Always a good option in Guangzhou, excellent location and good hotel.

We needed a room for one night in Naples for an early morning flight. I am so glad we chose this hotel because it was really special and was the perfect way to end our holiday. I loved the little touches like the weather forecast and sweets left by the bed. The bath was fabulous! The decor and the lighting were very stylish and charming. Breakfast on the roof was superb. I wished I had room to eat more because there was so much choice and it was all really good. The location was great for us being an easy walk for coming from the boat at Molo Beverello and also easy for catching the airport bus. The hotel is also well located for sight seeing, we only had one day so this was important and we used the funiculars to go up to the St Elmo Castle where we found a bar with the most amazing view I have ever seen. I will definitely go back to Naples and would stay at this hotel again.

Gorgeous modern hotel with extensive room facilities. Really liked the fully equipped, spacious bedroom with mini fridge, wooden floors and very comfortable bed. The shower was amazing and I appreciated the inclusion of shampoo, conditioner etc. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was handy.

Great location, just off the 401. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance too.

The staff were super lovely and let me check in early. The room was scrupulously clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony looked out over the square which was lovely. Obviously it isn’t a 5 star hotel but it does represent excellent value for money. The historic quarter and the seafront with the ferry terminals were a short walk away. Recommend for a cheap stay in Naples.

The location was good as it is located in the Old Quarter. The breakfast also offered a variety of food.

Everything is spectacular! The people, the house the atmosphere!! They are great.

Impressive resort with nice beach , nice garden. When you stay in the Dar Al Masyaf Villa you can enjoy complimentary drinks between 18:00 and 20:00 during the happy hour. You can move around the resort with buggy or by shuttle boat cruising the waterways. The entry to Wild Wadi water park is included in the room rate too. Definitely a great hotel.

all staffs are friendly and helpful. receptionist remember my son’s name, amazing. also at restaurant staff remember type of coffee that my sister order from the day before. For me, it means that they care and take good care of their customers.

Very nice decorated, clean, quiet, super close to city center.

We stayed at Bliss House a bit more than a week and were 100% satisfied with the service, rooms, region etc. The hotel is 7-10 minutes walk from the sea side, the street is rather quite. The Hotel looks brand-new. The stuff is very nice and helpful. The breakfasts are rather good, although like in any other russian hotel they lack some diversity, but anyways for a 3 star hotel you will get much more than expected) Moreover they have a terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Highly recommend to order smth from the restaurant which is on the top floor – they make delicious food, not every restaurant in Adler has the same quality and taste. Also there is a swimming pool behind the hotel, all free of charge and it’s pleasant to stay next to it during the day when staying at the beach is unbearable due to the heat.

Excellent location just a short walk from the old town and with free parking.

Staff were so accommodating! I was in and out of the hotel because I was flying to other countries. They let me keep any extra luggage there while I was out and would have my extra luggage already in my room when I returned back to the city. The location was great. The breakfast was delicious. The room was the nicest hotel room I was at for my 2.5 month duration of being in South America (I stayed in 5 places while I was in South America). I would compare the hotel to the W, which is a luxury hotel in the US! This is saying a lot because I feel like I’m a diva! I feel like the price was so low for the value I was getting. It was also really refreshing that they spoke English. I don’t speak very much Spanish, so it was really really nice. I will definitely be booking with them again if I return to BA!

The airport bus stop is just at the doorstep and it’s also close to subway exit. Plenty of space for luggage deposit and there is a weight scale available. There are a few kitchen utensils for you if you wanna eat in the room.

The pictures didn’t do this place justice, it was very new, very clean, very affordable, and overall a great stay. An excellent value in Bogota.

The price was low, and that was interesting because I was single. And I never saw any cockroach. This is a good place to travel alone for cheap.

First off the staff on site was lovely. What was a bit disconcerting was the video check in process. First time I had ever experienced it so it threw me off a bit. For a B&B it was very lovely and well appointed. There were no facilities other than a breakfast room and your room so if that is what you need then this is perfect for you. Not a big property, I think only 7 rooms but very quiet given the location on a main street. It was easy to get to and only one stop from the Naples Central Train station on the metro. Great location and easy to walk around from there. Breakfast was fine and adequate, nothing memorable but nothing that scarred me for life either. All in all I would return but probably request a street front king room rather than the twin beds in the back.

The room had great natural light and nice views. The bed was fantastic, big working table, big tub and shower. Good quality amenities. Big towels, not just little ones. Great variety at the room service, and fantastic buffet for breakfast. The pool and the gym are amazing. In general, I didn’t have problems talking in English. And the underground is just at the door.

My room was fine. The breakfast was very ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the lady (I think her name was Emel) at reception who dealt with my bill and called a taxi for me.

The view from each room was magic.Each morning we had a surprise visit at he window from swans.

Large room, unbelievably great bus, tube and train access. Staff very helpful with directions, printing tickets, whatever we needed.

Kitchen and laundry machine available, spacious room, easy access to major touring spots, supermarket right outside of the apartment, route instructions sent by property is very easy to understand and super helpful staff!

Close to the Sarajevo airport; rooms look like they were recently renovated. Private parking on-site with security cameras.

Nothing, the apartment was 78% when I arrived and the thermostat was placed so high on the wall I couldnt reach it if I tried!

I have stayed many times at this property and am always happy to be there. The location is fantastic, and the place offers excellent value.

First of all, Sanno, the hotel manager, was very, very helpful with our situation and he worked out a solution that pleased our party dearly. He was very accommodating and pleasant. His English is very good comparing to most Japanese people, so this made communications very smooth. The other staff member that we dealt with was also very friendly and willing to help us out in any way she could. Although she couldn’t speak English, we were able to communicate efficiently enough using Google translate on our phones. The hotel was very clean, had all the facilities one would need on a vacation, and our party of 5 felt very much at home during our entire stay. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk to Dotonburi. The train station, Nippombashi, was even closer, and there were two 24 hour convenient stores within a 2 minute walk.

The apartment has a perfect location at quiet, green and nice area, just few mins walking from a beach. It is modern and fully equipped (even fireplace) with a nice terrace and comfortable parking.

Inexpensive place to stay. If you want a no thrill room, this is it. They have some rooms with private bathrooms and other rooms with shared shower and bathroom. Very lite breakfast just basic stuff. On the 5th floor of an apartment building. The place was full and the staff were very friendly. The place was clean. I would stay again just because it is close to the public transportation and inexpensive.

BREAKFAST SOMEWHAT TIP FROM THE CITY AND WAS DELICIOUS.

Comfortable room and bed. Good that it was air conditioned as Vienna was very hot while we were there. Coffee in the room was quite good.

Every detail of the room was well thought off. Such a comfy and cuuuute place to stay!

Great location! Away from the crowd but a short walk to find it. Very close to monkey forest, good restaurants and all travel needs. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room very large and comfortable. Outdoor shower was amazing!

Staffs are friendly and really helpful. I asked them to keep my stuffs before checkin 2 days but they still helped me. And if I had any problems, they will answer asap. The location is perfect in Hongdae area. Many good places around the guesthouse. If you love cozy coffee shop or pub at night, this place is highly recommended. I’m totally satisfied.

The owner is extremely helpful and welcoming. She was fine with us arriving late in the evening and even brought us our keys after we’d locked ourselves out and went for dinner. 10/10.

Concierge gentleman Renier was superb when my flight was cancelled because of the Typhoon down to Cebu and managed to re-book our flight and change the hotel bookings.

Very clean, rooms are big enough to make you feel comfortable, parking (although it was expensive). The breaksfast was tasty.

Everything, the staff, the people we met there, the pool area

Easy to get to from the airport and close to the local subway station, shops, etc. After initially been give a room that stank of cigarette smoke and with the only window opening to an internal stairway, so it effectively couldn’t be used, plus an air conditioner that output the smell of mould, another more suitable room was quickly made available. Fortunately I was travelling with a friend who also works in the hotel industry and is a native Mandarin speaker able to argue our case with the check in staff. Left to my own devices I’d have had to suffer the room originally allocated.

The location was very good. Close to all points of interest, restaurants and supermarket. We enjoyed our apartment: comfortable, clean, not noisy. The price was reasonable.

I was very pleased with the simple and efficient check in and check out. I arrived on an early flight and I was able to check in at 8 am. I was also offered breakfast that day. Very well located near the tram line.

Excellent location, walking distance to main attractions,public transport close by. Lots of restaurants nearby.
