Great location! Close to bars, major city sights, public transport. Several basic amenities are provided – and replenished if necessary but no toiletries like shower gels & shampoo so please carry your own.

The location of this property is both a blessing and a curse. If you want a property that is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle (though it is of the pedestrian variety only) that is close to the Arno, you will love this place. If, however, you are looking for a respite from the touring masses and street performers, find some place further out of the historic center. The property itself is nice and very clean, nice bathrooms with a shower filled with hot water and good water pressure.

I really liked the staff. all of them very helpful, with lot of patience to give extra information. Absolutely first class! The room was recently renovated, so everything was new. Ivan provided transportation from-to the airport for a cash fee. He provided much helpful information and contacts to make my stay a pleasure. It is within the walls of the old city, so all of the sites there are easy walking distances. It was great value and is quiet, so I would highly recommend it to others. It will be my first choice upon return.

The location is the best. It is only 5 mins from the central station, and is on the main Street connecting main tourist spots.Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Clean, quiet, comfortable and at a reasonable price.Perfect place to stay.

The apartment was in a fantastic location and was exactly what we wanted.

The rooms were clean but the staff had to be the best. Super helpful and nice!

Amazing location – 3 minute walk from Duomo, very modern apartment, plenty of space, huge bathroom, plenty of towels, toiletries. Included a DeLonghi coffee machine with pods, and a bottle of water each waiting in the fridge! Staff was very helpful – we were very impressed!!

The breakfast was fabulous a great choice and served fresh. We had such a great stay can’t rate it highly enough.

The location: close to the U-bahn, banks, restaurants and shopping centers. The guy in the reception was both friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room.

It was not a restaurant but was a cafe. The food was very good.

This is a friendly & comfortable hotel, well situated close to shops and restaurants as well as Santiago business districts.

we were allocated room 206 and in the morning whilst having a shower I slipped due to the liquid soap making the base as slippery as an ice skating rink. I found that the desk manager has no customer skills as he does not make eye contact with the customers and converses very little. The female manager of the hotel is both friendly and caring . I cannot fault any of the other staff especially the housekeeping staff who are a credit to this hotel . This hotel is close to the main street for shopping , restaurants and transport. Totally recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing and really welcoming. Including the restaurant staff also. We LOVED the golden retriever and chocolate lab dogs around reception as we were missing or dogs back home. The rooms were very large and beds big and comfortable. There is a small lift to get your luggage and yourself up the stairs if you need. Shower is hot with great pressure. Would stay here again if in florence.

Great location only about 10-15 mins walk from main market square. The apartment was modern and very secure which was a huge bonus. The bathroom was a good size the shower was really powerful. Upon arrival to the apartment Mariusz was extremely helpful, he made us feel so welcome and was just a pleasure to deal with. Our stay in Krakow was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back and visit again soon.

This hotel suited my partners business needs as he was at Hongquiao airport most days and also the medical centre next door. Beds were very comfortable. line 10 Yili stop a very short walk(exit 3) and go left about 100m. Takashimaya shopping centre also at metro stop with heaps of dining options.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the facilities and the rooms are good and the location is near everywhere

Perfect location in the history center of Cartagena. Friendly staff and clean installations.

Location easy to find. The apartment is in an old pallazo with 6m high ceilings. Big rooms. Freshly painted. NICE. The landlord very helpfull.

Good location just 150 mts from metro station (Turro) from where Duomo is 7 stops away. The property is located next to big departmental store (Carrefour). Its also quite close to the Milano Centrale (main railway station of Milan) – less than 10 mins drive by taxi. The hotel staff were nice. Breakfast spread was good and there were some toys for children to play with in the dining area that kept them engaged during the breakfast. Best part was that they provided Handy (an Android smartphone specially designed for hotel guests) that gave us free calls, internet, maps, tour offers etc. that we could carry out of the hotel. This was a pleasant surprise for us and was quite useful.

Decent place, convenience store (7 eleven 24h) just outside the hotel

This is simply a good, competent hotel at a reasonable price. The location is excellent, with good restaurants nearby and a modest walk to good shops. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is good, although a couple of blocks from the beach.

The atmosphere is perfect for a honeymoon or just a weekend away. Beautiful building with plenty of attention to detail and comfortable beds and linens. The metro is just a short walk away.

Our tour (Overseas Adventure Travel – OAT) used this hotel, we arrived a day early and booked the extra night through Booking.com. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Management wanted to make sure our stay went well. Stayed total of 5 nights. Daily breakfast was very good. Management also arranged for our pick up from hotel ($20 USD) for two of us – worked perfectly. Location was walkable to major sites – but very hot and humid weather influenced our decision to take taxis. Cost was $1-2 (including tip) from just about anywhere to get back to hotel. Hotel offered good rate when exchanging USD for Vietnam Dong (although ATMs were readily available within 1-2 blocks of hotel).

here very new and clean hotel, and located is nice. I enjoyd stay so much with good relax. staff friendly, room is perfectly clean, interior is good Japanese modern, i like it! can recommend here.

From check in to check out felt totally conform and satisfied. Happy to book next time too……

Very functional apartment for 6 person (3 couples) Nice neighbourghood.

location was ok close to tram stop otherwise nothing to do at that area.

The bed was comfy, the room was pretty spacious as for the single room. Everything was cleaned well. It was easy to find the parking spot on the street, which is free over the weekend. Location is also very good – it is close to metro/train/tram stations.
