Very clean and incredibly comfortable. No problems at all with our stay, it was excellent.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk from shops and bars.

Lovely Hotel, staff were very welcoming, good location right by Ann Franks house so easy to find. the hotel is very stylish with the free coffee, tea and water anytime you want. Umbrellas for use for guests (and as it was quite showery very useful) We did not have breakfast as there are plenty of places out and about to pick up a snack or even full English in the area if that’s what you fancy. Our room was small but fine for us as we were only in Dam for one night on a stop over, and really only used it to freshen up and sleep, if you are planning a longer stay get a bigger room.

Everything! The best hostel I’ve stayed in. Clean, excellent location, really friendly staff, lovely dog and the best aspect was the communal atmosphere where staff and guests hang out together.

Cheap and very affordable place for someone starting out in Melbourne

The staff was very helpful, especially when I requested to move into a different room. There is free tea and coffee and water to fill your bottle in the corridor. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice, clean and tidy!

I paid extra to be in a business floor (club floor) with access to the club floor…breakfast…afternoon tea….snacks… the place was full the whole time. plenty of children very noisy, definitely not a place to take or meet customers or suppliers there for business. afternoon tea was definltey not the traditional and so was very disappointed. the same each day, very boring, rather serve sandwiches and scones instead of small, over rated and tasteless cake…the breakfast was terrible with one person making eggs so the queue was often a wait…not impressed with this facility of the hotel rather disappointing as everything else was lovely.

I stay at room 501. The view from window is terrible. I saw a full view of sanctuary garden just infront my eye

Hotel is simple and not fancy but very cute, nice and the staff is amazing and very friendly. They helped us a lot in planning a walking routes in Hanoi , we left our suitcases there for a few days while we were doing a cruise in Halong Bay and when we returned they gave us a room to shower. It was the best team compared to other hotels in Vietnam The room was relatively large and clean. The location was good. A small typical Vietnamese alley near the church, a 10-minute walk to the lake.

Location was quiet, in a lovely area with local restaurants and bars, but with easy access to more central areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies on the desk who helped us with bookings for trips and restaurant recommendations, and loaned us umbrellas which they went out especially to buy, one particularly wet morning! Room was comfortable and with nice traditional decorations. Breakfast was ok although nothing special. I would particularly recommend the guided tour of secret Venice followed by chicetti and wine, with the lovely Luca as our guide, which we booked through the hotel – a great way to see parts of Venice you might not otherwise get to explore.

Laura greeted us upon arrival with a warm smile and extremely friendly greeting. She took her time to give us a grate advice as where to go, what to see,and where to eat. The location was perfect, being on the Main Street, we were a bit hesitant upon arrival, but we’re happy with the noise cancelling Windows, and blinds to block the light. The only complain we had was the room was fairly small, and wifi didn’t reach our room. Laura is the heart and soul to Linha 22, and would highly recommend staying in this family run B&B.&

The owners are the nicest people you can meet, very friendly

Staff in this hotel is the best! The nicest and most helpful! They explained everything, showed us great options for dinner, booked tickets for us and there’s even a shower you can use when taking a night bus somewhere! Location is also great. We booked a very basic room, but it was ok. Definitely great choice if you’re on a budget.

In general it is a small, but very modern and fancy looking hotel. Someone definitely put some thought into the design.

Great choice for business travelers or if you like to have some quiet time while exploring the bustling city of Medellin

The whole apartment was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room for our family! The neighbourhood was quite but also very close to the city!

Facilities, room comfort, and quality are the best of the best. Staffs are the friendliest and the most efficient in Makati.

The staff was exceptionally helpful about getting around in Paris as well as obtaining transportation to the airport at the end of our vacation. My friends and I enjoyed playing a dice game at night and the staff were welcoming us to use the breakfast area for this. They also were happy for us to make ourselves a pot of tea in after hours. I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect for our needs and the metro was only a short walk away that had lines that we used quite often.

The location was spot on and very central, the apartment was walking distance to every major attractions in the city. The hosts was very friendly and helpful – the room was nice and cool when we got in which was fabulous because it was boiling outside! It was a really nice touch.

The owners, Ibtissam and Patrick, are so friendly and helpful and could never do enough for you. They arranged transfers for us which was a great help. The Riad is in a great location and you can walk to the Jemma El Fna in the centre of Marrakech in ten minutes. The Riad is spotlessly clean, and has a beautiful plunge pool and roof terrace with good views across the skyline of Marrakech. There are plenty places to sit and relax. Although it is close to the centre of town, we found the Riad to be very quiet and the comfy beds meant we slept well. Perhaps the best bit about Riad Morgane is the breakfasts. We had freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, home-made traditional breads and pancakes, as well as a spread of home-made jams and marmalades. I researched accommodation in Marrakech thoroughly, and Riad Morgane definitely gives you the most bang for your buck.

it was wondful place and i slept very well and also staff so kindness.

The host was very helpful. The apartment was one block from the Duomo and so a fantastic location. The apartment itself was lovely. It’s on the top floor of a building with no lift. The stairs to climb are very steep at the top. 5 flights. Not a negative, just important to know.

Hotel its self was fine, not as good as other hilton locations

Riad locates in Sourk and really hard to find for the first time. Only 1 directive sign near it.If you want to feel tradition of Morocco your should stay in Riad.

I came back from Marrakech yesterday, and I am so glad that I chose Riad Basma to spend 4 nights there. A selection I did there were hotels with the same review score but with double the price (most of my friends have chosen those) but the quality was the same, if not better Riad Basma. If you are into staying at the Medina, the location is great as it is around 200 meters from the main square Jeema El Fna. If it is your first time in Marrakech, I would highly recommend to stay in the Medina. The manager Hasna, speaks fluent Arab, English, French and Spanish and it was super helpful, she gave us advices from where to shop and visit. She offered us an scale to weight our luggages and arrange our taxi back to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good!

Good location close to public transport and in an up and coming neighbourhood. Extensive breakfast buffet. good value for money.

It was a wonderful location right on the beach, central in Taganga, great restaurant and close to the bars with music.

Location very near dotonbori, kuromon market and namba area. Subway was short walk. Good area to stay in. Internet excellent in the unit and they also provided pocket wifi to bring along your travels. Bed was very comfortable. Request for additional pillows was granted. Toilet was very nice.

I stayed at The Sukhothai Bangkok for 4 nights at the end of August with my 9y. old child. The hotel is like a small Thai oasis in the middle of the Bankgkok busy life. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival; it was an amazing thai design room with two balkonies overlooking the inner yard water lilly pond. My child had a birthday and he was surprised with a cake and song, whick left him in thrilled to tears. Everything we asked for was arranged to my utmost satisfaction,the spa; the concierge; the reception; the in room dining; we travel a lot and we seldom experience such hospitality… the people were really going the extra mile to make our stay great, and that’ s what it is all about! The swimming pool was under reconstruction, still that problem was magnificently and delicately solved with a shuttle to a neighbour hotel and drink vouchers. Thank you for the unforgettable stay, we will definitely be back!

Supremely well located, one block from the subway station. Good breakfast service, pretty good quality / price ratio.

For the rate we paid it was value for money, however, the walls are very thin and in the morning we could hear the room next door in the toilet. Great to just put your head down and get up early to leave, the room is very small and no window!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided a thorough tour on arrival including a convenient city map with places of note called out. The map also provided locals’ tips. Our room was very large and well accommodated. We had a private room in the brand new wing so all facilities were top notch. Free coffee all day was a nice touch. No breakfast included, but they usually put out some small bites in the morning and light snacks throughout the day. The kitchen was gorgeous and the balcony overlooking the canal was another positive surprise. We definitely recommend this hostel. One of our favorites in the world!

The apartment was lovely and well equipped. Great wifi and the lift up to the apartment was easy. Porto is a lovely city and I prefer it over Lisbon, however it does get quiet at night and this street is deserted if you are out after 9pm. It is right next to Bolhao station which is a direct line to the airport which is very handy.

A nice enough hotel – actually a former apartment building with a split entrance/reception. Helpful friendly staff. A few minutes from the Colosseum – fantastic location. Close to metro too. Everything clean and tidy, everything worked: wifi, kettle, fridge.

The location was near 2 subways and convenient. There were convenient stores nearby too. The hotel staff were very accommodating and understanding when we informed them that we had to checked out on the 3rd day of our 8 nights stay. They gave us a refund on the remaining nights not stayed.

Location is amazing. Perfect spot. Room is tidy. GPS phone given with room was helpful getting about town.

The view from the terrace is beautiful. Staff were constantly smiling.

The size of the room and bathroom was a lot larger than we were expecting.

The bed was very comfortable, there was a coffee machine inside with some free capsules to use. The shower was very comfortable. A mini bar in case you need something extra.

The location is good. Namba walk is just a stone throw away . Very convenient to travel around Osaka as Namba Station is just a 5mins walk from the hotel.

The location in the village is perfect. Co operation with Bay Hotel is perfect. Liked the possibility to go there and use their pool!

Perfect breakfast, great location, easy to get to, safe and reliable.

The staff were wonderful!! Very professional, accommodating, friendly and very helpful. :):) They upgraded me to a hotel room which was very nice and clean. (Although my plan was to stay in an apartment.) Slightly further from city center But it was very comfortable, and staff were super!!! (Note:My scores here regards to the hotel room, not the apartment)…I will definitely go back there when i visit Kyiev. Thank you!!

Fabulous location. Very friendly staff. Good level of English for the non Russian speaker! Warm comfortable room with underfloor heating in bathroom.

Very helpful reception and housekeeping staff. Cleaning throughout the hotel was perfect and our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

The bed was very comfortable. The location is good, with a couple of nice restaurants at walking distance and close to the Waterfront but at night it feels a bit isolated, dark and empty area. Although a walk to the Waterfront could be possible the emptiness of the streets and darkness does not invite to. During the day looks much better and is just in front of the Green Point-Sea Point promenade which offers a great walk, and next to the Sea Point Park.

5-10 Minute walk from hotel to trains/shopping mall.Room was clean, optionally get it cleaned daily.Internet available was very good.

Ignacio maintained an excellent line of communication with us before we arrived including arranging for us to collect the apartment keys if we arrived earlier than 3pm check-in. Rafael, the owner, came to the apartment and assisted us in settling in and was enormously helpful in so many ways. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment very quiet. the wifi connection was excellent.
