Staff were excellent – really friendly and helpful. Location is good; in the northwest corner of the old town, it’s a 10-15 minute walk from the main walking street. A nice design with good atmosphere and all kept impeccably clean.

Location is excellent. I walked many times to the Roman Forum area and Metro was also very close by for further locations. The nuns are very nice, friendly and helpful. There is a healthy restaurant right across the square and a large variety of other restaurants close by. The building is has a solid feeling and is safe and very clean. Great value for the location.

Service was slow at restaurant adjacent to the hotel

The room was nice and bed comfy but the bathroom very tiny not much light and when you had a shower the floor filled with water drain was other side of room and everything got wet as there were no shower curtains

Very reasonably priced light breakfast could be delivered to room. Spacious room well furnished.

Gianfranco at reception was very polite and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and was friendly and attentive. Hotel is close to garibaldi station.

The grounds are beautiful with access to two lovely pools and plants everywhere.

The hotel was located at the edge of a small forest. My room was with a nice refreshing balcony. The restaurant served delicious food for breakfast and lunch.

Excellent property, high end and great staff and service. View to the river was stunning.

The quiet rooms opened off courtyards with trees and seating. It was an older single storey property with history. Situated behind the Waldorf Astoria hotel in an excellent city centre location. 20 minute walk to Forbidden city, 30 mins. to Tianamen Square. 2 mins. to Wangfujing street, shops, food stalls. Breakfast included in room price …… nice dining area and good choice of food, Chinese and western. Kettle in room; bottles of water provided.

The staff were extremely friendly and fun throughout our stay! The hotel is perfectly located for all the cool bars and restaurants located in Santa Theresa, including the Hotel bar which was one of our favourites in the area!

Cool interior design. Amazingly comfy beds, big thick pillows, thick duvets and normal sized towels (not those stupid skinny small ones). Close to everything – transport, bars, shops and restaurants. Great shower pressure. Secure lockers. Individual capsules with light and plug. A lift!! Up a few stairs but then lift!!! Woo hoo!

As semi-regular guests at this establishment over several years, we are very happy with our choice.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was clean. Useful things in the rooms like usb charging plugs.

Small hotel with 16 rooms, very few customers, large stylish rooms with old frescos. Very clean, quite, sun terraces, parking service, no disturbing traffic, nice views to the river Arno. Not a long way from old city. Perhaps 15 mins walk. Easy to find back without any map. Decent prices. This hotel has really some own genuine style without being a bit snobbish.

We love the availability of washing machine, the space arrangement for the living room, besides others. The staff efficiency upon service requests is another plus. All in all, we’ll recommend this location to all our friends with highest scores.

The tram to the main train station was right across the street and the metro was just a couple of blocks away. The staff were wonderfully helpful and very friendly. Very happy with this particular Ibis.

fabulous hotel, staff lovely, made homemade cake every day very welcoming would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the centre.

The innkeeper, Paolo, was most helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy.

We arrived much before the check-in time, so we dropped our luggage at their office and went around the city. The hosts were helpful and nice enough to transfer the luggage to the apartment. The apartment is located at a lively centre with lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. It is just a stone’s throw away from Florence’s oldest bridge.

Location of the facility was great, a block off the subway as well as tram line and walking distance to all great attractions in Prague.

Everything! It is near to the center. The rooms are clean. The service is good.

The accommodation was right next to the cathedral but although it was busy it wasn’t noisy in the apartment. The apartment felt secure and safe. There was a little kitchen which was really convenient. I broke my phone and it was really comforting to know I could contact their reception to find out the best place to get it fixed.

The beds, which hang from the ceiling are incredibly comfortable. The rooms are small but cleverly designed to maximise storage.

The hotel is better than the pictures. The room are comfortable and clean. The shower and toilets are fine and clean. The hotel manager/owner is amazing very friendly and helpful. You really feel welcome. The roof terrace is great! The kitchen is clean and functional. The cost is very good for the quality, cleaness, the friendliness of this hostel. I thoroughly recommend this place.

Everything was amazing. We stayed here twice, either side of a Halong bay trip. And it just got better and better. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes to the lake, 30 seconds to the street with the night market. Great food close by. The staff were really helpful, helping with pronouncing Vietnamese phrases to sorting us with a awesome room the second time we stayed. A 5 star hotel on a medium budget.

Location is at 5 minute walk from metro station. 2 large supermarkets nearby (Chinese and Japanese) plus several bakeries and fruit shops Everything is brand new and well cleaned every day incl new towels. Very easy check in process and easy to find. The property was immaculate and a very good size! Perfect stay.

Pretty good location if you are coming from airport – only need to change at Makkassan station. Hotel within short walk from MRT station. Nearby small shops, morning market and McDonalds. Proximity to most historical locations was the most prominent advantage. It basically is in the middle of old Istanbul and within walking distance from most of our targeted visits.

Awesome staff! The morning breakfast was delicious and as buffet I could eat what I wanted.

The hotel was one of the best I’ve ever been. The rooms are spacious and clean, the interiors were modern yet gives you that typical European city vibe, the reception and the restaurant staff were very nice and welcoming --- especially the gentlemen offering coffee during breakfast, wi-fi was excellent, and the location is literally in the center of everything. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square, less than 10 minutes to Republic Square, and around 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. We had a balcony in our room and it’s just magnificent for an evening chill after a day’s tour of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I wouldn’t think of any other hotel in case of future trips to the beautiful city if Prague.

10-15 min walking to Vystavkovy centre (is about 6 station, 15 min far away to maidan and tolystoy square) metro station. U can go easly, anywhere with metro in Kyiev. Around the metro entrance, u can find small coffe shops, small patisserie, kind of food trucks, and women selling fresh fruit/vagatebels in street. Also near the metro station there is a market open for 24 hours ( but after 23:00 u cant find cold beer in front of thr hotel there is a bustop. Coffe shop. Across the road a super market. Next to hotel pharmacy. Nice disrtrict to walk. Good Price Anyway if u dont like much clubs/night life, and dont want to spent money, It will be a good desecion. But if u want to walk in streets at night, go to bars, clubs ect… Not the hotel u looking for.

The location is great- 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to Main Market Plaza. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to book tours through them. The breakfast was delicious. On the last day there, I missed the hot breakfast because I left early in the morning, but the staff made sure I had a breakfast to-go. Rooms were comfortable and water pressure great!

The view from my terrace and the view from the breakfast room were amazing. The lady working there was very polite and helpful. Lovely breakfast.

Facilities were basic but all that’s needed for a short stay. Only a very short walk from a great bus service or a twenty or so minute walk , along Promenade Anglais, to the centre of Nice ( great for walking off all the lovely food!).

We love this hostel! Next time, we definitely taking it again! It is very clean and comfortable place with very friendly personal. We also like big kitchen and location!

Basic room with kitchenette, with the clean bathroom. The place is a classical small appartment in the building where natives live, in the very center, so you can feel the life of the city. Big windows. The host was very imformative and friendly, giving us all possible tips on the neighborhood. Good for city trip, but not for romantic weekend.

Fabulous place right near the centre of Budapest. Great staff, nothing was too much for them. A great place to stay. Highly recommend the zenit palace😀

Good location, near all the restaurants and shops. It’s about a 5 min walk to the beach and a 5-10 min drive to Xcaret which is great. Rooms are very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and helpful, very fast check-in.

The breakfast is excellent. The best parts that is staffs providing service during 2017/10/07 to 2017/10/12. It’s remarkable for me and my mom. Thanks to all of staffs in Birds hostel.

A small single room, but very well designed to make the most of the space. It felt bigger and was tastefully decorated.

Simple accommodation. Friendly Berliner staff, the room has everything you need. Eastern German style, functional, no fuss. Clean, comfortable bed and the rooms come with a sink, which is a definite plus as the bathroom is shared between 5-6 rooms. This was a worry for me but it turned out to be absolutely ok. No queues and always very clean. Towels are provided and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. I stayed for two nights for business, it was an emergency choice and not at all what I would usually go for. However, I had a great time there and consider it very good value for money. An excellent choice for a low-budget weekend away.

One lady in particular-waitress was very nice and helpful

Excellent view from the roof top restaurant, which by the way was opened until late at night!

Location was right in the middle of Corso Buenos Aires, 3 min walk to the Metro station and near many restaurants. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

Fabio gave us very good tipps for the city, which we happily followed. The appartment ist very nice, cozy and well equipped.

Excellent (but fattening!) chocolate cake served in the bar.

Very spacious rooms, helpful staff and they have a kids room if you are traveling with toddlers
