Everything was excellent from the room location, the waterpark facilities to all the staff from the moment we checked in late in the evening to all the cleaning staff, entertainment team, restaurant team and especially the life guards all very friendly and polite. Well done Aqua Mirage.

Nice swimming pools but internet very low wireless connection

The hotel very nice, but there was nowhere nearby to walk to.

The hotel in general was amazing. Looks exactly like the pictures and we got exactly what we expected. Water park was fun, room was perfect and staff were beyond helpful and friendly always going the extra mile.

The cleaners and other staff were really good and tried to be as much friendly and helpful as they could but there was a big language problem

Very family friendly resort that felt safe for children especially with lifeguard presence. Water park was amazing for all ages and had good opening times. Resort is spacious so didn’t feel over crowded. And pool area was nice to relax during day. The staff in the dining area were all very friendly and hardworking. Rooms were clean and spacious with nice view to relaxation pool area.

Faiza the lifeguard and sana part of the animation team. We thank you for being so accomodating. Faiza for playing with my daughter in the aqua parc and sana for looking after my daughter when my hand got stung. X

Everything was perfect,aqua park,buffet,food,rooms,animation team.

Said was a super friendly host and we felt like home in the riad. The rooms are so cozy and the the terasse with the pool is ideal for breakfast, afternoon tea or dinner. We loved it all!

Everything was perfect. Room, service and location. Said was the best host we have ever had in a hotel.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. This riad has been renovated with a lot of taste and is a real gem. Conveniently located in the medina of Marrakesch with very nice and helpful staff. Wonderful roof terrace with a small pool where breakfast is served (that is however a little bit small). We can also highly recommend to have dinner there; we had very tasty tagines.

Excellent Riad in the heart of the Medina, its like stepping back in time as you navigate the narrow alleyways to the beautiful old door which opens into a haven of peace and tranquility. Sa’id the host was superb, happy by name and nature, nothing was to much trouble, lots of friendly advice and help with genuine sincerity. Perfectly placed to wander the souks freely and make your way on foot to all the major sites in Marrakech, taxis are easily arranged to and from the airport. The home cooked food was excellent and an evening meal up on the roof terrace with candle light with just the silence broken by the call to prayer from the surrounding mosques was magical. We would very happily stay here again.

The riad is beautifully fitted out, understated elegance at its best. The roof top terrace is lovely. One of the best places we have stayed.

Absolutely wonderful in all respects except ….. be prepared for the winding back streets of the medina, it’s really tucked away!

5 star hotels in Marrakech could learn a thing or two from the team at Dar Akal. Be sure to accept the transfer – its much easier and have at least one meal. We enjoyed the best tagine here at lunch. Fully recommend this Riad and thank you to the team. The pool is also a welcome respite from the heat.

Staying in Dar Akal was an excellent choice, given the enormous amount of riads at Marrakesh. We felt safe and welcomed, everything was taken care in detail. The room was comfortable, quite big, and the air conditioning worked well, which made quite a difference, as outside were 40 degrees. Breakfast was delicious, cooked at the moment and served in the terrace. The location was near to the souks, but at the same time quite near to the common Medina shops, so it felt quite genuine! We hope to come back very soon!

Amazing it’s located in the courtyard of the famous Ukraina Hotel, 15 min from Kremlin. The brand new and cosy interior is completely unpredictable from its historical look. It’s comfortably modern, spotless clean, and quiet, with a long writing desk and new nespresso coffee machine! The staff are all ultra friendly and welcoming, like the complimentary chocolate everywhere. And the breakfast is more than we expected, particularly for the choice of pastries and fruit! There are free parking space around. And a lot of good restaurants nearby though they are on the pricey side.

Everything was great! Nothing to say the staff has been very kind and always ready to make you feel comfortable. We loved having breakfast on the terrace and the dinner we had at the Riad was awsome! Very close to the Central Square but at the same time very peacefull and quiet. 10!!!

Friendly and extraordinary helpful staff, insider tips, location rioght in the center but out of the hubbub, no security concerns, quick email replies, homemade breakfast, supportive in planning stay and future travel.

Nice quiet area, big and clean room, beautiful rooftop. The bed was big and comfy too. Nice staff. There are only a few rooms in the riad so it feels real relaxed.

We stayed here for 5 nights April 17! Fabulous, quiet, and peaceful Riad 5 min from Jamaa El Fna (main square). Beautiful trees, plants and decor throughout. I booked the superior room incl ensuite perfect for me & my 2 children aged 7 & 10. Aside from our room there are 3 other rooms in the Riad. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, it is fresh tradition Moroccan food with fruit and fresh orange juice, Rachida also catered for cereal/omelette. The staff Rachida and Mohamed are both really nice and attentive. We felt safe, happy and relaxed. The photos on booking.com are accurate. I highly recommend staying here 😊

Everything was awesome at R’Mane. Mohamed and Rashida were super friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing, food, comfort, privacy. I especially loved the fact that scented candles were lit every day and it would smell amazing. I will definitely stay there when I’ll visit Marrakesh again.

Location was great, 5 mins walk to Jma El Fna. Staff were great and helped us organise taxis and excursions for day trip to Agadir.

Fantastic service and very central to the old souks. Staff very helpful. Nothing is too much. The accommodation very traditional and I like this. Has gardens and terraces. Brilliant.

The apartment had many extra items in it, such as various coffee’s, tea bags and items to use in the bathroom and cooking

Everything about this hotel was great. They thought about small details and made sure you felt special. Our room was amazing, so much space. The pools were also amazing and the indoor pool and spa were a nice bonus. Make sure you eat at La Cour des Lions!

The suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The balcony allowed a stunning view of the pools, gardens and mountains where the haze disappeared – simply magical. The spa is also stunning and offers high quality treatments with welcoming and professional staff. Concierges and door men were all helpful and made our stay smoothness.

The Staff are the greatest asset here as we were thoroughly spoilt during our whole stay. We stayed in the Palace Gardens part of the resort and had a perfect stay, the room was very clean, exceptionally comfy bed with crisp cotton bedding, the bathroom is very well equipped with fluffy towels and plenty of products. We really enjoyed the gardens and swimming pools again the service at the pool bar, and sunbeds was fantastic. We did eat lunch each day at the poolside and highly recommend the Tuna Nicoise Salad, a delight. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world for business and leisure over many years and can honestly say that this place is now in my top 5!!

I loved the room very spacious and the balcony the gardens are beautiful I had fantastic experience staying there very relaxing quite and the breakfast was really good I will definitely stay there in the future

What we liked the most is the swimming pool/garden area because it was really nice/pretty. The only unfortunate thing is that from 12:00-20:00 they play very loud club music, which 1 is inappropriate and 2 disturbs and takes away all the beauty and peacefulness of the garden/area. The second thing that we liked and want to complement is the restaurant staff of the hotel, whom are hard working people and very kind and take the best efforts with what is possible in the hotel. Oh and the coffee during breakfast is really nice.

Everything was amazing. Loved the staff, so so friendly and nice, always had a smile on their faces and were very welcoming.Rooms are spacious and very clean, really nice area, close to many attractions. Absolutely loved it and if we’ll ever come back we’ll definitely stay here again.

We did not like anything about this property. I’ve cancelled my next visit to this property. The whole experience was aweful.

All good I really love it it’s my favorite hotel in marakech.you have everything inside the hotel food is great, swimming pool excellent. Palm trees wonderful.I can’t wait to visit again.

The hotel was lovely, clean and modern. However we stayed here in the summer where minimum temperatures were 39 degrees and found that the air conditioning was not great, we moved rooms twice and found the rooms to be very very hot with not even a fan. We arrived later in the afternoon at 5pm and decided at 8.15 after dinner to cool down in the pool – we were informed this closes at 8pm. We had an early flight and went down to breakfast at 6.30am when it opens. The staff was no where to be seen and the breakfast buffet we paid for consisted of some bread and cereal. No hot food or fresh food had been prepared.

Breakfast was good, accomodation had seen begtter times and for the price totally not up to par with what it should be for that price. I will not recommend anyone to stay here but to suggest to go somewehre else where the price meets the quality

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Located next to the main square in the heart of Marrakesh, 2 minutes walk to everything. The hotel is 5 star +++ Yet, walk in the doors, and the hotel is quiet and tranquil, unlike the hustle of the markets and square. Staff are amazing and pay attention to the smallest detail. Two pools in beautiful settings Amazing restuarants Spa is also five star. You get everything you pay for in this hotel, and far exceeds expectations.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a bonus. Rooftop pool gives nice views of the surrounding area.

The room was modern and spacious. We were on the highest floor and had a good view of parts of the city. Breakfast was ok…not so great. Hotel is in a good location not too far from Jema el fnaa. We walked going and took a taxi (20DH) coming back. Some of the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Liked the layout, traditional decor with modern facilities. Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Mohammed was very friendly and helpful during our trip. We booked 1 night, and several more nights a few days after, as we went on a desert tour. We were allowed to store our luggage in the same room during this time. Also he packed a breakfast for us the days we left before breakfast time, bought bus tickets for us, posted our postcards, etc. We felt well cared for. Furthermore, the riad was clean, nicely decorated and has only a few rooms, which made it a peaceful place next to the busy souks.

Great breakfast, stylish furniture, very friendly host, nice pool

The place is very nice, exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is easy to get here by taxi and it’s between the main square (20′ walk following one avenue or 12′ if you know your way through the souks) and the new city (25′ walk). The entrance is through an alley, it looked a bit scary the first night but it is actually a very quiet area with lots of families and children playing outdoors.

Everything was perfect! Specially the stuff was amazing with us, very helpful!

Good breakfast, nice decor, perfect check-in and good communication. Room was comfy. I enjoyed the location, walkable from the major tourist locations, but not too busy.

The host was very friendly and helpful, he even packed us our breakfast to go, on our last day in Marrakesh and called us a cab. The riad was well decorated. The breakfast was tasty

The property has good location, close to the souks and centre short walking distance. The staff has excellent hospitality manners. They made our stay a very nice experience at Riad Amani. Loved the potato pancakes @ breakfast.

We ended to stay at this place for 5 nights in total because of its staff with warm welcoming heart. They are amazingly helpful. They did everything what we needed such as organising our short trip to other cities. And it was a bit cooler than we expected, then a female staff lent me some clothes to go to the dessert and got us extra hearing. If we have a chance to go back to Marrakech, we will definitely want to stay in this place again. Thank you for everything.

The hosts were so oblidging nothing was too much trouble for them u could have anything u wanted and as much as u wanted the bread and pastries were so fresh and at a time that suites u how fab is that

The staff was incredible and the hotel is immaculate, quiet, has everything you need and we truly felt like we had happened onto the best hidden gem of marrakech.

We loved the location – while not downtown, it is a convenient 10-15 mindrice ffrom Marrakech’s Medina (old downtown) and quite calm (surrounded by farm fielda and a few reaidentoal buildings). We also loved the garden – green, flowery, full of beautifully singinf birds. The calm setting for breakfast and leisurely relaxation around the pool allow for a good rest even in the midst od the hot Kech days. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. This is a family-owned hotel, where the owners care a lot about healthy food (they grow their own olives, oranges, chicken, make their own bread) and about the personal touch. They provided helpful advice on visiting the city and its surroundings. The bed quality was also good – big and not soft.

Beautiful hotel with landscaped garden and a nice size swimming pool. Spacious room with two bathrooms overlooking the lovely garden and a safe to leave valuables. Impeccable cleanliness and very friendly/dedicated staff. Copious and tasty breakfast. Excellent value for money.

We loved the place. We stayed four days. It is a clean, beautiful, and quiet Riad in the countryside (with view on the Atlas) but just 10-15 minutes away from Jemaa El Fna. The welcome from the owners was fantastic, very friendly and helpful family. Breakfast was great, outside in sunny garden, and additional dinner was excellent, fresh and 100% home-made. A warm thanks to Noureddin, Nadia y Bouchra, we hope to go back some day…

Beautiful riad, and a fantastic staff! Room was spacious and bed perfect for me. To say Hassan and his team were kind and helpful would be an understatement. I was made to feel very welcome and his arranging a car from and to airport also worked perfectly. Highly recommended! Choukran, Hassan!

The owner Hassan was just amazing. So generous with his time and happy to organise anything for us. The location was great, close to the square but far enough away to be able to enjoy some peace and quiet. The breakfasts were also great and ready whenever we liked.

Hassan and his team are really helpful. Next to that the rooms are really clean. Breakfast is good and the pool was nice

I looooved everything! The hosts made me feel right at home with some green tea even before check-in. My room was amazing, super clean and the property is quiet though extremely centrally located. I was also met and guided to the apartment, which I really appreciated. They made sure I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to visit it soon during my next trip to Marrakesh!

These guys go above and beyond. We had to leave at 4:30AM to catch our flight, and the owner and manager stood up at 4:00 to serve us breakfast and get a comfortable cab.

Wonderful welcome from friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble, helpful, kind. Felt like staying as valued house guests. Delicious meals prepared with care. Authentic Moroccan hospitality.

I chose this hotel because I was disappointed by the one I was going the last times. This is "my" hotel from now on when I go to Sarajevo. I have been to Sarajevo many times and I used 3 different ones this one is the best. It’s new. The rooms are big. Very clean. The design is great. I have no complaint at all about the rooms or anything actually. I am more than satisfied. The breakfast is also very good. There is nothing missing. The bar on the top floor is also great to have coffee or drink. The people there are all very nice. Smiling all the time and they are willing to help you in any situation or demand you have. I didn’t stay for long this time but I am gonna in the future. It’s a 4* hotel but I would have given it 5*.
