The reception area was appealing and open. The hotel had a mix of international visitors and also catered for conferences. The room was quite comfortable with a very compact kitchen. It overlooked the garden area and kindergarten which was fairly quiet. Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety of food, hot food was available on request. The area around the hotel had plenty of bars and restaurants full of locals. It was possible to walk to the centre in about 50 minutes.

Big room, modern, with cooking set like apartment and clean. Service was excellent and very easy to get the taxi through reception.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable. You will find on the bed the towels made like a swan, which is a nice touch regarding the welcome. Safe and quiet.

The location is splendid, it’s smack in the middle of downtown with quick access to most hot spots. Also within walking distance of just about anything you want to get to. The room was fairly big, the bed was huge and comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean. There was A/C but we didn’t use it. Staff was polite for the limited interaction we had with them. Good value for money.

These people own and/or operate a number of buildings in Madrid and they have developed a really great budget format that works. The Sol Square location was very good offering access by foot and public transport, to the old areas of Madrid, the lively Sol Square itself, but without the noise often associated with a city centre location. Check-in at a nearby office location wasn’t inconvenient at all.

The staff were extremely helpful and they gave us a free mobile wifi to use for our stay.

Very convenient to everything…..we walked everywhere! At check-in, the staff took time to point out sights on a map, marking things we might be interested in. Love the funky style of this place! Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast. Very comfortable room.

Anmer on reception when checking in was very helpful and friendly, gave us the history of the hotel and pointed out where to go and see whilst in Madrid. The location was excellent.

Really novel theme and room decor and a great location for access to all main city centre attractions.

Very central location, easy to walk to many attraction, and also close to the metro. Staff super nice and helpful. Great value for the money paid. The extra good thing is that you can rent at the reception a portable internet device, so you have 24 hour internet in Madrid, for only 1.5 euros a day – this was really a great addition to the stay.

The theme of the hotel was a major attraction….bonus was proximity to local rail service.

Amazing location, in Sultanahmet, literslly a 2 min walk to the tram station and a 10 min walk to the grand bazaar, 10 mins to sultanahmet mosque and 5 mins to the Hamam, Murat the manager was an amazing guy very helpful, the breakfast was great. Good rooms, every one was very helpful and friendly. Recommended to stay here as they offer great value for money and the location is perfect if you want to walk around to the city centre and other spots.

Great cafeteria with excellent buffet, spacious rooms and bathrooms, large pool/play area for kids.

The room was big and clean, beds were comfortable. Helpful staff and very useful shuttle service, especially if you have an early flight. Internet worked fine on the first floor.

The courtesy airport shuttle was extremely helpful. Had to be booked at least 3 hours before the ride.

We booked this hotel because we had to go for the football match at Atletico Madrid Wanda Stadium. It’s a normal apartment near to Madrid International Airport. We had our convenience met with.

Some of the staff were quite professional. The room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was tidy up every day and clean towels were offered.

Completely renewed flat with all the facilities for a pleasant staying. Understanding landlord and always willing to make the staying confortable.

Great spot within the city – close to the metro and lively at night. The apartment is tucked in the centre of the building with two light-wells so has no views, but this felt comfortable to escape to in the hot weather.

Le foto rispecchiano l’appartamento. Era tutto molto pulito, letto e divano comodi. Zona centrale e molto servita, si possono raggiungere molte attrazioni a piedi, anche se sotto casa c’è la metro per chi non ama camminare. I recomend the accomodation. We had a problem with air conditioning sistem but the employees make all the eforts in order to solve the issue. I have to mention that we stay during august , with temperatures over 40 degrees… Next to the hotel you can find a supermarket, also cafe shops, turkish restaurants, a pizza house, all with decent prices.

Apartamento y barrio muy lujosos. Zona muy tranquila y con muchas tiendas. El metro a solo 3 minutos y cerca del Retiro un paque precioso que tiene hasta barcas.

Un apartamento fantastico, todo muy grande y las fotos no hacen justicia y es muchisimo mejor. El personal te hace sentirte como en casa.

Het ontbijt was zeer goed en het personeel erg behulpzaam. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon.

2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Airco. Elevator. Location just 100m from GranVia. Easy check in and check out. Very livid (and thus noisy) location, but that could easily be countered by closing windows and shutters and using the airco

Location next to GranVia. Spacious apartment, very clean, with all amenities and air conditioned, wifi works perfectly, easly communication with owners they were very friendly i recommended

The location was amazing for nightlife (literally next door) and quick walks to other district/neighborhoods such as Gran Via and Chueca. Very touristy location, the apartment looked better in person than pictures and the beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly upon arrival and helped as much as they could, when they could. I made a special request before check-in of buying a cake and some wine for my friend’s birthday and they were able to accommodate.

Very great location. The staff was very responsive and provided tips on Madrid’s life. Apartment well furnished and very clean.

The host was really polite, she was there on time to give us the keys, everything was just like on the photos. The bathrooms were clean and amazing, proper air conditioning and heating.

Clean and tidy and right in the city centre. Staff were easy to get hold of when needed. Air conditioning was very effective, lovely bathrooms, free use of wi-fi. We had a fab time. The apartment is just off Gran Via and right near a stop for the Madrid City Tour bus, great shops and theatre district. Very easy walking distance to the main attractions too.

This apartment is located close to literally everything. It is at the corner of gran via meaning you are 5 min from puerto del sol and 10 from el prado and all the clubs you can dream of! The apartment is unbelievable, with a terasse and the price is so cheap! Definetly worth a peep! Thanks adriana

Location! – Everything was accessible…transport, restaurant, supermarket, cafe’s, pharmacy, bars, clubs ect. All was within very close proximity. Staff- Only met Maria who handled the apartment. Very nice and welcoming, she gave us her spare set of keys just so we all had a set. Apartment- very spacious and clean! Pretty standard but expected with the price your paying. Apartment was fully equipped and had everything needed.
