The staff at front desk, concierge and door attendants were all friendly, helpful and gracious. The room had all of the items and amenities associated with a first class hotel. The room was clean, very comfortable beds, bathroom amenities covered all items that would be required of a person arriving without luggage. The breakfast was splendid, replenished frequently and no out of stock on any of the selections. The food preparation was tasty, fresh and special orders (like eggs over easy) were accommodated. The location is near all points of interest. The concierge arranged taxi pick up to take us to Catherine’s Palace(26 km) and who then met us there to bring us back to the hotel. Concierge Personnel, -Tamara Layrut Concierge -Daria Gerasimova Concierge -Natayla Baregamyan Concierge were exceptional in making arrangements and recommendations for restaurants, sites and fun. If you are going to Saint Petersburg stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

Staff helpful at check in and although they spoke little English an app translated needed questions and answers.

A treat for anybody. Additionals: Portwine for two upon arrival to enjoy. Very conveniently located. Great value for money.

This is a flat in an excellent position. It was in a brilliant position, very well decorated and equipped. It had bathroom and an extra toilet, kitchen with fridge ,freezer, cooker, dishwasher, cooker etc. Huge living room and massive bedroom. There was also walk in wardrobe and another wardrobe in living room.

Such helpful people, and the view from my window was the Charles Bridge! I wish I had a longer stay to enjoy the hostel life more. The location is fantastic and the food is just fine! I couldn’t find one thing that didn’t make me feel welcome

Quiet building, big apartment, fully furnished, clean, situated near the city center, 15 minutes on foot from the Cathedral and plenty of bars nearby. The kitchen could be better but it’s ok considering that you’ll eat always out with all those tapas bars!

Beautiful hotel inside. Staff are very friendly. Had a lovely day by the roof top pool (although it could do with some updating). Free shuttle to the Hilton Jumeirah with access to the beach and pool there

It is a basic accommodation and not luxurious or very fancy but it was comfortable and clean, staff were lovely and warm. They were very attentive at breakfast. The best thing of all was the location 1 block from the Duomo piazza so it was easy to walk to many museums and sights and lots of restaurants and cafes close by

Location close to metro (25 min direct line to the city center) and close to supermarkets.

the receptionist namely Farhat was just so nice. he helped us in every possible way he can. we enjoyed the ottoman night show that he recommended and he gave us a very good deal. affordable room rate, breakfast was excellent and location is perfect.

The property was very clean and inviting. The room was large with very comfortable beds, fresh sheets and pillows. The bathroom was very clean and there was toiletries and fresh towels provided everyday, there was also enough storage space including ironing facilities.

We choose this hotel for its price and location. The staff was generous and went out of their way to be helpful. We were allowed, with request, to check in early as we had come in on an overnight flight for a cruise departure the following day. They were able to hold our bags safely to allow us to explore the city and called a cab for us when it was time to go to the port (AR$80 15 min ride). We had three in our party and when we arrived and they realized our constellation was not a couple they offered a 3 bedded room. Rooms were clean and well equiped. Staff gracious. Breakfast just right! I would recommend them if you are looking for a good value.

Very easy walk to and from Cadorna station, comfortable rooms, nice breakfasts with a very pleasant and polite waiter who made you a coffee or tea just the way you like it.

Place, peace in the night. There was nothing to criticise (only one chair in the kitchen was sligthly shaky).

The location was excellent, easy access to the subway.

Clean hotel located in Soi Ari(26) of Sukhumvit, which is approximately a 5 min walk to BTS Phrom Phrong. Neat rooms, wifi was ok. Welcoming was friendly.

I don’t normally write reviews. But this apartment worth to be highly recommended, so I am writing. Though I just booked few hours before arrival, Mr.Bautista greeted us very warmly. At the day check-out, our luggage could be kept in the lobby of the apartment. When we went to find the luggage back, met Mr.B again and he was again very nice that he even helped us call a taxi. This apartment was worth the price. Nop, more than price for family travellers.

Breakfast is great and we love the bath tube they offer. We alos recommended the view and the dinner in the Restaurant.

The managers were really friendly. Descent breakfast. Location is the best – just behind the Kazan Cathedral in the very heart of Saint-Petersburg, in a walking distance to anything in the center.

Their staff Mr Cuneyd was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment is really well equipped. For exp, cooking utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, etc. Basically, everything you need is provided.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was tiny but had a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was old but very clean and large. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly. The room wasn’t ready as we arrived early but they were happy to look after our luggage and then took it to our room while we were out sight seeing. We didn’t stay for breakfast as we had an early start. We didn’t notice many facilities. It is a very basic hotel but looks great and most importantly, a very comfortable bed for a good price. In terms of location, it is a walk away from everything. 5 mins and you are on the main shopping street and 10 mins you are at the main railway station.

The hotel is well equipped and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool were clean and fun to use. The staff at the front desk were very nice

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely great (the best we had in 3 weeks Vietnam). The children liked the pool on the rooftop and I enjoyed my fitness work-out with a magnificent view on Hanoi.

The location of the property is very central and fantastic for experiencing everything which Dubrovnik has to offer on foot. Although you are right in the centre of the old town the room is very quiet due to the property benefiting from a lovely internal court yard.

I liked the rooftop terrace and the good breakfast and good beds.

About 10 minutes drive from the airports. The food was good, and staff were very accommodating.

A new hotel, very clean and well appointed. The location is great, easy walking to either Yodoyobashi or Kitahama subway stations with very direct access to most of the interesting parts of Osaka. The breakfast buffet is a good solid Asian breakfast.

Good location easily to Catalonia Plaza And Rambla, but in a quiet street. Nice breakfast in camp and outdoor garden. Kind staff.

Great location, staff was extremely helpful. It was newly built, the rooftop bar was great.

Hotel was very cozy, in city center, where all cafes and restaurants are very close (however, it is not too noizy). It is very easy to find it, you don’t have to wonder around. Also taxim square, galata tower and galata bridge and the tram(!!) are very close (5-10 min), so you can easily reach Sultanahmet district.

All the staff are try to make your staying comfortable, the all inclusive is worth it.

Excellent breakfast options, including omelettes prepared on request! Friendly staff offering excellent local restaurant suggestions: (We ate in the same suggested restaurant twice!) And giving perfect advice on bus to San marco bus depot. WILD PARROTS IN TREES IN THE AFTERNOON!

The host was very friendly and she had made everything ready before we arrived. It was a pleasant stay and very close to the old town.

It’s very good for family. Very doesn’t place.

The hotel staff at the Serene Boutique Hotel, Hanoi are fantastic, they always made you feel welcome. Right from first contact with Rose Tran, to departure. Including making my partners birthday a memorable one.

It’s very convenient as it is 8 minutes walk from the nearest train station.

It is a perfect example of Japanese combination of tradition and modernity. Wonderful staff, cosy rooms and amazing bathroom equipped with lot of different amenities made the stay there unforgettable. This place is perfect after long journey since it enables to relax as in exclusive SPA. For sure we will come back here next time.

Nice compact studio apartment with all necessary amenities. Excellent room service and a variety of multi-cultural cuisine.
