The location was amazing!! You are literally in the heart of amsterdam! No need to get any trains/trams/taxis. The staff were really nice and even let us leave our baggage in the reception after checking out because we had a late flight. Also we had a problem with the people next door being too loud and they sorted it out immediately! Overall ideal place to stay with a group of friends when you wanna make it a cheaper holiday. We stayed in the family room with five beds and it was a laugh.

Good value for price: Well equipped gym (for a hotel), pool, spa included in the price. The hotel was very clean. All the toilettries that you would need available – even shaving cream, razor, toothbrushes, over 5 different hair products. The hotel staff was helpful and fluent in english.

Sergio and Hugo were very helpful from the start. I had called ahead to ask if I could store my luggage because I would be arriving 5 hours before check-in. When I arrived they already had my room ready! This and other tourist tips they gave me helped me save time and money during my short stay. Wifi was solid as a rock on the 7th floor. Noise was minimal even though facing the street. Great location for seeing this sprawling city.

Location is not bad.. 10mins walk from subway but if you’re carrying heavy luggage it will feel like 20mins. Bus stop 5mins and there’s a bus to take (3,4 stops) to Gangnam area. Walkable from hotel to Gangnam area if you enjoy walking.

I surprised my girlfriend with a trip to Paris where I wanted to propose to her at Ilhame’s beautiful Sourire B&B. She supported me by organizing a delicious breakfast on the the roof top with classical music and wonderful flowers. It was an unforgettable experience! Ilhame and her whole family have been very kind and helpful ! We enjoyed our stay in the beautifully decorated accommodation at all times and instantly felt like home! We would definitely come back!

The bed was really comfy and the blank out curtains was bonus when you needed that lay in. And you had mini fridge to put your cold drinks in. And when you asked for dressing gown they were happy to bring you one along with slippers.

Right next to Ban That Chang airport rail link station, 10 min to airport, good for transit. Staff is very welcoming with lot of sharing!

The position is not central but very nice. The concept is real cute. The hotel gives free yoga and cross fit alternative session in morning just beside the place. This yoga studio is held by Veronica Blume. The terrace and restaurant is well designed. Breakfast and coffee is tasty.

The hotel is in very good location, very close to Taxim Square, slose to main shopping street. A lot of good restaurants and cafes in the area. View from the hotel is incredible – to Bosphorus. The hotel is walking distance from Dolmabahce Palace and the port. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and polite, speaks English. Rooms are clean with good size and with all facilities. Very good SPA available. I will deffinetelly stay again in this hotel. Very good option for First time travelers in Istanbul.

I was shocked to walk into my room and have a kitchen that was well stocked. The entire room was great.

Clean, comfy room in a lovely location overlooking a canal. Very quiet area but near to St Mark’s Square. You can hear the gondoliers singing as they go past. Very friendly and helpful staff. A free bottle of prosecco in the fridge.

This is my second stay here at the same hotel and I really like everything here :))

Comfortable room with good WiFi in a cozy villa typical of Zakopane. Lovely common patio. Good location, just off the main pedestrian street, Krupowki, and right across from a nice bakery and grocery store.

Location is good but car parking can be a problem. Rooms can lookout on to the river and is nice. Breakfast is of a continental style no hot food -- possibly hard boiled eggs. Transfer to Berlin centre can be done with bus and tram stops not far from hotel. There is a bus you can get too and from Schonefeld Airport [164] and takes approx.30mins. 3.20euros single trip.

I did not like anything about it. The hotel I booked was not available. No lift so they made us go to another hotel. The guys was so rude. Also they charged us more by say goods and services TAX. The place was dirty and the bed sheets was not cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was located within walking distance to Nimman main road.

Very good location,near to Politeama Theater where airport shuttle stops. Also near to Main Street, shopping area and restaurant area. Hotel is in charming historical apartment! Staff was helpful and professional.

Nicely appointed Villa’s. The one bedroom loft style is very modern in its styling and we liked the layout. Staff are friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to requests. Location in very central in Seminyak. Walk to Kudeta, Sea Circus, Motel Mexicola ,Potatoe Head, Cafe Organic and the W Hotel

The staff were very polite and considerately communicated in english, my Danish vocabulary is very poor.

Great location with all visit places nearby. The room was spacious and confortable. Nice bathroom and the clean was made everyday. I will come back to Alegra with pleasure.

Lovely and helpful staff, position, breakfast, good vibes

The location is the hotel’s biggest asset. The view of Copacabana beach is worth the extra cost of front-facing rooms. It’s practically next door to the Copacabana Palace. There are lots of good eating options very close. It’s 1/2 block from Beco das Garrafas (where there’s often authentic local music in small venues at a reasonable price). The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. Not all of them speak English but many do (and anyway, the language of the country is Portuguese). It’s clean, and the cleaning staff do a great job. Breakfast is the same every day, but both quality and quantity were great (and available until 10 am!)

The location is quite perfect, a 10 minutes walk to the the city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The design of the rooms, the breakfast room and the restaurant are gorgeous.

This Hotel was wonderful. We stumbled across it when our original hotel fell through. The location is perfect, 6 minute walk from Yu garden and about 10-15mins from Huangpu river and the people’s square. The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are really friendly.

Great value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast, clean room and extra comfy bed. The place is modern and has all you need. I would recommend it to anybody.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable and a good size. The small kitchen area was well stocked with pans and utensils. There is a U-bahn station just outside the front door and a couple more within walking distance. The area is quiet too.

Breakfast was amazing: a lot of options to every taste and type of diet!

Fabulous location. Tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and toiletries all provided. The studio apartment was more than adequate for the short stay in the city and formed a perfect base to see everything. The bus to the airport was less than 5 minutes awa; Syntagma Square was the same and the Acropolis was an easy 20 minute stroll. Great base, great value

Hotel was cute, almost homefeeling atmosphere. Excelent breakfast.

The apartment including the bathroom was very spacious and well laid out. The location was quiet but close to restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen equipment was good-loved having a dishwasher! On our first morning, the shower was the worst we’ve encountered but a call to our host, and a new shower head and mixer arrived and the problem was solved. Light globes were replaced and a toaster provided as advertised after letting her know they were needed.

The room was large, plenty large enough for 2 adults and 3 children. I heard the breakfast was good, but for an extra 50 Euros a day we gave it a miss. The bar was good, with a really nice outdoor area. It was often busy in the evening when there were meetings on.

Booked it as a day room as i arrived in BKK in the morning and didn’t have a connecting flight until the evening. Great value for money and the best thing was the room was ready for me upon arrival. Friendly staff, great location for my needs, clean room, hot water, perfect for the 9hrs I spent there.

Top location. Very well furnished and decorated Riad in the heart of the Medina. Riad is an oasis of tranquility in the very busy Medina. Pascal is well introduced in the opportunities in and around Marrakech and can provide you lots of useful info. He perfectly arranged our 4 day trip to the atlas mountains and the desert by 4×4 and private driver.

It was a very spacious apartment and it was so easy to walk everywhere.

Very nice flat, comfortable and spacious in an absolutely charming street from which you can walk to a lot of interesting places. Besides, contrarily to other places in the neighbourhood, it is very calm. the flat is well furnished, the wifi works well (and even have a back-up in case of problem). The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. On top of all, the staff is very nice, helpful and understanding. Tu sum it up: one of the most pleasant rental place I ever had in years of travels.

The staff is really accommodating, polite, and friendly. Size of the room is big enough.

I had a bitter experience staying there.. my stay in UAE was for 4 nights but I hadn’t to cut short the stay in rotana to just one night because the receptionist there(Mr. Remy- not sure about the name, was a white Arab though) was extremely rude. I have stayed in Rotana many times but an experience of such kind was a first. I hope you take appropriate action against the staff so that your future guests won’t get affected the way I got affected.

Hospitality, breakfast, spacious rooms, close to the center. Close to the market. A no smoker hotel, friendly to anyone and the families with children who don’t need prams any more, as hotel is located in the middle of the steep slope; because of its location is not suitable for disabled people. No lift inside.

I like the balcony and view outside. The apartment is in to center city, near the more famous attraction of the city. The apartment has a new furniture, the kitchen is new and clean.

Quite below the standard for a 4-star hotel. Location is indeed close to the Termini station but this means most of the traveling from and to the hotel has to be done via public transport. There’s not a lot to see within 10 minutes walking radius. Staff are pleasant yet sometimes a bit confused.
