I booked this hotel for my mother and her sister – two seniors. They told me, they loved everything about the hotel. The employees treated them very well. They always responded to my questions via email very quickly. and best of all, they waited for them at the airport until the flight arrived ( Which the arrived late ). They were very thankful with everything. they said, they will stay again.

The dinner was very good, great cook and the waiter was very nice.

Very personable Staff.. very good value for the money.

I stayed here because I had a late arrival at the airport followed by the departure the next morning. I was picked up efficiently upon my arrival and driven the 20 minutes or so to the hotel. It was basic but clean although the airplanes overhead mean that you need air plugs. The breakfast was very good and in fact one of the best breakfast I’d had on this trip. The same gentleman, who may have been the owner, took me to the airport in the morning for 30 Sols.

Breakfast was good but could do better with a little more serving of bread (ask guest if they need a little more bread)

Great location away from the immediate bustle of Cusco city center, but still very accessible. Great view from the veranda and many of the rooms.

Transportation to and from airport was outstanding.

Staff friendliness and helpfulness. Closeness to airport, Costa Verde, and many other amenities.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Not far from the airport.

Really love interiors, nicely designed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable beds.

Location with many restaurants near by the helpfull staff. The wifi works in the rooms. The breakfast is simple, but enough. The shower was hot and good

Really friendly staff who speak amazing English. Went out of their way to help us when we were waiting for the Peru hop bus . Great location for tourists in Lima.

The staff was friendly. They organized our transport from/to the airport and proposed to prepare early breakfast when we were leaving.

The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed the small, cozy feeling. Walking distance to the center! Perfect spot.

Nice big rooms, good shower, good wifi and nice staff

Its a lovely, quiet place in the middle of Milaflores hidden behind trees and flowers. Rooms are not big but very clean and comfortable, our room had window to outside, facing a little garden. Breakkie is served in a little kitchen / communal area which is also available fir guests to use. The owner and staff are great, very helpful and patient to answer any questions. Thank you!

It was really nice experience staying there. The room was very comfy and neat. The room was big with a clean washroom. Near to Baniyas and palm deira metro station with a walk of 5 mins ( 1 km )

Our host Ambra is one of the best hosts we have ever met. She gave extra effort to introduce the neighborhood to us. In addition to this, her restaurant suggestions were awesome. Also all of the apartment was extremely clean and comfortable.

i ware having problem with the room phone the funny it was not working. they been informed but there was no response and no one solve the problem see when i need anything i need to call from my mobile phone to the reception. and the most funny i think i booked a executive room. while check out i told them that i don’t have phone in my room they said yeah we know that sorry

A very nice breakfast room, good selection of food and the hospitality was great. The grounds were very nice. We had a cozy room with good bed and very nice bath. A short walk to the bus station which was very easy to use and a great way to get to the waterfront and other areas of Cape Town.

Luxury room was spacious, and bed was comfortable though squeaky.

The location of this property was perfect, next to a big supermarket and close to the old city

Location: The hotel is attached to Sunway Velocity Mall so it is very convenient and good for shopping. Thoughtfulness: complimentary minibar consists of 2 types of instant noodles, drinks and cookies.

Good choice of breakfast items….coffee very good in terms of temperature and flavor…refill was offered!

EVERYTHING!! The staff is outstanding. They always answered my emails quickly. They personally arranged an early breakfast for us as well as room service for dinner when we first arrived. The food is very good and reasonably priced. And most importantly, they helped us print our boarding passes when our airline app broke. All of this was done with HUGE smiles. The rooms are lovely – minimalist, but lovely with air conditioning and heat. The hotel is in an upscale residential neighborhood so there was absolutely no traffic or city noise (but still close to all of the sights). TV had English channels. My room had a huge bathtub. The lobby and sitting room were immaculate and classy. The pool area was great, with nice landscaping. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel!!!

The service and attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. They were so helpful with our requests and enjoyed interacting with our toddler.

It´s a small, but very nice hotel. Location is excellent in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. The room is clean, comfortable. Good quality of everything you find in the bathroom. TV channels cover a decent range for all interests. Breakfast is also pretty good. The most important… service and attendants. They are really kind and supportive. I had some issues with the luggage and they did their best contacting the airline to keep us updated and tracking it.

The Reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good in all and the breakfast staff were very helpful too. The croissants were quite good.

Here was a great place to stay. Quiet area, but also in walk distance to the coolest places. The Beach, The Night Clubs Park Arkadia. A lot of shopping and restaurants.(they got their own branded restaurant, very delicious and beautiful dishes) The Bossfor hotel’s staff was very amiable. All stuff and whole hotel is brand new. Very clean, cool design solutions. Also they have a business room I have ever used. I really love it. See you soon again!

Amazing little family-run hostel that really feels like a home away from home. Very well located in Miraflores, half an hour walk from Barranco and very close to the beach. The lovely Karen and her husband will do everything to help you out and make sure you have a great time in Lima.

The location and the fact that I had the keys from the entrance without bothering anybody when i come home late.

The host, Karen, is so nice and kind. She is professional and gave me lot’s of advice to visit Lima.

Karen and Juan very friendly and helpful. Great location close to everything in the nice neighborhood of Miraflores and you can walk to Barranco if you like walking. Otherwise taxis in Lima pretty cheap and there’s Uber. Bathroom decent size.

Super nice people. They even helped arrange a taxi to the airport 2 days after our stay at their place! The room was comfortable and clean and the overall atmosphere of the home was good.

Loki is a fun place to stay if you like to meet other people and enjoy a party.

Loki has a great atmosphere especially if you are traveling solo, and want to do group activities!

Loki is definitely a party hostel, but still, you can find your own space if you want to just relax. The staff are very friendly, the location is best for tourists, you can find a lot of shops and markets, cafes and restaurants all around. The map that the hostel gives you is informative enough.

The bar is very nice to chill after a long day visiting but it lacks de variety of food that the Lokis from other cities like La Paz have

This is a fun hostel in near the main Miraflores areas. Staff were helpful and great, bar is good and serves mediocre to decent food at half to a third of the cost of the surrounding area, which is the most expensive area in Peru. Rooms are above the bar, so quiet enough at night. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was really handy, very close to the central station only a 5 mins walk. The Wifi was a bonus in the apartment and seemed to work very well. Milan was lovely a great metro and easy to get around, we spent many hours going site seeing, we took a train to Bergamo one day which only took 50 mins it was beautiful and also took a train to Venice took 2hrs 20 mins, it was wonderful, we took a gondola down the canals I was told it was very expensive but we had 2 adults and 2 children and cost us 80 euros for half an hour, and I’m glad we did it as it will be a lasting memory, winding lanes and bridges you can easily get lost in but it was great to see it all.

This has been the most hospitable property we have stayed during our trip to Peru. Angie has been amazing – from arranging our pick-up from the airport, to accommodating an early breakfast to keeping our luggage for free so we can walk around Lima after we checked out to arranging a taxi back to the airport on our return. An wonderful and friendly person to deal with all around! The property is clean and well maintained. When we (because we plan to) revisit Peru we know where will stay again! Thank you for everything!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful from the airport pick up til getting me into a cab to go to my next destination, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was small but cosy with a comfy bed, perfect for one! I would recommend staying here if you speak a little Spanish as there are times like in the morning when there isn’t an English speaker around, not a problem for me and they will do their best to understand and help you also the main lady leaves her contact number so she is reachable if you do need someone. Great value for money too! Everywhere very clean and tidy!

Mirawasi was great! The staff is super welcoming and Angie was very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the location is great. Close to Kennedy park and the sea. They even helped us arrange our transfer from and back to the airport. Overall an excellent experience.

It was exceptional value, sharing the bathroom was a piece of cake. Rooms were plenty big and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful arranging rides and describing the area.

The hosts family are very friendly and helpful. We had great nights there.

Owner was really friendly and helpful. Spoke great English and had maps for the local area and info on getting around.

Very friendly staff! The house is very clean and modern, would highly recommend a stay here!

The hotel is run by an incredible hospitable family and the owner is smart and incredible welcoming. I fell at home right away, they helped carrying my bags up and the bed was super comfortable and clean. The shared shower/restroom was clean and right down the hall. Never had to wait as they have enough shared bathrooms. Location is great, save and some great late night restaurants nearby and its also great to go running along the ocean side in the morning as its like less than 5min walking from the ocean side. Will stay there again next time Im in Lima.

The place is cozy plenty of space but they really need to consider the cleaning part

Loved this location! So close to the tube at Embankment with such an efficient transport system! Citadines was a perfect location for our 9 day stay in London. We walked all over the West End- theatre, galleries, restaurants, etc.,, definitely recommend the apartments with friendly staff to travellers.

Price is reasonable for a five star hotel. So, don’t expect much more than a four star hotel.

The room was clean and the hotel central, room service food was good value and quality when it eventually arrived.

Room was basic but comfortable. Basically as described at booking. Roomrate including breakfast is fair. Breakfast is very basic and will be delivered to your room. Airport pickup was working fine for 650,- and was similar to Uber. Location is in the center of Main bazaar road. Be prepared for scam and hustling big time. For the Hotel indeed Sunny and the staff are nice.

The location is absolutely perfect . The apartment is very beautiful, rooms relaxing and clean. Step out of the door to the Colosseum immediately in front of you, with two cafes either side, one where the breakfast and coffee is provided . The owner was exceptionally helpful highlighting the area and how to get around. We were even allowed to borrow their computer when we needed to print some vouchers. Albeit as a B&B no one is around during the day, the owner was very quick to respond to any calls or email questions, so was not a problem at all. Will definitely use again when we return in the future .

The place is super well located, it is clean, the bed is good, the bathroom is big and clean. Good free breakfast.

The leben of the standart of the room was not more than 3 star hotel room. Veth noisy a.c. windows were looking to other guests room and reperations and construction work in.the building as we were staying there

Location, location, location. Good value for space. Convenient to main tourist spots and handy food market across the street. Laundry machines in building and lovely city view from apartment and rooftop terrace. Kitchen supplies were very basic but enough for us. Thanks to Florencia for quick response to all our questions.

Prompt service, grate restorans, delicious food and a killer view from the room window . Love Shanghai !!

Upgraded and a warm welcome. Browns social house next door. Free shuttle to ferry terminal.
