The owner Monica and Maria were very friendly and helpful. Monica went over and beyond assisting us, she even provided us with recommendations where we can have very good breakfast and lunch, how to walk for all historical sites and provide us with very detail marked map. Location is excellent. It is an apartment building, but has a 24/7 concierge, whom I got my keys (and some advice) from. Communication with the host was great and he was very helpful. The apartment itself has a main bed for 2 people, with a TV and a bathroom. Then there is a separete 1-person bed. I only used the main bed, which has comfortable enough. There is also a small kitchen and table, but I didn’t use that either. I was alone, but the apt would’ve comfortable fit 2 ppl. No nice view, but also not noisy at night. Would return!

It was spacious and clean. It was an easy walk to shops.

We love the 2 receptionist name Miss Huyen and Miss Mai. They are very friendly,kind and very helpful. They are working hard to make the quest happy. The location is perfect.If I come back to Hanoi again I pick Hanoi old centre Hotel again. The doorman also he’s very alert to open the door every time to all the quest. All the staff of Hanoi Old Centre Hotel I will give th2em 10 ratings for the hard work they done to my family and myself. Very happy and satisfied.

We had an amazing time at the apartment. It was a good size and very clean and modern, excellent value for money. The best thing was the genuine friendliness of Tomislav (owner). He ensured that he arranged a time before we arrived to deliver the keys etc and the he really went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy Zagreb. He took us for coffee (and rakia) and showed us on the map all of the best places to go. On our last day when he came back to check us out, we got lost and we’re going to be late for our bus. He kindly drove us to the bus station with all of our stuff and had to make two trips because there were six of us. He wouldn’t even take any money for it. I would 100% recommend this apartment and Tomislav will make sure you have everything you need.
