The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable! The staff were friendly and made checking in/out easy. Something to note is that only one car can park in the parking lot per room. However, the staff was nice enough to let us park our second car in the lot. The location was very close to downtown and it is super easy to catch a cheap uber to the nightlife. I recommend America’s Best Value Inn Hollywood/Los Angeles!

The hotel was in an area that was a bit run down. Our taxi driver who dropped us off on arrival made us promise not to go out walking there in the dark and to always use taxis if we were out at night as she said it wasn`t safe. It was a five minute walk to the Metro station and we used the Metro every day and two nights we did return in the semi darkness but were fine. Hot water was provided in the foyer and we could use this to make coffee which we did each morning. It was perfectly adequate but nothing grand.

The room was amazing, specially the jacuzzi i’d definitely recommend this room to anyone who wants to relax.

The bed was comfortable and it is ok because there is free parking an free wifi.

The only place in LA that wasn’t a rat trap for a decent price.

The king size bed was huge and comfortable with clean sheets, the room was big and plenty space to walk around. Bathroom was clean and everything worked fine.

The room was spacious, and everything was in good working order. The TV in the room was huge. Good parking at this location, it is off the street and I felt my car was secure – the staff does seem to keep an eye out.

Close to everything, basic amenities at good price.

Everything was great.. zero complaints… great work to you all

The property was absolutely perfect for kids and comfort

The beds and pillows were top of the line--best in a long list of other stays. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a big plus!

Pool was closed , not great area , staff not really interested , shuttle driver great but I had to ring ask for it which wasn’t in agreement

I liked the drivers who pick us up and drop us off to the airport! Unfortunately I was not able to get their names but they are very pleasant.

We read a lot of bad reviews and were ready for the worst but we were pleasantly surpriced. No bed bugs, rooms were clean and no loud noices. Breakfast was ok. Cereals, bread, coffee and cupcakes.

We booked that Hotel because it was one of the cheapest in LA and near to the beach. The size of the rooms was okay.

Location is very good. It is about 10min walk to Kyoto station. There are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Bathroom was nice, and presentation was good in the bedroom with a nice view of the city.

I like a lot the view from the roof and the swimming pool there as well

It’s newly renovated and the furnishings are nice. It is near Whole Foods and transportation. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a social vibe with people starting up conversations with you. The roof pool/bar looked cool. The bathroom was very clean and in the room which was nice.

The place it’s AWESOME! the shared dorm included a private bathroom inside the room. It has a rooftop with a pool, it’s like no place I’ve stayed before,

The pool and the staff and overall vibe was very friendly and welcoming and I always felt I could ask for questions and advice.

I love the place it’s not far from the station and there’s clubs and convenience stores close by. The place looks amazing! Especially, the lobby, it made me feel like I am staying in a luxurious hotel even I just simply wanted a night stay in a normal hostel. The bed is quite comfy and big for my size. The place’s cleaned daily. They have shampoo and conditioner and everything there that anyone can use for free..

I liked that everything was pretty new and clean in this hostel. Bathroom was in the room so that is a big plus as well. The position is in the downtown close to my favourite supermarket whole foods. There are other shops and restaurants nearby and its a walking distance from Greyhound bus station and Union station. I loved the pool area.

Hotel territory is very beautiful, peaceful and quiet. SPA is highly recommended. Our stay was perfect.

Very large property that could be comfortable for about 4 people (we were a couple). Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was big and comfortable. Location is good on the east side of Hollywood Blvd just on the edge of Thai town, and a walk away from the walk of fame. Free Netflix!

The room was listed as $80 (Off season) but it what wasn’t listed on Booking was a $90 cleaning fee. We didn’t notice it until we were looking at the reservation later. The host is not very upfront about this. Other than that, the apartment is very nice and well decorated. Our car was safe in the parking garage under the apartment. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself.

The apartment was awesome, awesome place and very beutiful to sleep woth friends, family…

Easy and nice communication with the staff. A good standard in general. There are groceries nearby. A very nice courtyard/terrace (to be shared with other guests) with tables and chairs where one can drink and talk at evenings or even nights. Walkable distance to the Walk of Fame

The host was extremely helpful and very kind. He did his best to accommodate our needs and was very attentive.

This place is awesome! The host was great! He met with me right away and when I received the keys he also gave me a tour of the apartment, information about check-in and check-out and the building facilities. The host even recommended a place to eat and shop for groceries. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautiful, everything was brand new. Large beds with clean beautiful bedding. The apartment was decorated and fully equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes, bathroom toiletries, sheets and towels. There was also a balcony. The building is nice and in a great central location, not far from shopping, restaurants and Hollywood sites. The building is secured with covered parking and it has an elevator and a rooftop lounge. I will highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book this place again.

The location was in the center of town, which was nice; unfortunately, that’s all that was nice about this property!

It was a typical motel room for that price range, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

When I read the reviews, we thought we were going to be staying at the Bates Motel, but there were no other rooms available in our price range so we took it anyway. Family Studio excelent, very spacious, with a microwave and a refrigerator. Lovely and very helpful staff. Enough furniture for all the 4 of us to put our things and baggages.

It was easy find & only a 15 min drive to Hollywood where we had a tour booked. The room was clean & comfortable with a good shower. There was also parking on site.

The location were good, between hollywood boulevard and sunset boulevard. Near to good shopping opportunitys.

The location only as it is close to the main attractions

Great location, only 2 min away from Hollywood walk of fame, Dolby Theatr, Chinese Theatr etc…clean basic rooms, and not that spacious. No safe in the room which was disappointing, and no sink in the bathroom to wash your hands, but overall ok seeing as you only sleep there. Beds are comfy and are made up every day as well as clean towels.

Good breakfast selection. Great parking. Towels supplied at pool.

The position was good for hop-on-and-off buses and to walk to the Chinese theatre. The various people on the door were friendly and the bed comfortable enough. The bathroom was OK. It served its purpose but didn’t compare with any others on our vacation.

Location to walk of fame! Set up of hotel around the pool-- nice outdoor area!

Very clean, very comfy bed/pillows, furniture all in decent condition, nice flooring, clean paint job.

It’s very close to the walk of fame, very easy and fast to go to many places.

Air condition is good and it works properly. If you have a car, you can easily reach out to beverly hills, Griffith Observatory and Santa Monica. It is a very good place to go famous places.

The room was great. Very clean.Location is great. Worth paying for!

You get what you pay for! I was in need of a clean cheap room for the night and that is what I got.

The room was good and comfortable. When we went they were still reconstructing some parts of the hotel. They could improve the cleanness of this facility.

I can’t say I really liked much. The linens were clean.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful. There are places where you can eat very close to the hotel.

The bed was comfortable. There were a decent amount of fast food around.

The location is perfect, close to the city centre. The stuff is very friendly.

Pretty cheap if you’re going to just spend the night. Bathroom and sheets surprisingly clean and comfortable bed.

I thought the staff were polite (the cleaning and maintenance staff) however reception were clearly so used to complaints they just dusted off the fact the water in the room didn’t work and sent me on my way. I’d been travelling the states for 3 months and it was confidently the worst place I stayed and one of the more costly at that.

Cheap so leave your expectations home. It is a crumbling ancient place and amazed me how do they even have approval to operate. Looks more like a construction site. Staff was nice though

The location is great, the size of the apartment is very good, everything working properly.

The address we were given was wrong – the building manager had to come and get us and take us to the right property.. not good

Super location and quite a big living room. Balcony is a plus as well. Tv with netflix and a lot of other programs. Parking space in central santa monica is very nice. Being able to walk to the beach in 15 minutes is awesome. all in all would book it again.

The location, walkable distance to what we wanted to do. The supermarket across the road and the kitchen. Felt very safe in that area. Wifi and Netflix was great. Follow up from staff after checkin to see how you are going.

Apartment not like the one on the web site ,very tired looking and requires a lick of paint,good location and kitchen ok,television a bit of a struggle to understand the remotes,bathroom sinks no plugs.

The location was excellent and it was nice to have underground parking available.

My leaving it, before my first overnight, after paying for the 2 days accommodation. Smelled awful, broken bathroom fixtures, dated power outlets and the first room I got, had no power at all due to a glitch in the key system. Staff was apologetic enough, but it was apparent they were already used to the complains. Ahhh… the mattress. I asked for money back, it was denied. Well, the location was close to the Central Market but the view was unfortunately not the greatest. Sad, Downtown Floripa is such lovely, quaint, place.

This is so far the best hostel I stayed in LA. They have a very nıce atmosphere in a big mansion from early 1900s. The place is Giant! The beds are brand new and covered with curtains. There are several bathrooms to hare and they are cleaned like 3 times a day. The breakfast was really good for a budget hostel. They have eggs, cheese varieties, peanut butter, jelly and marmalade selection, cereal selection, and all day coffee,tea and water. This place is actually seemed luxurıous for a hostel. Location was rclose to downtown and Hollywood,easy access to busses and metro. I highly recommend this place.

Es un hostel nuevo y grande, el staff es muy amable.

Top class location. Staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage for another day. There is a little kitchen where you can cook your ramyeon and reheat your spicy chicken.

I felt welcomed by the staff as I made a special request to check in early and they arranged this for me on the day.
