Staff treat you like family and the customer service is excellent highly recommended

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Free tuk tuk to markets and also walking distance from market. Clean rooms.

I first was impressed by the magnificence of the Sofitel lobby, then by the comfort of the bedroom, as it seems I was upgraded to Executive room. This bedroom is probably for narcissistic people though, as there’re mirrors on every wall… By and large, Sofitel Chengdu Taihe is a great hotel, and I’m recommending it for those of you who just need/want to slowly immerse themselves into Chinese culture.

Near the center of Budapest and main station. Near shopping center and many convenient things.

The location of the apartments are good. There is a taxi stop just outside the apartments front door, a tram line 50m away and U-Bahn Train services 650m away. A Spar, Billa and other grocery stores are just around the corner. The Alser Cafe just outside the apartment block is a bonus if you don’t want to cook yourself a meal. The apartments are spacious. Bedroom, seperate bathroom, kitchen and living room area. As we did not know which location would be the best to stay for our visit to Vienna these apartments worked perfectly fine due to being able to public transport quickly and explore the town further.

Wery friendly people, nice beds and perfect location for Backpackers in Sydney! Perfect place to meet new people and to discover this city.

Great location for access to other parts of Bangkok. Felt like safe area. Hotel is clean and beds were pretty comfortable.

Bathroom facilities were good. Room was dirty – lots of dust. Beds were comfy. Staff were helpful. Only 2 options for breakfast. Good location.

Nice Art gallery in corridors. Restaurant was good but not in the same building as the hotel.

Very good location for cheap shopping in Tokyo. Dom Quixote discount shop located less than 10 min walk.

within 4 minutes walk to Subway station, super convenient location. Surrounded by various restaurants. You can try different Japanese style foods just by walking. within 10 minutes walk, you can go to Sensoji, which is the must-go temple in Tokyo and to water bus terminal. You can take water bus to Odaiba seaside park. We like this hotel’s breakfast very much, although same dishes all the time.

Everything was perfect! Location is the best in Rome – you have great bus transport links and are also within 20-30m walk of most of the sites. Excellent staff – very friendly and very comfortable hotel

The breakfast was amazing: it had everything we could have hoped for, and the hours it was served were very convenient. The staff was extremely kind and very quick to clean our room. For instance, we paid for a two separate bed room, but the staff helped us putting them together at our request, remaking the beds as a double one. The area is not the nicest but it’s very close to the bus, which is very close to both metro and trains.

Nice location, friendly staff, basic but for a relatively good price. Good wifi.

It is the best hotel with awesome facility and service. I always stay here because I am sure this hotel never disappoints me.

Connaught Place is a central location to explore key Delhi sites. Hotel is easy to find and staff were accommodating. A good choice if you’re looking for an affordable, clean hotel to crash at the end of a long day.

Breakfast was a normal but should be given more about breakfast not snacks etc.

Wombat is very accessible by public transit, and it is very easy to take the subway to get to all sights and locations. The ensuite bathrooms are also very nice, and I appreciate that each bunk has a power outlet by the bed. There’s also a great bar in the basement.

The location was perfect- right in the heart of the old town and walking to everything was extremely easy.

Brand new, sparkling clean. We didn’t meet the host. We were sent the room code. Really good value, bonus washing machine in the standard room. You can use the bathroom as a dryer, impressive. This whole 4 storey apartment building is Kyo Stay. There is a sign outside, info in the foyer, thanks we rented a bike and used the bus info. There is Super clear instructions on how to use everything in the apartment, much appreciated. Very compact, but great storage and also a balcony.

The location for exploring London is great and a great setting right on the Thames at Tower Bridge. The car park is very cheap for 24 hours in London, (GBP20), and you can reach the hotel without going into the Congestion Charge zone.

I haven’t try the breakfast of hotel, but seem like good. Great room provided for 2person, large room to 3star hotel.

Perfect location to explore Palermo. Easy to find. Very comfortable.

Magical river and & rainforest location below the property when you walk down the steps from the main pool. Excellent team looking after you.

Nice apartment in a nice classical renewed building. It is quite close to the center (10-15 minutes walk) and tram and bus are 2 minutes away. A small supermarket is right on the corner. It has room enough for 4 people and spaces are comfortable, new and quite clean. Even though outside was really cold, inside the apartment temperature was warm enough. The first day internet connection was not working, we called the owner and he came in a few minutes and fixed it.

Warm welcome, with lots of local advice and suggestions for where to visit during our stay.

Rooms weren’t as described. Bathroom wasn’t modern. Space very small and decor very old. Bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping on an air bed.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Lviv city, housed in a probably 17 or 18th century building that has been well refurbished. The rooms as well the bathroom are humongous. This hotel could easily go into a 4 star category. The staff are very good and congenial. Elevator present. Loved the cinema themed restaurant and breakfast area. Good breakfast spread.

The hostel is so clean it sparkles. There is a wonderful variety of people. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The communal areas were well decorated and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The location was walking distance to everything I wanted to see. I also recommend an late evening bath at Aire de Sevilla for a great view of the cathedral and the best nights rest ever.

Andrew was wonderful to deal with. The apartment was of an excellent standard. Lovely lobby and reception. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, light filled, pretty view (you can see the London Eye and the Shard from the balcony) beautiful bathrooms, lots of towels supplied. Great location close to central London. Good access to shops, trains and buses. Couldn’t fault it in any way.

The room was big and clean. The metro station is very close. The staff has been always kind and helpful.

The location of the Anthemis Hotel is perfect for accessing all of the tourist spots in Fatih. It’s super close to the Sultanahmet Tram stop and on a relatively quiet pedestrian street. The staff are also super friendly.

Nice place at a safe location. Wonderful breakfast. The probably best thing about this location is the wonderful lady you will meet there. You have to get to know her.

Large beds, my room could easily accommodate two couples, desk, nice breakfast, a bit out of town but tram stop nearby, beach only a short walk away, fresh water bottles every day. Generally everything o.k., would return next time.

Large apartment with full kitchen facilities, three toilets and two bathrooms

We have enjoyed our stay so much, we were 4 people, but the apartment can accommodate up to 6 as it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has a great location, close to everything you can imagine – public transport, bars and restaurants, grocery stores, shops, museums, etc. There was also a possibility to have additional cleaning if you are staying for a long time. Greats service!

They remembered my previous feedbacks and ensured couple of amenities were already in my room upon checking in.

Great location. close to multiple tube stations and restaurants/services. Quiet hotel, not a hostel. Room was small but had lots of amenities. Staff was quite helpful. Bed was very comfy and had nice linens.

Good walking distance to the lovely beaches and local shops and good value for money.

The two girls working at the reception where very very helpful and specially very nice. They helped us make reservations, cancel reservations, and make reservations again. Like its an classic Thai house the entire structure is in wood, so if the place is full you may be able to hear footsteps and some noise, but otherwise it is very isolated from trafic sounds and very peaceful, what seems amazing being that it is so close to a lot of movement.
