In the middle of all the action in Osaka. Close to shopping centres, food courts and Dotonburi street and Osaka loop rail. Very obliging staff.

Not entirely sure why this hotel has had such negative reviews? I really enjoyed my stay. Slap bang in the middle of the red light district the hotel offers modern clean good sized rooms, a 24 hour bar and reception service, free breakfast and wifi. Staff are very pleasant and the accommodation is very much worth what you pay. Also its very safe and secure. No issues with guests or joe public.

Great location to metro and supermarkets. Two good sports bars within five minute walk. Plenty of cheap resteraunts close by. Good free shuttle. Pool fantastic a bonus great views of Burjaman Khalistan. Staff friendly approachable. Washing machine, microwave fridge freezer cooking stove. Close to Al Mamzar Beach 35-40 DHs in a taxi. Biggest bonus doesn’t cost a fortune like some hotels.

The scenery from the window is very good. Stuff are friendly and kind.

My 11 year old son said it all as we were leaving; this place was awesome! Dana is a great hostess, always quick to provide anything we needed from restaurant suggestions to helpful hints about Playa. The private pool was great. Finally, my son left his souvenir cap and Dana was kind enough to send it back to us. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants a quiet visit to Playa.

Location is good. Close to Rubinstein Street – where all trendy cafes and restaurants in St.Petersburg are located, and Nevsky Prospect is within walking distance. Metro station is nearby.

The rooms were spacious, clean, beautiful, and well furnished. The breakfast was plentiful. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make our stay was enjoyable. Strong WiFi signal in the rooms. The reception area/common area was bright with balconies and couches to relax. Rooms were perfect for a family of 4.

Rooms are very spacious and feel luxury given the price. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice as well. I have stayed in both the 2-person and 5/6-person room. Both were great, and big enough for the group. I can recommend both.

Everything was good. All the staff was cooperative.

The room was very nice,modern and big, the bed very comfortable and large, very clean, breakfast was super and enjoyed it in the room, the staff was really helpful and polite giving you any information you need about the city. There is also laundry service that is very important if you travel for a long period of time. There is a nice swimming pool on the roof garden where you can enjoy sunbathing. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Location is close to the fort and to metro, view from the room, rooms and hotel are clean, parking is also convenient. The hotel is on the 3rd flow of the building and has 2 entrances – from the street and from the cosy garden. Breakfast is very basic, not for gourmets but enough to start the day – sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, bread, coffee, tea, muesli, milk, fruits, butter, honey, jam.

The spacious grandure of the hotel public areas and guest rooms. There were lots of lobby seating for lounging and our room had plenty of unpacking space. It was a comfortable hotel yet not in peak condition as evidenced by the many burnt out bulbs in the hotel marquee.

Very nice staff and almost like a home. Near to Sagrada Familia.

Excellent location and staff service. Food selection, business lounges, lobby lounge and night entertainment were all awesome!

The location was absolutely brilliant, overlooking Central Park near museums and restaurants, and just a couple of streets from the metro.

Comfortable room, typical of a hotel, generously sized with relatively updated furnishings. Staff were helpful, allowing us to check in early and offering an upgraded room with breakfast for less than the standard breakfast cost. The breakfast was good, with a wide range of foods available. The bar also had some good value cocktails available. It’s located very close to the main train station, good for international trains and (indirect) airport trains.

The room with city view is very old and smells really bad

Location is so close to the train station, and so many taxis passing by. There are also a lot of grocery stores nearby. Jorge, the person in charge, was very nice to us. Put his time in searching things for us to do.

Breakfast not to bad. First morning frozen milk and juice.

Very cosy and comfy. Each bed comes with several plugs (regular and USB), a bedlight and a fan and enough space for personal stuff. The locker is very large. The location is great. It is possible to book tours at the front desk for a decent price. The tour I booked to Ninh Binh was ok. The prices at the bar are decent as well, but a free drink for clients of the hostel would be appreciated (if I remember well I was just given a voucher buy one get one free on a limited selection of drinks).

We had a little trouble locating the property as it was Sunday afternoon when we got there and a lot of shops were closed. However we saw the signs and were let in by the owners. You go into a central courtyard and we thought we had made a big mistake but once in the property we were delighted by how clean and bright it was. The owners were lovely and brought us breakfast in our room. Good location for shopping and cheaper bars and restaurants. Loved it

I always stay in this hotel every time I’m in Florence. The staffs always welcomes you with a big smile in their faces, also are very helpful if you need something. Big rooms as always and very comfortable beds. the bathroom is sparkling and very clean. the bar downstairs is good too with a lot of wine and liquor selections. Always a great stay.

Acra hotel has friendly helpful staff members, the location is excellent very close to tram station, bazar, restaurants and mosques. The room was cleaned daily. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Clean place with hot shower. It has a homey vibe and is a street away from golden boat noodle house and train station.

So we were upgraded, got a free cocktail and given access to the breakfast and spa… I can’t really complain. Facilities were great and there were lots of local eateries and bars. Shopping at L’illa couldn’t be any closer.

A hotel at a perfect location, not many meters from Saint Mary’s Church (Kosciol Mariacki), the main square (Rynek Glowny) or the old town. 10 minutes walk from the station where you can take the train directly to the airport for example. Walking distance to all other attractions. Overall a very nice staff, not everybody so good in English, but they all did their best and always with a smile. The hotel is located in an old building, renovated with a certain charm, creaking wooden floors, for example. Large rooms with high ceilings. Comfortable beds. Very clean and tidy. A little loud with sounds from the corridor outside though. In general a hotel I highly recommend

I was put in a recently-renovated room with a less-horrible bathroom than the standard cabinn. Can’t beat the price/location.

Thanks to the nice guy at reception firstly, as I am not so familiar with the road to hotel, it was midnight when I reached. The facility of the hotel is really old, but it is clean and the tram to down town and railway station is convienient.

This is a very nice hotel located in, for me, a perfect location. I’m not a night life person so prefer to escape the city centre for a more peaceful location. The hotel is though located very near to a metro station enabling one to get into, and out of, the city with ease. As my flight landed at 08:30 I contacted the hotel to ask if an early check in would be possible and the hotel allowed check in upon arrival at 10;00. I also asked if a late check out would be possible due to the timing of my flight and once again the hotel permitted it.

The room is beautiful and every furniture is new and comfortable. Everything is clean. The location is very good. Very close to the city center – deribasovskaya street, opera house and port of Odessa. the stuff is very nice. I price is relatively cheap for such a beautiful room in the city center.

Everything was perfect, I can’t imagine better. It was clean, well-equipped and spacious. You can reach the center in 10 minutes by walk, but the apartment is located in a silent street. Just amazing!

The hotel is very close to the railway station Gare de l’Est. Perfect for people arriving by train. The room was very small which seemed to be a standard in Paris. According to the hotel description, there should be a safe in the room. There wasn’t! The hotel staff told me that the safe wasn’t installed yet and will be done later. I think that is rather unlikely because there was really no more space in the room. Good internet connection. Friendly staff.

The view of jing An temple was amazing. The bed is sooo comfortable. Our baggage were delayed and the concierge helped followed up with the Airport. Location is along metro line 2 which connects direct to Pudong Airport.

They approved late check out till 5 pm when they knew my flight is in the evening.

The staff are a credit to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The welcome at reception was brilliant. After a day of travelling we were given hot towels to freshen up and a cold glass of juice. Our luggage was then taken to our room.

The location is excellent. The hotel is warm and inviting. The hotel’s ability to summon taxis outstanding. The small cafe staff (for lunch, snacks) is wonderful.

The location can’t be beat. We were directly across the road from the Wild Goose Pagoda and Park. There was a fantastic light show with orchestral music at the Fountain Plaza there in the evening. It was really great. The room was very cozy and and had an elegant Asian look. The bathroom was. Dry large and spacious. It was the right choice for us!

The host is very nice and easy to communicate with, she was waiting for me with the keys even though I was running late. There is everything in the apartment that you might need together with some tea, water and muesli for emergency that I actually needed as I forgot to do shopping (stores are around). Location is a strict city centre with a lot of busses and trams around. Apartment is very nice and modern and everything is functional and it is well equipped.

The room was clean, spacious and family friendly. The staff was helpful.

The location is great, convenient and it’s very close to most of the tourist spots in seoul like Myeongdong, namdaemun market, namsan tower, etc..we walked too all these places. It is also just 2-minute walk to subway line 4. The hotel staff are all very, very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay at Hotel Mido and will certainly recommend it to our friends who plan to visit Seoul. And if we do come back to Seoul, will most definitely book to this hotel again. The Hotel is clean and provides toiletries, including large towels. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Breakfast is available for guests daily from 7:30-9:30 am.

Location was perfect. Staff was so friendly and helped with every need…Such as helping us learn how to say"thank you" in polish…which we finally grasped on our last day. Loved it!!!

Claremont is an up market back packers. We’ve stayed here quite a few times and it is always really clean, that’s a massive tick for me. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky as it’s on the street around the hotel but you just have to stile it lucky and we usually do.

Perfect position, Gion and Higashiyama just out of the door. Bus and subway very close. Staff polite and good english, very helpfull. Just the place i needed to sightseen kyoto in few days. For lonely travellers common area is very social in the night, book, beer, talk with staff.

For 1 star is very best hotel, breakfest is so good, very large choice. Sea is very close and center is close too.

The staff were very friendly and always greeted us. The hotel theme was amazing! The view was great from room and swimming pool! Beautiful service and place to be! Very convinient location, short walk to MBK and Siam Discovery! Will definitely return to stay with Siam@Siam when we visit again. Thank you!

Staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming as we swapped to this hotel due to an awful room with mould elsewhere. Rooms outstandingly clean and comfy with spacious bathroom and lovely shower. Great coffee bar and breakfast area with delicious pastries.
