Looks can be deceiving. The outside of the hotel does not match the niceness of the rooms inside. I enjoyed my stay for the money. The TVs could been better but overall I enjoyed my stay!

Room size was quite good for LA Beds are comfortable Good room facilities even an ironing board Room design is basic but overall not bad. Actually better than expected by looking from outside

Delicious continental breakfast: bagels, English muffins, toast, and two kinds of cereal with coffee and green tea. Very clean establishment and very safe, spacious parking, wonderfully located down the street from Mexican restaurants. Staff are very friendly. Lovely little decorative touches in the room and in the lobby. EXCELLENT for the price!

Beds clean comfy breakfast ok. Area interesting but felt safe. Accessible with hire car. nice little outside area in car park.

I loved that it was right across the street from cheap gas station. Everything is good and affordable. The location is perfect. I walked to King Taco everyday. Apollo Loco right around corner. Everything you need in walking distance. The stairwell at the hotel is one of the coolest looking stairwell completely wrapped in honey suckles. Tile Floor no carpet. Overall this place is the spot if you need something reasonable to downtown.

Over all a good value for money …it’s close to down town and all other attractions… very spacious rooms and comfortable parking places ..clean rooms

Hotel is greatly located BUT so noisy! It was impossible to sleep normally during 5 nights – the hotel is located in a major central avenue! But the staff is very nice…

The Hostel is located in a good neighborhood but far away from the center (approx. 45-50min with traffic to the Beach, Airport, etc. ). But therefore we have seen no homeless guys or suspcisous people. Prices are averaged high for Los Angeles.

No frills motel, clean, very good bed, friendly staff.

This place has the bones of a very crappy motel but is fixed up and maintained at a level superior to its appearance. For example, the AC unit in my room appeared new and worked well. The TV was new and worked well with full cable.The curtains, rug, bathroom were clean in a way that I don’t usually see in motels like this. There is a mirror on the ceiling which was hilarious.

Bed was very comfortable. Room pleasant, AC good. Just a bit too expensive for where it is and what you get.

Its cheap and close to pasadena as was attending a wedding there. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a high class hotel but it served its purpose, was comfortable, clean, AC worked, staff gave us an iron and hairdryer when we requested one, had a parking spot. Overall no complaints!

It’s the perfect economical motel to stay for a night by yourself. I wouldn’t bring my family (because I have very young kids under 3) and there’s no elevator. The majority of the rooms are on the 2nd floor with one handicap room on the first floor. There are parking spaces under the rooms on the first floor, but it may be hard to park a medium to large SUV/Car in the parking spot because of the columns separating each space. I had to fold my outside mirrors to back in.

This was the best LA hotel I’ve stayed in out of the roughly 3 dozen I’ve rented over the past 2 months on my goodbye tour of LA & San Francisco. Most hotels are shockingly dilapidated, outdated, and even dangerous. Last week I was mugged at a facility in North Hills where there was a drug bust with swat cars… This space is quiet, reasonably clean, and in a quaint, if humble, neighborhood.

Very friendly and genial owner. Parking area is like a carport, so nice and cool in your car. Good WiFi.

Room was clean and wi-fi did work good. Fridge in room was great. Room only had one pillow per guest, but I got another one when asked. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Large room even for deluxe (lowest tier), rooms are as quiet as can be in district 1, still pretty good. For the price, location is very good, close to pizzahut and convenience stores and very close to city centre/nice shops. For this price, this hotel is as good as it gets, if this is your budget then definitely go for it.

Great location and beautiful property. The rooftop pool is gorgeous! Bed was very comfy and the apartment was super clean!! Highly recommended!

The apartment is extremely spacious and very well situated. The parking space provided was so handy. Local supermarkets just a short drive. Easy walk down to Hollywood boulevard. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking appliances. Thanks for the coffee tea and sugar. Also the washer and dryer were so handy. It was nice to leave with a clean load.

The beds were comfortable. We loved being able to make our own breakfast and dinner. Beautifully decorated.

This was a excellent place to vacay very spacious and clean will definitely come back

The unit is large and has all the facilities needed. The bedroom and lounge are large but the bathroom is tired. It is close to the Walk of frame and 15min walk to subway. They were accomadating with late checkout.

Heidi was extremely helpful. Very prompt with all requests. The mattress was incredibly comfy for people who need good support for their backs. Laundry facilities were great.

Staff was particularily helpful, most especially Virmal at the front desk, excellent attention to detail, friendly and very welcoming.

room had been renovated and was nicer than picture. very comfortable bed…….big TV……good place for very casual dining across the street.. Simple continental breakfast but enough for us.

Room appeared to have recently been re-done and was pleasant. Mostly clean but found strands of someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor. Bed was a little saggy. Arrived late (after midnight) and there was only 1 free parking spot left and marked No Parking 8am-5pm Due to Construction. The clerk told me go ahead and park and they’d call if my car needed to be moved…it didn’t.

Beds were great, rooms were very up to date, and location was superb!

The hotel is close to universal studios theme park.

It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but updated and the location from Universal Studios was perfect.

Great location. Friendly Staff. Good lodging but nothing fancy. It was fine for the night.

The distance to CityWalk was unbelievable and the staff were more then helpful.

The location was excellent for visiting Universal Studios. There is a free shuttle within walking distance and free parking on site. The staff were friendly and informative and there are several places to eat both next door and within walking distance. A short drive to various shopping venues. They gave us a late check out and then let us to leave our luggage behind reception while we visited the zoo which was appreciated.

Staff were amazingly helpful and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Bed was very comfy,was allowed to leave car on property while visiting theme park,only 5 min walk to shuttle..very nice staff.

The location to universal studios was walkable, but it took much longer than advertised. It was about a 15 minute walk to the shuttle, and after that it was a 15 minute journey. The room was clean and the linens replaced each day. The breakfast was suprisingly good for such a small lobby.

Love the appartment very spacious and located perfect. Will definitely stay there again.

I arrived late not knowing I needed to pay for the room in cash & any other hotel wouldve made me go get it and she was just a normal person like me and said we’ll worry about it tomorrow go get some rest! So I stayed the first night before paying… nowhere else would ever treat u like that! Thanx so much cuz I was exhausted!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It is a very nice apartment overall with equipped kitchen and bathroom. The common area and the room was spacious, we had plenty of space to store our things in the closet and the room also had a TV which we could use. The location Is also great as it is walking distance to melrose avenue and with many nice brunch and coffee shops near by.

The neighborhood is very good, close to everything. This is a room in an apartment with shared bathroom. It was very clean, everything is new. Very good place to stay, especially for these money.

Naty is a very nice person and have always patience and attention. The room really clean and the bathroom is like a dream.

Das Appartement liegt genau zwischen der Melrose und dem Walk of Fame. Die Lage ist damit also genial, um Abends um die Häuser zu ziehen und dafür keinen Bus und kein Uber zu benötigen. Die Küche, die gemeinsam genutzt wird, ist gut ausgestattet und schön. Ebenso verhält es sich mit dem Bad mit Oberlicht und Jacuzzi-Badewanne.

Parking was close by and secure. Interior was recently decorated and the lobby was new very attractive. Having a family sized fridge freezer was a bonus

Staff was very friendly and very willing to help in anyway they could! They were accommodating and very professional. The lobby is gorgeous and we are looking forward to coming again to see all the changes after the renovations.

I’ve stayed at this property before and chose to stay again because of the location within the city. It’s close to everything you may want to see and do (or less than $10 Lyft ride) as well as convenient stores and even laundromats are right across the street. The staff are always nice and very helpful; Rooms are always clean and stocked with towels and amenities.

Hotel lobby really cute. Room pretty basic, outdated furnishings and not very big but for someone who wasn’t spending much time in the room it was fine. Good value for money. Would stay here again.

The whole process was wonderful. The staff I’d great. I had a problem with double booking and they walked me right through it. Rooms are clean, maids do a wonderful job. A couple real cute ones too. And the employees at the desk are polite and helpful. Especially the gorgeous Latina one. My my,my.

Second time we’ve stayed here, nice clean rooms with plenty of space. The rooms are bigger and more homely than a normal hotel and the location is excellent – right on the beach, and just a short stroll from Abbot Kinney Blvd for restaurants and bars.

Modern small suite, clean and nice kitchen (dishwasher is available). Rooftop is nice to relax and look at Venice Beach. The Hotel is situated right next to Venice Beach (the sand is approx. 1 min walking distance). Our room had a nice view on the beach.Venice Beach can be quite scary at night, although we felt very safe in the hotel (24/7 receptionist, doors get locked after 9, good lighting)

The location was amazing. Venice Beach is quirky and there are some ‘out there’ characters about but I felt safe and really enjoyed it. The staff were really helpful and the beach was just gorgeous. I especially enjoyed hiring a pushbike to ride along to Santa Monica Pier

Me and my girls ages 18 and 15 loved this place. The location next to the boardwalk was ideal and the room although cozy had recently been redone and was nice. It’s ideal for folks who plan on staying a few days because it has a complete kitchen. The rooftop balcony was also really nice.

This is a conveniently located hotel in a safe area close to many attractions in Naples and near two metro stops. While the building’s exterior is not particularly impressive, it is immaculately clean on the inside and the staff are friendly and obliging. The breakfasts were ample and tasty. Rooms are quite spacious. The hotel is quiet and well managed.

Check in was a bit long, not a fancy hotel and perfectly for stay over one night and parking is big bonus (car parked under garage).

Good thing about this place is rooms are pretty new. Staff is nice. Small fridge and coffee pot are in the room.

Fine just for an overnight stay. Not far from LA downtown and Chinatown. Not far from Hollywood.

Love the free parking especially when parking is so expensive in LA. Location wise is still acceptable, short drive to LA downtown. Property is still in the midst of renovation so do expect a little mess. Room itself is extremely spacious and neat. For the money spent, it is worthwhile.

Parts of the Hotel are just in construction, so the rooms are very new and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. Beds are big and comfortable. Bathrooms are great.

Very near downtown LA, room was spacious and clean

Even though the venue is still under renovation it was a nice stay. We got newly refurbished room which was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the infrastructure close to perfect (especially for the good price). Unless there were always workers around we hardly experienced any noise or other disturbances. Seems it will be a ever nicer place after the renovation. For sure a place to recommend.

The bathroom for people with disability was really nice

Comfortable bed, silence in the night, location next to airport highway, fast wi-fi.
