Reception staff were very good. as was the breakfast

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to requests. On my first night, following lengthy delays at the airport, the ‘party’ my ‘neighbours’ decided to throw at 2am was thankfully quickly dealt with after a call to reception.

Comfy quiet room. Breakfast left outside room. Fresh bread pastries , all good. Location perfect for our stay.

Excellent host provided great breakfast, accomodation and knowledge of Venice. Best location. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I didnt liked anything,the only good thing at this property was the guy at the reception. He was very nice and helped us with information.

Beautifully set up, the room I had was spacious with a massive bathroom and full bath. Lovely rain forest shower and plenty of space for two. The bed was comfortable, solid air-conditioning and secure with a safe and good locked room. Nice pool and good loungers. But for me the hotel bar and restaurant is the big hit! Food was superb at all times and good value.

Very beautiful hotel in upscale housing community. About 5 minute drive to the mall and 15mins to good beaches. I would recommend cabify or mytaxi app. I used cabify, it was about 6-8euros to almost everywhere. Maybe 12 euros to beach or las ramblas.

The friendly receptionist, Jesse. He answered all our questions and gave us suggestions of activities to do as it is our first time in Seattle

This riad is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hasan and Miriam do everything to make your stay as great as possible. They are always ready to help and you can always reach them via WhatsApp. Hasan even offered us a walk to the main square so we wouldn’t get lost in the souks. The rooms are air-conditioned, the breakfast is delicious and you can have it anytime you want and there’s a charming rooftop terrace for chilling with your family or friends We even got a free room upgrade! Next time I come to Morocco I will come back to the riad without any hesitation and I recommend the riad to anyone that would like to stay in the heart of Marrakech.

The location, the breakfast, cleanless very friendly staff

The hotel was very central and it was easy to get around and visit all the sights we wanted to. The hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned each day.

Very convenient location as the East Nanjing Pedestrian Street is just a stone throw away. Street breakfast (Chinese) is readily available as you step outside the entrance. It’s clean and the staff are friendly enough and unobtrusive. The bed was soft.

Style, the hotel is inside an architect’s office and WiFi.

I had no breakfast. Bed was wonderful. Mini Frig was well stocked. Shuttle service was very proficient.

Close to Aleksanderplatz railway station it was pretty easy to get to the hotel from Schoenefeld airport. Staff was really friendly. We had a little issue with payments and they’ve resolved it in a moment. Also nice breakfast included.

Friendly staff and transfer (part of the family). Located 5 minutes from Lima airport, on main road, but traffic noise not a problem. Some restaurants and shops close by, not a touristic area. Basic accommodation, clean and functional, good value for money for an overnight stop.

Lots of food options around the hotel. Breakfast was okay. I like the porridge the most.

Everything! The property is beautiful, intimate, luxurious and just like stepping back in time to a bygone era. The staff are wonderful as was the ever attentive manager Nick, who made us feel like valued guests at every opportunity. This is one of the truly great boutique hotels in Asia! If you have the opportunity to stay at The Siam – you must – it’s an extra special experience.

The room was good with comfy bed. It’s clean and toilet facilities were new and upgraded. Overall, room has a modern and updated look. I like the cable tv which has an ongoing movie channel in English. It was great when you are staying in. Price was also very good.

Everything about the apt and Staff were 1st class . With regard to collecting the property keys , We made a big mistake , but that was probably our own fault , not that of the Staff , and we got sorted out thanks to a very helpful girl called Sophie and her companion [ whose name I cant remember ]

Good location, clean, nice decor. Close to grocery store. Well appointed kitchenette to fix meals. A block from Sacre-Coeur.

The walking distance from city centre (8-10 min from the Piazza delle Erbe). The cleanliness of the room, including the bathroom. The agent that gave us the key gave us directions and arrived on time.

Location and cleanliness are the most positive things about this hotel! I recommend it to everybody who is travelling to Istanbul.

The hotel was very spacious, the swimming pool was nice, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were big, the breakfast was great, a lot of variety.

The location is in very close proximity to the town center, where all available transports meet.

The location is excellent : you don’t need to use a car (as it’s very difficult to drive and to park the car in Florence : lot of garage but expensive) you can walk all around the main museums, churchs… : wonderfull town ; the restaurant are also excellent and the people very nice even if you don’t speak italian

Staff was helpful with a change prior to check in, easy to find, close to good food options. Room was great.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable. We will come back for sure.

The facilities and the attention from the lessor, they even invited us to the table for lunch!!! Everything was very good.

Nottingham Place is a beautiful hotel which we chose partly due to its proximity to Paddington station. Our room was lovely and so comfortable – our 6 year old daughter even found the sofa bed to be very comfy. Super easy to get to from Baker St tube and a short taxi ride to Paddington too.

I love the space and the feel of the apartment. It was very cozy during the cold. It was an unforgettable experience.

It is very well located, restaurants, shops and the beach are very close. Everything clean and comfortable.

Very nice breakfast, and happy "spririt" for the halloween – dia dos muertos festival.

Location is the main (and only) advantage of this place. Staff was trying to be helpful, but it is challenge to be such in this place and such organization.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was outstandingly friendly. Special thanks go to June! You are staying directly in Saigons main tourist street – you may like that or not, but it is central. From the airport you can get there for not more than 20k Dong by public bus (strangely going back to the airport was only 5k). Even though we were staying in an 8 people dorm the beds are very nice and you have your privacy. Bathroom was very clean.

The buffet meals provided were fantastic including themed dinners! The location to the beaches was fantastic with just a short walk needed. However, I prefer sand to "river rock" but welcome to Sochi! The hotel was centrally located to many shops and bus routes as well as the main boardwalk. The concierge in the lobby was helpful and friendly and, after checking some of the kiosks on the street, priced well. Workout room had some free weights and a combo-machine as well as the common cardio equipment. The staff was friendly and patient with an English speaker!

The location is superb! The Staff was super friendly and provided us with a map of all the best places around. Such a great place.

Triangulo hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable and has a large garden and pool area to relax. The staff is very attentive.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, english is well as well. Super close to two train stations (Shinbashi and Shiodome), 15 mins away from Gundam Base, 10 mins away from Akihabara and Tokyo station. Free welcome drinks and breakfast.

Swimming pool was great, breakfast was brilliant at Carluccios which is a great addition to the hotel.

This property is in an amazing location and the suite we stayed in a wonderful view. There is a pool which also looks over the harbour and the reception staff are friendly.

Very central location and a very helpful owner. The apartment I booked online ("Then") was too noisy for my taste, but the owner arranged quickly for me to move the next day to the more quiet one (the apartment "Now") in the same building.

Fabulous location with very friendly owners who helped with our (excessive) luggage and gave helpful advice on local places to eat / for tapas. Not an overluxurious room, but ideal for our needs – good air conditioning and a good bathroom. Excellent location – close to the Prado and other galleries, close to Atocha station, close to the old centre and Plaza Mayor … we will certainly come back here another time. Loved the traditional lift in the building.

The location is great. From Train station it’s about 5-10 minutes to walk. And everything is near from hotel.

Location. Walking distance to all historic sites and restaurants.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip before flying out early in the morning. The staff were very nice and provided us with a full dinner at the on sight restaurant instead of breakfast (since we had to leave so early). The room was huge and clean. The downtown location is good if you want something more than just the basic resort experience, even though this hotel seems to offer most of the amenities you can expect from the much more expensive resorts.

Staff are friendly, shower works very good and the room was clean.

The staff was friendly and it was no problem to check in at 2 o’clock in the morning. Although it is said the staff doesn’t speak English they understand at least some words.

Check in super easy with management bringing the keys to site. Late check out to 12 very much appreciated.

A very comfortable stay overall and we just loved the location. Its very close to tram station (Tophane) and you can walk to property easily along with your luggage plus all important points are nearby. Karakoy port area is an interesting place to stay as surrounded by small typical Turkish restaurants and sea view for a nice walk. Overall neighbourhood was happening yet peaceful and we really enjoyed it. The hotel is small cozy place with nice staff who ensure a comfortable stay with all basic needs. Its not a fancy hotel but very practical and good one. I will certainly go back to this place whenever am travelling next to Istanbul and recommend this property to all others as well.

Great location, spaciousness and had everything we needed. Russell good to deal with. So handy to tube station. In the thick of the action, but surprisingly quiet. Heard no street noise from back bedroom.

We got the villa with private pool. Loved the pool and the views. The room is pretty big with lots of natural lights. The staff was amazing and very helpful all the time. The main pool is spectacular with amazing views of the forest.

The staff here was wonderful and they were very friendly. They accomadated me immediately as soon as I arrived. The room was crisp and clean. It was so modern and comfortable. Location was quiet and just far away from the city center. I enjoyed the fact that this place close to a tram area and just about 20 to 30 minutes away from everything. It’s located also near the train to the airport. It also walking minutes away to a grocery store that does not over charge you. Breakfast is extra BUT the spread is amazing!

The place was quite clean and well cared for. The staff is very accommodating and willing to meet your needs as best they can. We had a problem with heat and were immediately moved to another room. The internet was not working and we were supplied with a mobile hotspot. Coffee and tea constantly available. A nice, clean, friendly place with good energy--well worth the $. The location provides an opportunity to experience the diversity of Paris. Plenty of stores and cafes nearby provide a variety of dining experiences. Our room faced the courtyard which gave us a quiet experience.
