I liked everything of the hotel; the service, the personnel and location. A must and 100% RECOMMENDABLE. I did not have any meals there, so cannot comment on the food. In the vicinity, there are a couple of cafes to have breakfast. The hotel is off the train station- just 7 mins on foot, so really comfortable if you travel by train to Atocha train station. Very centric too.

In a nice position (close to the main train station, to the metro and to museum ‘Prado’)…what else? Nice breakfast, very clean room.

Very friendly hosts, very close to metro, the brilliant Madrio Rio park for kids, and plenty of room in apartment for 6.

Excellent location short bus ride to central Madrid. Very attentive hosts.

The apartament is great. So comfortable, well located – close to the metro, bus, to the nice park along the river. Everithing was as promised. One small minus is lack of air condition, but as this is close to the river in the night usually temperature goes down and it is not so bad. I really recommend stay in this place.

We were seven and it was very comfortable and clean, the photos on booking.com are true. Kitchen well equipped, even with hoven, microwave and toaster. The park in front appealing, all kind of shops near, the metro and train too. Customers very kind and easy to contact. Eravamo in sette e siamo stati comodissimi in quattro stanze, tre da due letti ed una da uno, il soggiorno era ampio e separato dalla cucina, si mangiava tutti comodamente seduti al tavolo e contemporaneamente chi voleva poteva guardare in poltrona o divano la tv dove potevi scegliere i film che volevi, wifi funzionante, la cucina era fornita di tutto, anche del forno e del microonde e del tostapane. Le foto su booking.com sono proprio quelle dell’appartamento. Il Parco davanti è bellissimo, a quattro passi hai negozi, ristoranti, bar di tutti i generi, un ottimo supermercato a dieci metri, la metropolitana è vicinissima. I padroni gentilissimi e disponibilissimi abitano due piani sopra. Siamo rimasti entusiasti.

Los propietarios son súper amables y atentos. La casa es muy amplia, nosotros íbamos 2 matrimonios con 4 niños y estuvimos muy a gusto. Muy bien situada, cerca de cercanias y metro, y en frente del parque Madrid rio. Debajo de la casa hay un mercadona.

The location was fantastic- we liked everything about the appartment which is ideal for relatively short stays and if you plan mostly for self catering. The beds were comfortable. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. And, while the location was very active with lots of people the apartment itself was pleasantly quiet!

1. Great location, about 2 minutes walk to metro station. 2. Laundry machine and refrigerator bring us much convenience.

The property is extremely central – 2 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol which made our vacation quite easy. You can find good breakfast or dinner options within minutes. Also it is very quiet once you enter the front door of the main building which is amazing considering how central the room is.

Betty our host was wonderful, and contacted us during our stay. Apartment was secure, modern and spacious for our older family, and walking distance to lots of restaurants and sights. Budapest is a beautiful city to visit.

This place is all about location. But not all is good. Like in any european city staying at walking distance of train stations and the center comes at a cost. It’s also close to the nightlife. Noise during the night, smelly streets … you know the drill.

Location to the airport with hotel shuttle bus and it was within walking distance to a huge mall with lots of restaurants and stores to get those last minute gifts.

The proximity with the airport and the airport shuttle. The bed was also comfortable ! This hotel is ideal if you want to stay just for one night

Close to the shops and the local metro station which made access to other attractions in the Madrid area very easy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food good quality.

Location and room decor were nice. Excellent shower, comfortable bed.

Location was excellent. However the cost of three nights was extreamily expensive therefore when they charges us €10 per person to use the spar facilities I immediately thought never again. Large hotel trying to con money out of your. In m view they spoilt the resellers and for that reason alone I would not chose to return. We’ve spent a week in Ilunion Pio XII hotel. Location is really great, all you need is about 10 minutes walking distance. Restaurants with perfectly cooked local dish – churros and relaxed places with Jamón and beer/wine/etc on the summer terrace. Subway is also nearby, with 1 line change you’re in the city center. Hotel room is good and cleaned every morning, but pretty old. We even don’t need conditioner in spite of the high temperature outside. This place is highly recommended for active travelers! Hotel location is very good, complete facilities, clean and neat. There is also a small balcony is very comfortable.The landlord is very enthusiastic, also help keeping belongings well, and will go to Madrid to choose again here👍🏻

The location is a top notch. Really close to the party area and close to the metro station.

We stayed 3 nights and the location was great. The metro was just a short walk and there were plenty of places to eat. The apartment is big and bright and the bed was comfortable. Even though there is no air conditioner in the bedroom the one in the main room is enough to cool the whole place. We stayed during 35+ degree heat so this was well tested! We would definitely stay again.

We loved that this hotel has an incredible location, a view unique and a very warm personnel. The hotel is quite new and in top conditions.

Sorry we did not have breakfast in the hotel but some tapas in the rooftop very nice

I know Madrid very well and I always like to stay near La Puerta de Alcala. It was my 1st time at H10 and definitely I’d recommend it, location is great walking distance to the park and metro station, you can travel to the centre within 10 minutes or walk in with just over 20 minutes.

The bed was super comfy; the room was clean and loved the view from the rooftop bar. The staff were helpful in storing our luggage before checking in and ordering us a taxi to the airport in the wee hour. I liked the computer/printing self-service.

The hotel common areas and rooms are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location was ideal as it is by Parque de El Retiro to the south and lovely restaurants and bars to the north and west, so we could walk to most of the places we wished to visit but the city centre was only a short taxi ride away. The little pool was refreshing (although popular and a little cloudy by the afternoon) and the rooftop area is both lively yet relaxing – and I believe only accessed by guests. The staff were always helpful, and even sourced a bottle of wine for us to purchase (despite room service having ended) when we arrived far too tired to go out, which we very much appreciated.

– The location was excellent, close to a metro but in a more residential area that wasn’t always teeming with tons of people. We like it a bit quieter and this location gave that to us. Also, it’s within steps of Retiro Park. – There was fresh orange juic
