– Centrally located- Very clean and prepared just like a 4 star hotel- Communication with the host- All the facilities in the apartment.

Fantastic communication from our host, great location and extremely comfortable. We have stayed in other places in Flinders street and the rooms have en very small compared to Canvas suites.

There are many shoos around the hotel.The service was nice, and so the breakfast.

A great place to stay in Santiago, very central and with great food options nearby. We ended up staying for 2 weeks because we felt so at home. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. Ximena was very gracious and accommodated us constantly extending our check-out date.

The location was great and Kensington Gardens were so close which was great.

The Byron is in great location and within easy walking access to the Tube and local shops and restaurants, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Notting Hill and other traveller destinations. The breakfast selection was basic. The hairdryer was surprisingly powerful and the safe was a good size, large enough to stow a small laptop computer and a few other valuables.

Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in …wow. I felt truly claustrophobic. Staff was rude…initially was going to put me in basement room.

Staff was helpful and location very good. Comfortable bed. We had a very quiet room which was great to rest.

The location was good – very close to beautiful Hyde Park. The hotel is an old home and the stairs are very authentic.The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Only good thing about this property – the beds were comfy and the bed linen lovely. Otherwise place needs major TLC. Lots of broken / needing attention little things – loose door knobs, shower door will broken hinge, etc. Would not ever recommend, especially for the cost

The arrangement of tea in the room , extra hour extended to checkout and baggage storage facility after checkout. The bathroom was very good. Airconditioner was also quite effective.Mr Ravi was very courteous.

The staff were all very helpful and very friendly the rooms were comfortable and clean and there was a good selection on the continental breakfast.

It was close to the event we were attending. The cost was relatively good (but now we see why)

Nice clean and comfortable. Great location for the threatre.

Very clean & tidy. Bathroom was lovely, and the shower very powerful and hot – a big plus.

Location was perfect, the shower was also good, the bed was comfortable. I think they just had renovated the room. I liked the cleaning of the room everyday, but for the price you pay I think it is normal.

Location is in central area to all public transport as well as for all monuments are nearer.

All the staff were very nice, breakfast was ample, I only had the basic one, I could have paid extra and had a full English if I wanted. The hotel was easy to find and its location was very good, with easy access to the tube and Oxford Street shops.

The only thing that was good in this hotel is the location. Everything else very bad…

Largish room. Comfortable beds. Great location quiet

One particular member of staff (Elsa( in reception) was exceptionally helpful and solved a problem we had without fuss or hassle. She was a delight to deal with.

Staff were friendly. The hotel is at a suitable location. It is easy to get to public transport and shopping. Beds were comfortable.

Decor and size of room, facilities, provisions in the room. Hotel well positioned for our visit, staff friendly and helpful. had a luxurious feel!

Stayed overnight following a trade show. The room had plenty of room, lots of hot water (although do wish the shower head could be removed from pole), quiet – couldn’t hear any outside noise or from other rooms. The best part is the Hypnos beds – guaranteed good nights sleep. Didn’t eat at hotel but did enjoy the happy hour cocktails in adjoining bar at W8. Very well situated within Kensington High street and close to all the nightlife. Will use Copthorne again

The lifts. The reception. All main lounges etc. were very comfortable.

The location was excellent for our group. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the late night bar good value for money and breakfast was delicious.

It’s near to the metro station, which is great for a big city like London. In the neighbourhood are situated a lot of restaurants and bars. Breakfast is on 50 meters away and a great coffee. I would recommend it strongly!!!

It was all lovely. We attended a wedding at the hotel and it was really nice. The beds comfy, shower was good and staff were so polite and helpful. We had everything we needed.

We liked the room, the view, the shower (tops), the neighborhood, the breakfast (food and service), the proximity to the Tate Modern, the walk to Southwark tube stop, the bar, and the very helpful concierge staff.

The breakfast was lovely and the room larger than you would expect in London. The staff were extremely friendly.

Reception from door to exit was Buetiful all staff kind and helpfully.

Usual Hilton which is good and what we wanted. As soon as we entered the hotel someone came to help us with our bags which was good. Very efficient.

Cute place with very nice staff. The garden was very pretty at night. We organised a massage, taxi, day trip, airport transfer etc all through the hotel. Very easy and I believe the price was fair for all these things.

Everything was great! Before our arrival, we had a couple of questions for the owners and theirs response was instant. It proved the same when we came to the apartment. Simply said, Natalie & Rene who are managing this property are very friendly and very helpful couple. In perfect English, they presented us all the needed information about the city and the neighborhood – where the nearby good restaurants and groceries are. The apartment is spacious, very clean and cozy with all the necessary equipment. It had everything that people need for life (to the smallest detail). What was especially pleasant, there is free tea and coffee. Wi-fi run fast. All the pictures on the booking.com site are showing exactly how the apartment looks like. The location is 5 min walk to Wiener Prater, and some 20 min walk to Vienna’s 1st district – Innere Stadt. This apartment is one of the best we have stayed, perfect for the family with children and we can highly recommend it to anyone.

Location is the best. Can come here from airport by Arex directly which takes nearly an hour. ( it should be the fastest way) Just few mins walk from the subway station and the way are easy to find with the help of the maps provided. This place fits for people who love to hangout till midnight. Lots of good restaurants ( some are open in 24hrs) and shopping mart and street here. The road to guesthouse is safe, the street is bright and lots of people even in 3 am. (Good light and sound proofing in room.) Guesthouse owner are nice and helpful. And cute. Two rooms share for one bathroom. Shampoo and body wash are provided. Laundry service are provided with charges. Place is clean, bed is comfortable. ( suggestions to add a small rubbish bin inside the room) Breakfast is self help.
