This information should be provided on the website, for those travelling with elderly and with big suitcase.

The staff is great and very patient- excellent service!! They even welcomed the children with a gift- that made them busy during the check in and later. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms, it was comfortable and clean.

Location of Hotel is perfect for Airport departures – entrance being on the same floor. I checked in my bags early (no queue) then went back for breakfast.

Value for money. Huge comfortable bed, huge spacious room.

Very well located , close to the Skytrain station and good starting point to explore Bangkok . I received a upgrade so it was a nice surprise.

The guy on reception/ owner was so nice and helpful. His English was excellent and he was friendly and did a lot to make our experience better..his colleague was not as helpful..

Very clean, very spacious and luxurious apartment with modern design. I highly recommend it if you want space.

Large beds, my room could easily accommodate two couples, desk, nice breakfast, a bit out of town but tram stop nearby, beach only a short walk away, fresh water bottles every day. Generally everything o.k., would return next time.

What a delight and such a relief to be greeted by efficient welcoming and professional management. Nothing is too much trouble and this is one of the prettiest and certainly conveniently located boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Ignore any negative remarks about breakfast – the selection is more than adequate, its fresh, tasty and when you’re sat eating your croissants and drinking great coffee looking at The Acropolis – who needs an English fry up!

Good kitchen, very pretty hostel. Good location. The pods were a fun experience.

We organised transport from the airport to the property through Krakowhomes. A very friendly man greeted us at the airport and dropped us right to the door. We were then greeted by Kate who was lovely. She showed us around the apartment and how to use all the facilities. The apartment was spotless clean and was very spacious. Kate recommended some lovely places to eat which didnt disappoint. The apartment was about a ten minute walk from the main Market Square. Had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend to others.

Apartment was perfect, just right for my daughter and myself to be totally safe and comfortable. Perfect place for the Garcia area would stay again. Close to bars, restaurants, markets and easy to get a taxi when required.

Really everything. Super clean, super cozy, perfect location and wonderful staff.

This hotel is so funky it’s amazing! There are all sorts of vintage items everywhere, but mainly situated round a huge spiral staircase, so it’s like a museum. Fantastic rooms, very large, with bathroom situated far enough away from the main room to make you feel like you’re in your own apartment. There were two Port Wine Miniature bottles and wine/beers/soft drinks in the minibar which are complimentary gifts. Plus there is a roof terrace where you can smoke. A lovely touch. The staff had excellent English and were extremely friendly. They’ll kook after your bags for a few hours on check out day, if you need that. Fantastic!

this little hotel is ideal for a quick stop over as we did after our cruise. It was well situated near to anything u might need etc, and was far away from the crowds of Venice, yet right there on the door step……..also easy to find from the water taxi…….the continental breakfast was good too

The King Size bed was very comfy, our room was clean and it was cleaned everydayGreat location !

The hotel was well located, and was just a few minutes from a metro stop. It also had a nice balcony view. Also, it was helpful to have an elevator. The bed was comfortable.

Location was good in terms of closeness to train station but a long way from the city centre. The man who checked us in was excellent, offering advice on how to get around and places to visit for dinner.

This place is fabulous and the hosts, Bruno & Ricardo are simply wonderful. We got such a lovely welcome greeting and they were always on hand for any advice. They say location is everything, well this place is perfect to explore Rome. It was our first time and we had no idea how central we were to all the sites. We spent 4 nights there and walked to everything. Highly recommended. They even stocked the mini-bar every day and said we could use without charge (no alcohol, but great for cold drinks and snacks – so thank you, a nice touch). And then there’s the breakfast. We loved the notion of waking up, placing a quick call to the hosts who then bought a wonderful breakfast tray into the room. every day there was something different. A great way to start the day. When we come back to Rome, we’re definitely staying here again. Thank you.

jinjiang inn got same std in every city in the whole china. so I always like the bed, the room and the bathroom. as always, the room is small. what I like is the twin bed is always 1 big and 1 std. so if travel with kid can sleep for 3 in 1 room. The location is superb. I like the jing an view especially at night. the streets are so comfy to walk as there are so many trees. it shades us from the sun.

Great location and good, caring service. The family room with 3 beds is good space and the bathroom is quite clean. The included breakfast offers lots of tasty local food, though the juices were not made from fresh fruit.

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, central position and near 2 subway lines as well as 2 train stations, very easy to find and comfotable for those travelling from and to Haneda Airport (monorail very near). There is plenty of restaurants for lunch and/or dinner but it is a quite area and there are no disco or other similar entertainment locations. Will definetively be back at Sotetsu if I will ever come again to visit Tokyo!

The room and hotel was beautiful. The service was great and the staff were very helpful. The recommendations on things to do and where to eat were really good.

The price. 26 Euro for spacious apartment not far from center is a good deal.

The breakfast was brilliant. There was a great choice.

The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also nice. Close to the center and the tube station. The access to the pool and the other facilities was great, I really enjoyed it.

I liked that the agent went through how to work everything in the property and showed us round.

The proximity to the Santander Industrial University since I had an event at this place.

The apartment was very cosy, all the furniture and other stuff is brand new. The host is very nice. And it was a big surprise and a great pleasure for us to receive a present from host.

Very good location, 15 min by foot to the city center, quiet area, private parking, private kitchen, awesome breakfast, staff very friendly.

Good location; the staff were nice; the rooms not too small (for central Paris), and the bathrooms were a good size (for central Paris).

My stay there was quite amazing. The staff were very warm and lovely. The breakfast was like a party. Anyway Africans are not used to buffet breakfast. Your services were excellent. However, some of the facilities in the room needs upgrading. For example the A.C.Thanks for hosting me.

Good location, close to food and shopping, and it takes 6-7mins from metro station. It’s a bit confusing to find the hotel sign, so try to find the big Zara shop and the accommodation is in the same building. Nice layout and spacious room.

Great staff. Great food. Great location. We came to prague to celebrate our anniversary and we informed the hotel, so when we first entered the room they left cake and wine! Also the staff was very kind and helpful.

Room was ok. Bed was firm. Shower was excellent. Why Is the tv mounted so high on the wall?

The guesthouse, the garden with the pool and the room were really beautiful and well taken care of. Breakfast was good as well. It’s true that there are not many options in walking distance (though you won’t starve due to local foodstands) and you need to take a taxi whenever you want to go to the centre or for dinner. Though the guesthouse provides you with a cellphone to call nice and cheap taxis (150 Baht one way, 15 minutes). For us the green tranquility of the place absolutely worth staying outside of Chiang Mai. Staff is super nice as well. Thank you so much!!

The service is second to none. All members of staff were extremley helpful and friendly – so welcoming we felt like it was our second home. The Riad itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated to compliment the traditional Moroccan design. Situated close enough to the Souks and main square to make it convenient yet far enough to be able to experience peace and tranquility. The breakfast was outstanding every day and we also had dinner on one evening which was also prepared to a high standard. All rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable to enjoy. Cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms and Riad as a whole was 10/10. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi also great to enjoy during the day and evening. We visited as a group of 6 friends, however would also be great for a romantic getaway, weekend break etc. The next time we visit Marrakech, Riad Alili will definitely be our first choice! (:

Hotel is located in a very good place, close to the center and Gorki Park and to subway stations. Near the hotel, there are several grocery stores. The place is very cozy and clean, but a little bit noisy and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is a buffet style with a very big variety of food for all kind of tastes, which was slightly different every day. In my oppinion for this price, it was the best.

I found the hotel a walkable (for me) distance from the Stadio Olimpico. We were also able to walk to the Vatican Museums from there. Otherwise, the no.19 tram was only 200m away and although this doesn’t go to Termini Stazione, you can change onto another tram and be there after a further two stops. It also connects with a number of Metro stops. I was surprised at how good the breakfast was, bearing in mind that Italians don’t really do cooked breakfasts.

This place doesn’t really offer anything apart from straight out accommodation, but it is good for that. Would recommend.

I loved the room and location. It was very nice and comfortable. On top of that, the hotel is a walking disntance from Shopping malls and the subway as well as the bund. Loved it!

they need to open more counter for check in , it took around 1 hour 15 min to stand in line for check in, after long fight I don’t think anyone would like to stand in line for such a long time, but the hotel is amazing , staff is friendly but they need to talk more in English.

Very clean and incredibly comfortable. No problems at all with our stay, it was excellent.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from shops and bars.

Lovely Hotel, staff were very welcoming, good location right by Ann Franks house so easy to find. the hotel is very stylish with the free coffee, tea and water anytime you want. Umbrellas for use for guests (and as it was quite showery very useful) We did not have breakfast as there are plenty of places out and about to pick up a snack or even full English in the area if that’s what you fancy. Our room was small but fine for us as we were only in Dam for one night on a stop over, and really only used it to freshen up and sleep, if you are planning a longer stay get a bigger room.

Everything! The best hostel I’ve stayed in. Clean, excellent location, really friendly staff, lovely dog and the best aspect was the communal atmosphere where staff and guests hang out together.

Room was good size and clean. Good location and easy to park.

Close to station and water taxis easy walk to Rialto and St Marks. Room comfortable but not big. Lack of power sockets and no adaptors available from desk. Good selection at breakfsst

Cheap and very affordable place for someone starting out in Melbourne

The staff was very helpful, especially when I requested to move into a different room. There is free tea and coffee and water to fill your bottle in the corridor. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice, clean and tidy!

I paid extra to be in a business floor (club floor) with access to the club floor…breakfast…afternoon tea….snacks… the place was full the whole time. plenty of children very noisy, definitely not a place to take or meet customers or suppliers there for business. afternoon tea was definltey not the traditional and so was very disappointed. the same each day, very boring, rather serve sandwiches and scones instead of small, over rated and tasteless cake…the breakfast was terrible with one person making eggs so the queue was often a wait…not impressed with this facility of the hotel rather disappointing as everything else was lovely.

I stay at room 501. The view from window is terrible. I saw a full view of sanctuary garden just infront my eye

Hotel is simple and not fancy but very cute, nice and the staff is amazing and very friendly. They helped us a lot in planning a walking routes in Hanoi , we left our suitcases there for a few days while we were doing a cruise in Halong Bay and when we returned they gave us a room to shower. It was the best team compared to other hotels in Vietnam The room was relatively large and clean. The location was good. A small typical Vietnamese alley near the church, a 10-minute walk to the lake.

Location was quiet, in a lovely area with local restaurants and bars, but with easy access to more central areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies on the desk who helped us with bookings for trips and restaurant recommendations, and loaned us umbrellas which they went out especially to buy, one particularly wet morning! Room was comfortable and with nice traditional decorations. Breakfast was ok although nothing special. I would particularly recommend the guided tour of secret Venice followed by chicetti and wine, with the lovely Luca as our guide, which we booked through the hotel – a great way to see parts of Venice you might not otherwise get to explore.

Laura greeted us upon arrival with a warm smile and extremely friendly greeting. She took her time to give us a grate advice as where to go, what to see,and where to eat. The location was perfect, being on the Main Street, we were a bit hesitant upon arrival, but we’re happy with the noise cancelling Windows, and blinds to block the light. The only complain we had was the room was fairly small, and wifi didn’t reach our room. Laura is the heart and soul to Linha 22, and would highly recommend staying in this family run B&B.&

The owners are the nicest people you can meet, very friendly

Staff in this hotel is the best! The nicest and most helpful! They explained everything, showed us great options for dinner, booked tickets for us and there’s even a shower you can use when taking a night bus somewhere! Location is also great. We booked a very basic room, but it was ok. Definitely great choice if you’re on a budget.

In general it is a small, but very modern and fancy looking hotel. Someone definitely put some thought into the design.
