The location is center of the center of old city for sure. Beautiful and tasteful fittings inside. You don’t need coffee shops with a window just above the central street. The owner is nice and helpful although sometimes not around, but don’t hesitate to reach her if you really need help.

The hotel is very close to the train station where the sapsan from Moscow arrives. Everything was very clean and the room was comfortable, with a small fridge. Included breakfat was good. Staff was nice and ready to help.

Good place for relaxs ‍so lovely and friendly people I love this place

The food was delicious and fresh especially breakfast – we really enjoyed ourselves with regards to food and the options they had.

The bed was quite comfy and the room was large enough.

All the reception staff were lovely. Friendly and willing to help but not to pushy. Their English was excellent (my Vietnamese isn’t! ). Very spacious room. They did some laundry which was expected, but were also able to find a great revival fix for some torn designer jeans that were about to give up the the ghost. I loved that they did not try to ‘upsell’ everything as I found this a common theme in Ha Noi. The reception is currently shared with a sandwich shop – the atmosphere there is very pleasant and I bumped into several guests in that friendly spot. Super close to the nightlife…… in fact you are basically in it but not too noisy in rooms given location. Bia Hoi place about 50m away on the corner is highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, beautiful property, great location: central but quiet. I loved my room above the pool (Baladewa).

We arrived before the check-in time, as there were rooms available our check-in was made without any problem before the correct time. Staff really attentive. Good breakfast. Good Beach services.

Room size is small (less than the average European hotel rooms). everything else is very good.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Very quirky and so cool. Rooms are gorgeously decorated and have super comfy bed. Staff go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They even decorated our room on finding out it was our honeymoon (see pics). Added bonus was the free breakfast bag each morning with an orange juice, banana, yoghurt and muesli. If you want a more filling breakfast you can eat at the restaurant downstairs, the pancakes were to die for and my husband loved the bacon and eggs. Fantastic location too, walking distance from Anne Frank house.

The location is near the Skytrain and restaurants and malls. We kikebthw bathroom sliding door. The lighting in the bedroom is a bit dark.

Its not your usual type of accommodation. I was so impressed when I arrived, it was so very clean and had absolutely everything i needed to enjoy my stay. The rooms are great, much bigger than I expected and with the large smart TV… this was my little home away from home. It really was. Sounds a bit cliche,I know, but it felt like that to me. The location is absolutely fantastic. It literally took me 5 minutes to walk to Acland st, in St Kilda… and from there 20 min to the city on the tram. It’s so very close to the city but its also located in a very scenic and lovely part of Melbourne, Elwood. I absolutely loved it. Peaceful and very quite. The staff ate the accommodation were very friendly and they helped me so much to find my way around. Very well managed guest house. Thanks for the great stay.
