hotel in a good location convenient to the airport and a short taxi ride from downtown.

The hotel is nice but tge best thing is that the staff was very friendly and helpfull, the best staff and fastest room service i have ever seen.

The closest variant to Pudong airport for little money. Chuansha Road Metro station is some minutes from hotel – this station also allows to reach the Bund easily

The room is spacious, great location, easy to find, front reception is helpfull. Amazing!

The location of the hotel is good, very near the subway station which has good links to most of Berlin and the airport. The WiFi is of reasonable speed, the free WiFI is limited to 1Gb per day per device, the terms of use forbid streaming video on the free connection, but it is fast enough for some Netflix watching, as with all hotel WiFi networks, use a VPN if you’re worried about security. Premium WiFi access is available for an additional fee. The room was reasonably sized with a large bed and a modern TV, the shower is powerful and the price was reasonable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carlos at the front desk. The breakfast attendant was very good at keeping the buffet items replenished. My room was spacious with plenty of closet space. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the public areas and the room clean.The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping and casinos. I would definitely stay here again.

In your Hotel My some small thing was missing and i call reception. Your supervisor came to me. He committed to morning i will be come other wise other supervisor will come to find out with these guy came for cleaning. but no body came in morning.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is central and very close to Parque Berrios subway station. Room was very clean. WiFi worked ok.

Staff was extremely friendly; the room was oldfashioned, but very clean. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was working well.

The bed was good and comfortable, with a proper mattress rather than a thin futon mattress, and the room was very well soundproofed, so there was no noise from he main road. I travel light, so it was good that they provide a towel, and the giveaway boxes with toiletries and food were also good. It’s an easy direct walk to Shibuya.

* Hotel is full value for money. * Train station (Saint-Mande) is very close to the hotel. * Hotel area is safe.

Great location. A minute walk from MUNI Metro Church Station.

Enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff.The room was very clean comfortable beds as well.

In my opinion the guests have been under rating this hotel. Although it is true that it feels out dated and could do with a lot of renovations, the rooms are super quiet, the staff was helpful and the location was exactly what we were looking for, right on the beach.

Walking distance to Beijing Railway Station and within 30 mins walk to other popular destinations.

The customer service of Ms. Sophia is excellent. The location of the 24 Guesthouse is perfect. My room also looks nice and clean.

Rude staff ever…the woman is an alcoholic who hates her life…..

Staff was very friendly and open to us. They met our needs quickly and well. The hotel is located two blocks from my former home, so I was in my neighborhood. Even for newcomers, you are near transportation, shops, barbers, and wonderful sights.

Newly renovated appartment with all needed stuff-love Nespresso mashine )).We didn’t need to use the public transport during our stay-all is in a walking distance.Atocha station is close and is very comfortable for get to the airport or if you plan to visit some locations around Madrid.

The room was really big, very comfy (apart from couch but that didn’t bother us a lot) and clean. The place is quite far from the city center (WTC or Marina) but its 3min walk from the metro so that made up for it.

We loved the hotel.The location was central, calm and beautiful.The staff of the hotel was very helpful.

The location, walking distance from UCLA and by bus very close to the beach of Santa Monic. Still by bus but in the opposite direction it is possible to get downtown. In the room there was possibility to make your own coffee and there were other amenities, including shower cup. Porridge (to make by yourself with begs) available at breakfast.

The owner was so kind and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. Apartman has everything you need for a stay. Super comfortable bad and pillows. Even if the apartment is located in the city center, was nice and quiet.

Service was awesome and everything was easy going. Even by limiting the room availability for myself by recommending this place…..compared to all my visits in Amsterdam it was by far the best qualitative offer I have had so far. 10 Stars from 10!!!
