The room is large and comfortable. We were there during the hottest month in August, it did help with air-con in the room .Highly recommended.

It’s a perfect place for a few nights. All you really need is there but nothing beyond that. I will stay there again as it is value for money.

It is very clean apartment, kitchen is big and has much you need but except microwave oven. Apartment has huge balcony..it is big advantage. There were towels and hairdryer in the bathroom.

I booked this Hotel with booking app earlier that they and I checked in easily, I didn’t pay any money for booking, I just called them and told them what time I will arrive there. my room was on 2nd floor but I asked them to change it to upper floor and they gave me another room on 4th floor easily. The location is great, quite at night and crowded at day time, only 5-10 mins walking to Ekamai BTS station and also next to the hotel is a Big C . The bed was very comfortable it’s like if you sleep on it you never want to get up.

The bed was great and the rooms roomy but two rooms had a bad smell, one so bad I had to change room

Friendly staffs. Large room space, open air bathroom.

Everything was perfect! I strongly recommend this place! Thank you!

In this city it’s a really good and important feeling that you can actually trust somebody. Abdou gave us this feeling. He picked us up from the parking middle of the night. He advised us to visit Oukira valley instead of imlil, which was proven the best choice! His personalized service really made the difference! It is a beautiful small riad in a quiet place of the chaotic city, nicely maintained. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made. Great value for money. I would recommend to any of my friends when they visit Marrakech!

Really helpfull staff, good room, located close to the night market and a few minutes of the old town.

staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, but hotel is a bit old, however is good to stay there because is located in the centre of the city and not so far from airport by car.

Surprisingly quiet hotel for such a huge building. Competent staff and lots of choice for breakfast.

We received a really good attention from the staff. They help us with a little problem in the room (the air conditioner wasn’t working), so they move us to a better room. Really good attention, very clean, good location, near to the subway and 5 minutes walking from the principal avenue.

Well equipped, clean, nice location close to all means of transportation.

The appartment was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was small but it was perfectly clean.

We took the train and were picked up at the station. Small onsen, with pools inside and outside, nice food, nice traditional rooms. Friendly staff.

The swimming was good and the rooms were quiet at night.

Our room was great. The Portuguese guy on front desk was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our little chats with him.. The breakfast was really good. Overall we definitely would stay here again.

Very clean, easy checking in & out. .our own Parking space made it easy as well. .

The bed were comfy with good smelling linens, the shower was nice. I think the swimming pool were nice too although we were not able to swim because of the bad weather.

The jacuzzi on the terrace was very good! I had a blast with no girlfriend!

Apartment was nice and clean. close to old town but still quiet from the night time buzz. Kitchen fully equipped and supermarket more less downstairs.

The check in was very efficient, the parking was available within the property. I like the view of the city especially at night. We booked a two-bedroom with city view, surprisingly it wasn’t noisy. There are 1 adult pool, 1 children pool and a Jacuzzi. The air conditioning is really good. The bathrooms and bed rooms are huge.

– Super 24h Service- very helpful- top facilities

Very nice hotel with royal feeling! In the centrum! Room was beautiful and clean! It was there also some small kitchen! Very good. Place is in the centrum, but on quiet street. We didnt take a breakfast so I can not say. I was happy to staying there with my boyfriend. Thank You!

Located near Kaosan in a quiet local district. You have everything you need: a/c, fridge, correct bathroom and bed, and they clean your room every morning. Staff is very friendly and helpful and you find a coffee shop and a thai massage place within the property. Great value for money.

Good location. Very short walking distance to food, shops and monuments. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay

NOTHING I LIKED IN THE PLACE STARTING FROM THE RUDE RECEPTIONISTS AND POOR OLD UN CLEANED ROOM THEY ALLOCATED US IN

a great location at Sagrada Familia, modern and clean apartment, a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the basilica

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varried and tastey. The shower was hot and relaxing.

Location was good and the apartment was comfortable. Many coffee shops close by as well restaurants. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Staff were amazing and general all round service was brilliant. The breakfast was excellent (we only tried one out of three breakfast restaurants). Choice of restaurants is brilliant but some on the pricey side. Room service menu is plentiful. The hotel itself is grand and looks great. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Location is safe and peaceful so always nice to have quiet surroundings after days out in busy Tokyo. Close to a few train stations (5mins walk) and was perfectly located to explore key areas of Tokyo. Wifi worked perfectly.

The location was perfect. Quiet street and very close to the Piazza Navona and a few additional sites within walking distance. A taxi and bus stop right at the corner if needed.

Basic room but very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely. Excellent location. Would stay there again.

This building was beautiful! Really took my breath away upon entry-lots of beautiful old stairs and crown molding throughout. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I could walk most places from here. The balcony was a nice size, but shared.

Friendly staffNice breakfastAwesome price quality ratio

Location, cleanliness , elevator was old but nice and that there was a fridge in the room.

The location is in the heart of Kiev, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, etc.

Great Staff!!!!! Have stayed here a few times always greeted with a lot of positive energy love it

The family working at Residence9 were exceptional. They served an excellent breakfast and were helpful directing us to places. The place was very nice.

Location, price. The room had air conditioning which worked beautifully

Spacy apartman equipped with all you need and more – even washing machine

We liked everything about our holiday we had an excellent experience overall. We hope to return to Krakow again some day.

The room was extra Big, with living room, bedroom, nice bathroom with both big spa bathtub and shower. The style of both the hotel and the room is exquisite! For sure it is not the cheapest hotel in the area but frankly the accommodation prices are quite high in Australia and compare with other hotels, you get your money worth. The extra price is not comparable with the extra quality of both the equipment and the service that you get! The food from the room service is very good. The bed was super comfortable. It was our two last nights on our Australian trip and we got a good and well deserved rest before going back home.

Clean, modern, excellent location! Staff were quick to respond and professional.

i like the location was near to main road with a good price.

The hotel is beautiful and looks quite classic. The coffee tastes very very nice. Nice harp playing during breakfast. The staff are very nice. There is H1 night bus runs from SVO to the opposite side of the hotel.

Location Is great , close to everything but not on the main street where are all the parties

Location is great. Close to shopping, airport and major highways. Quiet room, Comfortable bed

the bed was comfy enough but the bed room was quite small..because the bedroom was upstairs witch meant the ceiling was very low.

Central location, very clean. Very helpful agency. Kept our luggage on final day and organised cheap transport back to airport.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. The staff were fab- they accommodated us for two early breakfasts out of the original breakfast timings as we were on tours. There was a small mall at the end of the main road with loads of food options.

Mattress (firm foam) was super comfy. Lots of pillows. Great shower. Spacious.

The location is perfect and the staff is friendly.

Great location, very nice breakfast and the staff were very nice – especially Tuan.

Good breakfast and with hot and cold dishes in a bright and cheerful setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. We took the train from the airport and the hotel was across the street from the main station. It would have been nice to have a restaurant for dinner but meals, although limited were offered in the bar.

The location was excellent, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Views were amazing to the Isaac cathedral. Breakfast was superb and staff were very helpful.

Location is great if you want to spend a lot of time in the CBD

I think mainly it was the close proximity to Hisense stadium and bars cafes etc as well easy access to the cbd

The host was a very kindfull person. He even picked us up at the station near the appartement. Because of the comment about the cockroaches, Adam insisted on sleeping in one of his other appartements. The appartements where we stayed were very clean and nicely decorated. Nice location, good breakfast, amazing spa with a view from the roof!

The room was very small, but clean and overall nice. There is no kettle or tea in the room. There is shower, no bathtub. The lift is 0,5x1m, extra small, but it was not a problem. The location is great, 20 minutes to Louvre.

Breakfast and restaurant were very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Left us store bags in the hotel for hours after before check in and after check out. Very clean room and leisure centre was excellent. Location is perfect for visiting Krakow.

Really wonderfull time especially Sofia was really helpful front desk. Really clean and nice stuff

It’s around the corner from a local market. There is good eating to be had here. Patpong is up the road and I like to walk there fir a bit of exercise. SilomCity is a quiet hotel. I’ve stated there many times now. Friendly helpful staff, happy to look after your luggage while you travel elsewhere.

Location was perfect for us. Close to plenty of night life options.

Very small Hotel. No much space in the room or bathroom. The Lady who owns the hotel is very rude. In a positive note a joint Lady who works in the front desk is very sweet and helpful. The only one in the hotel who speaks English.

The service of the humid areas, the girl in charge was very attentive with everything.

The scenery from the window is very good. Stuff are friendly and kind.

The breakfast was great, the reception procedure very efficient and quick and no time was wasted trying to check us into our room Very conveniently located closer to shops, beach, good public transport networks linked to the hotel. Easy to find and staff very helpful

Location is amazing . Next to the sea and walking distance from all the d city tourist places , max 15 min walk.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Staff are professional, friendly and so keen to support. Very close to the train station, so our day trip to Lake Como was so easy. Recommended for a family or a group.

Fantastic position, Friendly staff, Fabulous prices.

The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were exceptionally professional and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The accessibility to public transport was also great – as is the fact that it’s in a safe area.

Guests say:

Friendly staff and great room location. The floor was very quiet.

Great location, pretty central but quiet at night. The hotel is a bit dated by modern standards but offers great swimming pool, good sized rooms,a nice cozy bar and a small selection of upmarket shops. The showers could do with upgrading and it was difficult to stop the water going onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise the hotel is well maintained and very clean. There was some upgrading works taking place in the reception/main lobby which we were unaware of when booking but this was not detrimental to our stay. A reasonably good breakfast selection in the cafe/restaurant which forms part of the hotel and has a nice terrace bar/restaurant on the corner with the main street. A good venue for a weekend break albeit a few miles away from the main tourist attractions but with top end and designer shops and a good selection of restaurants close by. The underground is also only a few minutes walk from the hotel and we found this the best way to get around.

Location of the Hotel is the only good thing (and its excellent) located at the nanjing road and ver close to the bund. Its a very lively place, just loved it.

Location. Very friendly and helful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very clean, nice and big bathroom in room.

Excellent Front desk personnel, who really gave their best to solve (the numerous issues)! Thanks for that! Central location next to metro station

I had the worst experience with this hotel stay right from the time I checked in.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in the mid of the market, breakfast is superb.

Very nice, clean appartment. Close to the centre, but very quiet. Light and fresh. You open the door from the street, and you see the patio.

The sounds of the waterfall and river….the infinity pool and being in nature and hearing nature.

Value for money. Nice modern interior decor. Rooms are relatively spacious and well designed. Everything is very nice. Decent a la carte buffet breakfast. There is a public bus no. 102 that stops just outside the hotel which is convenient for the West Lake area (but be prepared for a 30 to 40 minute bus ride) and costs only 2 yuan per person per ride. Might be tricky if you don’t know chinese though. Quiet area. Some food options within the same complex in which the hotel is located.

The host was very welcoming! The apartment offered serval amenities, was clean and comfortable.

UV lights in the room were great, and the rooms look new. Friendly, helpful staff.

o.k not easy to get to. not enough parking places. on a Saturday it was o.k to get to Palermo. getting there Friday afternoon was an ordeal . A lot of traffic jams. The price was convenient.

The staff was so great to me. I could not check in until after the front desk was closed so they emailed me great directions of how to get into my room and directions to the building. Very thoughtful!
