The lady at the reception was super nice. She facilitated everything quite well. The rest of the staff too was ok. Value for money was outstanding. Hotel was very central.

Location and pool were fantastic given the 95 degree daytime temperatures. There is no other hotel with these amenities within this price range

The only thing I liked about the hotel was its location. Everything else was appalling.

Large room, quiet room, very good buffet breakfast.

The hotel is well located immediately next to the katuna mosque and minutes from the fena square markets. Has a swimming pool and a good buffet breakfast. Bathrooms are comfortable and the newly refurbished.

A great place if you like cats, maybe not so if you don’t!

Breakfast starts early at 6am, which gives you time to eat before tours

I liked the location and the the pool and gardens. Staff were helpful when I pointed out problems with the room and was upgraded to pool view family rooms with an inter connecting door.

I stayed at Dar Justo with my girlfriend for 7 nights. What a Riad we found in the heart of the Moroccan Medina. Beautifully designed and very clean with maids working round the clock to ensure the place was neat and tidy. Our favourites were the spaces in which you could relax, as in the heat of the day in Marrakech, walking around for hours becomes a struggle! We also enjoyed the small pool in the centre, perfect for cooling off after a day of wandering. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, speaking good English was useful, although we did try our hand at French and Arabic! The rooms were traditional and met our needs for the most part.

Best location ever. Right in the middle of the souks in the medina. The hotel is beautiful, the room is very nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It has lots of cute corners to relax in. We also recommend the hamamm in the BAIN BLEU it was great! We will definitely be back to this hotel!

I liked the fact that some of the staff went out of their way to ensure i enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is several old houses and Riads combined giving many different levels and separate sections, something for everyone. The staff are terrific, the rooms we had were very spacious and comfortable. Drinks on the terrace at the end of a day were a real joy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Public rooms and areas very pleasant. Good views over the rooftops from the terraces. The property is very conveniently placed in the centre of the Marrakech medina.

Great water park. Good food. Felt safe and secure.

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to others. A decent amount of variety of food (although was quite repetitive after 2 days) Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious (standard double suite) and has a private seating area for two, inside and another on the patio outside. If you want peace and quiet.. this isn’t the hotel for you as there are kids absolutely everywhere. If tranquillity is what you are looking for, try staying in a raid. I personally thought it had a great vibe and was lively and full of energy. The water Park is an added bonus. Lots of fun! It is open until about 6pm. The free shuttle bus is also very useful. It sometimes gets fully booked and so you are asked to book this 5 hours a head of time. Change your cash at the hotel: The rate at the hotel is much better than the one at the airport, so dont be in a rush to change your money at the airport.

The staff were really rude and unfriendly, hotel was tired, no hot water first 4 days.

A perfect place to stay with the family. Aqua park on the doorstep and a free shuttle into the centre daily. We stayed Oct/Nov time and the weather had been perfect, not too hot for little people.

Great Value for money, at these prices you can’t really expect 5 star. Hotel was clean and room was spacious and comfy. Kids liked the waterpark. We stayed on the appartient of the 1st floor. It was spotlessly clean, the shower was really pleasantand the air-conditioning as well as the wifi worked flawlessly. Overall the flat is modern and bright -the pictures on booking.com are perfectly accurate. The location of the flat is just perfect, in a quite area but only minutes away from nice bars and restaurants and from the Arsenal district. San Marco is a 15 minutes walk.

Nice and comfortable hotel. The room (deluxe) was quite big and clean. Although our room was located on the side of the busy road we did not hear anything from outside thanks to the double windows. The swimming pool is very nice as well.

Beautiful orange blossom smell throughout hotel. Lovely ground floor room near pool. Seating area near room do we could sit and drink by the pool during the hot evenings. Toilets were clean. Toiletries were ok. Staff were professional.

The hotel is overall simple, but well made and recently renovated. The location is off the city center, but all main attractions can be easily reached in 10 min by car. The pool is fine. The rooms and bathrooms are very big, but miss a little style touch. The spa is quite good with a nice ambience. The absolute best thing of this hotel is an amazing staff, extremely professional, friendly and always ready to go above and beyond. All in all, I would probably consider coming back here. Really, very hard to find such a great staff anywhere else in Marrakech.

The bed was a bit too hard for me, staff were helpful but the location was not near anything so would have to taxi to go anywhere. Small pool on site was good

If you are visiting the West Lake, this is the most convenient place. It is near the beginning of both Su Di and Bai Di which are the two most beautiful roads to cross the Lake. I suggest that you get a shared bicycle, it would be the most pleasant experience riding through the beautiful roads, also by biking you would be able to visit most scenery spots in Hangzhou without searching for taxi or bus/subway stops.

Hotel very well positioned, you can move on foot to the medina and other attractions. Very clean. Spacious, immaculate linen, comfortable bed. Bathroom small but clean. Attentive staff, helpful. We ate the best tajine in café. Good prices. Breakfast is pretty poor, not much choice but we managed. Therefore we decided to stay one night at this hotel.

This is an amazing hotel! We loved our stay here from the 25th to the 31st Dec. The staff was always helpful. Cleanliness was paramount here. Wifi worked really well. The family rooms are huge. The bathroom was a slightly small compared to the room. The air con worked as a heater. The breakfast is limited and same everyday, however the staff is always ready to do extra. I would definitely stay there again. The cafe downstairs is great too for pasta, sandwiches and other hot and cold food. Lots of restaurants around this hotel and an Acima supermarket as well as a Carre Eden mall with designer shops. 25 mins from the old city like Jemaa El Fna and Koutoubia Mosque.

Me and my family loved it at palm appart so much we are coming back next year! The staff are sooo friendly and welcoming the language barrier made no difference in making relationships. Our holiday memories were made at the gorgeous pool and beautiful balcony views perfect for family dinners.

The cleaners need to do more cleaning because my room was not cleaned properly I had to sweep the floor myself twice and had to request my bedsheets to be changed on the fourth day of Rrrival to the hotel. T

Loved the scenery and vibes from most of the staff.

Very spacious; calm part of the city; good for family with kids; large pool (its electric installations may be questionable though, as I saw some electric cables in the spillover compartment. Immediate vicinity of the Carefour supermarket; probably Marrakesh’s largest shopping center of this type.

The pool. It wasn’t busy at all and enjoyed every minute I could get.

Exellent location.modern look and feel.beds are very comfortable.

The location was very good and there where good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The house owner was very friendly and gave me a warm welcome. I will stay here again when I am in Florence.

Charming, traditional Riad located in a quiet area of Place de Ferblantier. This place has been the cherry on top after a multi- day tour in the desert and a perfect place to end a vibrant experience in the souks of Marrakech! Riad Aladdin is an oasis of calm in the bustle of Marrakech. Ideally situated in the Medina for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Don’t be put off by the exterior, once the door closes behind you, the beauty of the place grips you. Christophe, Adil and the rest of the staff work tirelessly to look after you – nothing was too much trouble. There was nothing nicer after a day of sightseeing than dangelling your tired feet in the pool with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or sitting in a cosy nook, curled up with a good book drinking a cup of their aromatic coffee. Dinner on the rooftop terrace was a treat in the cool of the evening watching the storks on the building next door, listening to the haunting call of the muezzin. Each of the bedrooms are different and quirky yet spotlessly clean and comfortable with the shutters on the windows and doors keeping out the light to help you sleep. An absolute gem of a place that we would recommend to anyone.

The Riad is really traditional, is cosy, clean and well located. The breakfast is amazing and the terrace is great for a rest, catching sun or feel the breeze during the warm nights. It’s not in the center of the Medina, but it’s near a new (still in construction) area in the south of the medina really peaceful.

Nice & comfortable place in the Medina, close to all the sightseeing spots but still quiet. Staff was very helpful and even got in touch upfront to help organizing transport etc. Nice eating area and good breakfast. We did a cooking class with the restaurant chef, which was a great experience of local culture.

Nous n’avons passé malheureusement qu’une nuit dans cet établissement. Le personnel de réception et le petit déjeuner étaient supers. La localisation correcte dans la médina.

Close to center, and 2 of the best restaurants in the same street. A little small but everything right and good price. The owner Anna is very nice and helpful, let me check in one hour before, lend me a charger for phone, help me to clean a shirt, cleaning in the middle of stay, and come to increase the heating as the temperatures were going down. Thanks!

I came back from Marrakech yesterday, and I am so glad that I chose Riad Basma to spend 4 nights there. A selection I did there were hotels with the same review score but with double the price (most of my friends have chosen those) but the quality was the same, if not better Riad Basma. If you are into staying at the Medina, the location is great as it is around 200 meters from the main square Jeema El Fna. If it is your first time in Marrakech, I would highly recommend to stay in the Medina. The manager Hasna, speaks fluent Arab, English, French and Spanish and it was super helpful, she gave us advices from where to shop and visit. She offered us an scale to weight our luggages and arrange our taxi back to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good!

Staff are more than friendly and very helpful. Kawthar and Haj Ali are extremely sweet and kind. The place is a walking distance from most of the siteseeings. The decorations of it are very Morrocan and Authentic . I was not happy with my rooms size and Hasnaa (owner) was kind enough to upgrade my room without any extra charges. Breakfast was good.. just needs to include scramble eggs 😂

We arrived early at the hotel and was checked in with no problem. We also went out early a few mornings and the gentleman got up early to do us breakfast before we went out which was very good. TAxi was organised for us back to hotel.

Extremely beautiful riad-like the pictures, clean, quiet, excellent location, helpful staff. We highly recommend arranging a taxi to pick you up from the airport, it’s very hard to find your way in the small streets of Marrakech. It costs 15 euros, which we found is the standard price. They also collaborate with a tour agency and they booked us a group tour to Zagora for 65 euros/person, which was a nice experience!

Such an amazing place to stay in Marrakech. The lady owner is amazing, and will do everything to help you. She is so kind and you really feel like you have a home in Marrakech. Great location! Great breakfast. Will definetely come back. Worth every penny. The room my boyfriend and I stayed in was really beautiful and the bathroom was big. There is a really nice little roof top terrace, a great place to rest after a long day of exploring.

I loved the tranquility of this riad amid the noise of the medina. Beautiful and comfortable surroundings. The young woman Hadja (?) Was kind and helpful.

Hasna was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Rooms were beautiful and all staff were really friendly and accommodating.

We wanted a centrally located hotel. Hotel prices are very expensive in Sydney, and this seemed reasonable. There was a fridge in the room, and it was a decent size.

Lovely little riad in the medina! Great location and nice clean rooms

My girlfriend and I got upgraded to the Ahlame suite, as it was empty when we got there. Hands down the most amazing room I’ve ever stayed in! From the very comfy bed to the air conditioning to the bathroom facilities, everything was superb. I’m sure all the rooms are great though. My girlfriend had an early flight in the morning, so the staff made her a take away breakfast. When I returned, I decided to sleep through breakfast time, as I wasn’t feeling well. When I checked out around noon, I was still offered the delicious breakfast with a smile. I didn’t get the names of the owners, but they are very kind and serviceminded people. We only stayed for one night, but if we ever return to Marrakech, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very helpfull in offering parking facilities, which is a problem in Marrakech.

I stayed at several different riads during my time in Morocco and I have to say Riad Cherihane was my favourite! Nezha is fantastic, she contacted us ahead of time to ensure we wouldn’t have any difficulties finding the riad (airport shuttle is worth it if you are not familiar with the city!). Upon arrival, the welcome was friendly and warm, and we were given a city map with plenty of advice. We were upgraded to a larger room that was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and had great lighting and air conditioning compared to other riads. Rooftop terrace is beautiful. Staff are very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we need. Location was good, an easy walk to food and shopping. Breakfast was delicious! I absolutely recommend staying at Riad Cherihane!

It is a really cosy and beautiful place to stay. The owner is really nice, she helped us giving us the tips needed for visiting the city. She also prepared breakfast for us when we had trips organised really early in the morning and when we left also for the airport. The breakfast were really good with a lot of food. The Riad is well located and really clean. I recommend it 100 %. If we come back for sure we will stay here again without doubt.

Lovely rooms and terrace. Upgraded to a larger room for one night and packed us a lunch when leaving early our last morning – this also included a selection of gluten free items for my partner. So nice that the hosts went out of their way to do this. We were given tea and nice pastries on arrival , as well as a map on how to get around the souks which were about 10 minutes walk away.

Everything about this hotel was spot on central location quiet comfortable very clean and the staff were brilliant always on hand to help you with transport directions to anywhere in the city and any other issues

Nice riad in the old medina. Good place to stay when visiting old city. Good breakfast and nice staff. It is little bit off main street so it is not as much noisy.

Nice quiet place in amongst the craziness of the Medina. Room was small, but adequate. Clean and tidy.
