Nice quiet location and a great base if you’re thinking of hiking up Mount Batur. The pool is excellent and the breakfasts were also very good. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect, in front of Copacabana Beach. ATM inside the structure. Hotel was comfortable. Taxi just in front and restaurants / bars were close by. Structure was basic but clean.

There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is loads of restaurants near be.

The personnel, Julia and Henry, were amazing. Incredibly welcoming and super friendly with great tips on what to do. The rooms are nice and clean and the entrance hall looks great.

The staff couldn’t do enough to help. So friendly with good English too. All the historical places were within walking distance.

Real close to the citycenter (10 min walking). Very cosy place, very confortable. Good choise in Dublin.

Good location, spacious, Aldo was very helpful and provided good and relevant information, he also responded quickly to some minor problems with the TV and hot water system which were quickly sorted. All round a good apartment.

It is near to Ubahn station (U1 Reumannplatz) and four stations far from Karlsplatz(in 15-20 min you are in the centre of tourist attractions), good reception, clean, toilet, shower, a lot of different nationalities.

For this price you cannot find better in this location if you need just a bed and WiFi.

A perfect hotel for a business traveler. Great breakfast.

The apartment had everything a guest would need, even down to additional toiletry items in bathroom which I have never encountered before in my years of travel. All the little things were covered, such a thoughtful host who truly wanted you to feel at home. We loved our stay here, we could relax, unwind, do our washing and cook a meal in there evening if we wished. It was quite in the evenings which is always a bonus in lively Sevilla! Our host provided us with lots of information about the local area, which we took onboard, making our stay that much more enjoyable.

The location is perfect, our room was on the top floor and we had a beautiful view of the cathedral. We got a great deal on booking.com so we had amazing value for money.

Very helpful and nice staff. They helped whrn I arrived late in the evening and the taxi driver had no idea where the hostel was. Breakfast is bread and egg with tea or coffee, and it was free so it was good value for money

Very comfortable hotel with nice bar and restaurant. Tram stops right outside the front to centraal that can take you back to airport. Was close to the activities I went there for such as Van Gogh. The staff was great as well.

Everything was clean and new. The bed was super comfy. Even though there was a language barrier the lady on reception was super nice.

We we’re given a smoking room upon arrival which i think i have specified on my booking. The first night was a nightmare! The comforter smells of cigarette that i didn’t dare to cover myself with it. The hotel is pretty old! We requested for a change of room & to move to tower 1 but we didn’t get a room at tower one. We transferred to the room one level down. The wifi connectivity on the 2nd day onwards was pretty bad. We could hear banging noise from other room. I spotted a cockroach on the bread section on the 3rd day of bfast. It was disgusting when the staff removed it using the bread knife. He came back w/ the same knife & i asked if it’s clean. He couldn’t speak much english. So i didn’t understand if he took a new knife or he came back w/ the same knife.

We ate every night in the hotel, possibly because it was isolated from any alternative venues, however the Buffet meals were excellent with a wide range of choices and very good value for money

Great location, as hotel is just across the street from a huge shopping mall with a lot of shops and restaurants.

I stayed there for visiting the Canton fair, shuttle bus to and from the fair was provided on a daily basis. Luca a member of the staff who communicates very well in English and was very helpful. "Thank you so much Luca" It is found in a very quiet neighborhood and is just 5 mins walk to the metro station. Will surely come back again!!

Great location close to Darling Harbour, Chinatown and the CBD amenities. Also very close to public transport. The room was comfortable albeit a bit dated in the bathroom. Massive balcony. Friendly staff helped store our luggage after checkout for a couple of hours. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

The decor throughout the hotel and the rooms. Evelyn was very nice. Breakfast had typical samples of the region, and it was very tasty.

I like the hotel, it is very beautiful and clean. I like the room, it is very comfortable and gorgeous with a serene view. It is easy to access a taxi/bus going to the hotel or to any tourist destination. You can even walk and explore the area.

Great location, easy to park. Be sure to let the hotel know you are coming with the car as they have several spots in the street nearby and it costs only 5 EUR per day. Do this although it says in your booking that reservation is not possible. It is and you should do that.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is clean and functional. Just basic amenities. But for that price, that is more than sufficient. It is about 10-15 minutes stroll to Platinum Mall and about 20 minutes to Paragon Siam. But since we were there with the heat, it was really a slow stroll at best.

It is close to the airport about 13 minutes using Kareem it cost me 76 Durhams .Hotel location is good and quite . Room size is good with open space and you feel like you are home. Bed sheets also clean and comfortable Everything is available in the kitchen. Bathroom is very clean .Finally, I want to thank everybody working on the recipient specialy Ms Hawa, Philomena & Mr Mosa for there help & worm welcoming.

Food are nice. There is one girl at front desk speaks very good English and provided very big help with restaurant reservation and other stuff. The location is great, very close to Kyoto station.

Views of the different historical landmarks as well as Athens from different parts of the hotel were beautiful!

Our receptionist on arrival & over the weekend was exceptional. Our room was pleasant/ but small which was disappointing as we stayed 4 nights.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Free water to refill your bottles. Good breakfast. The pool area feels like an oasis with flowers and grapes growing all around it. Very close to the bus station. 20-25 minutes walk to old town

Restaurant service very friendly, inspite language barrier. We liked the gameroom for a game of after dinner pool. If there where not noisy kids around. The beach was nice, to be reached with a little boat. Beach chairs and umbrella’s provided.

Cosy and not expansive hotel nearby metro station. Room and WC are clean. There is a private parking on the backyard (10 euro per day).

very quiet area of Moscow but 10 mins walk from the tube (Tverskaya/Pushkinskaya/Chekhovskaya), nice friendly staff, all equipment new and clean, simple but modern decor, a book by Chekhov as complementary for the room

The hotel has been carefully designed and built on beautiful grounds and has lovely gardens which are well maintained. It is a calm and peaceful place to relax. The rooms are carefully decorated and provide a relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially as you can sit outside to eat. The managers are happy to arrange a taxi to wherever you need to go. We loved our stay at this Italian inspired pousada.
