I liked the staff from the reception, trying to meet all our requirements, from the very beginning, the generous parking area, the appartment situated on the old wing of the hotel, higher than the new ones, the large bathroom and the smaller one as well, the restaurant located at the 7th floor, with its live piano music, the diversified breakfast, including the champagne in the weekend mornings, but also the location of the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Lots of different homemade? cakes.

Easy access to downtown Toronto from a safe and professionally operated budget hotel.

Location in the heart of the old city, view from the small balcony onto the square, comfortable beds

The cafe downstairs was great to wake up to, the communal areas were wonderful to meet awesome people, the location is right be yoga, restaurants and shops!

Our stay at Riad Chameleon was amazing. Tony kept in touch with us before our arrival and during our stay, we got recommendations regarding what to visit and what we should do. The room was really nice and we enjoyed cooling off on the swimming pool. It felt like we were home away from our home. Breakfast was super nice, made by Abdul’s mother. We definitely want go back to Marrakech (since there is a lot left to see) and we are definitely booking Riad Chameleon again. We couldnt have asked for warmer hosts, whom made us feel as part of the house.

Great location.There are lots of nice restaurants and bars around.The room was cleaned every day.Breakfast is ok.

Guy at reception was very helpful. Free upgrade when non-smoking room wasn’t available. Nearby pubs, and icecream/pastry shop. Quiet (at least on upper floors).

Location is excellent. Staff were happy and friendly. Rooftop was excellent. All around excellent experience with my wife and our 3 children

Food was not provided, but the host gave his guests plenty of fruit from his garden – sharon fruit, tangerines, apples.

The room was perfect for a couple in honeymoon like us and the lication was right next to Kao San road for those who want some night out and drinks.

It is 10 minutes walk to the bank of Danube, where there are at least twenty restaurant serving fish and traditional Serbian cuisine.

The location is peefect, right next tp yhe knez street; in the middle of all the sightseeing.

Great staff, good showers, comfy beds, clean rooms, fast wifi, safe area & an adequate breakfast included in our rate.

The staff was beyond polite and nice, location is perfect – many restaurants near the hotel, the metro station was 5 minutes away. The room was good for a short-time stay.

I LIKED THE LOCATION! THE SWIMMING POOL IS QUITE GOOD AS WELL

It was small with little space to put bags but typical of standards in Japan. It was nice to have our own bathroom, washing machine and kitchen area. The beds very were comfortable.

clean, nice owner, nice room, not so far from the center

This apartment has a very central location – any sightseeing attraction is easily accessible either by close tram station or by feet. Although being "in-town" the environment is calm.

Absolutely beautiful small hotel attached to a gastropub. Right next to a station, parking available next to the property. Room decoration was superb. Service was personal and charming and accommodated me having a beautician visit as I had a big event on.

The place was clean and nice. But, I would never stay there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent breakfast service from the dining room staff.

Our liason Peter was very helpful before and during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and we could have happily stayed there for a prolonged period. Quite close to the nearest metro and lots of coffee shops tobacconists and convenience stores nearby. Shower really good with high pressure .

the rooms facing the Ocean is the go we had a fish tank room an after resting there for a couple hours just come from overseas,we had to move to waterfront room it was too much for me not to be able to see outside everything else was cool terry – thursday island queensland Australia

The Apartment was perfect for all our needs and was so central to all the Museums and sights of interest, also great bars and restaurants and tapa bars and within 15 minutes walk to the fabulous Port and beach area, and buses out to the coast.

No complications and we felt very safe. A grocery store is in the neighborhood. Free coffee and very delicious muffins are included as a breakfast.

Everything was very good. New and clean apartment, convenient location, very nice breakfast in the cafe close to Avanti.

Michela was absolutely lovely and so welcoming – communication was good, we received texts prior to our arrival to organise collecting the keys. The apartment is in a good location, only a few minutes walk away from Florence Cathedral and other amenities, and only 15-20 minutes walk away from Santa Maria Novella train station. The apartment was in immaculate condition and very tastefully decorated – it made our stay in beautiful Florence even more enjoyable. Wifi was incredibly quick (quicker than home!) and enabled us to plan our trip from day to day. Kitchen facilities were great so we decided to make our own lunch and breakfast rather than going out. Even had a coffee machine for my morning espresso

Personalized attention, the nature and facilities and the decoration was very polished.

Wi-fi is very fast and reliable. Staff is always willing to help and tries best is solving any issues. Actually I like the idea of making an affordable hotel in Taganka area. Yes, it may be cold in winter here, the rooms may be small, and you may hear what happens in the nearby rooms. So I woudln’t stay here with my family for example. But for solo business trips this hotel works fine. Again, location is very nice.

room was spacious and comfortable. location was excelent, you can find cheap food as well as expensive food nearby. food in hotel is also good. close to airport as well as aerocity metro. staff was good.

The room is clean and reasonably spacious, and the beds are comfortable. A big plus is that the hotel is within walking distance to a subway which gives easy access to various parts of Beijing.

The hostel is in a very centric area, very easy to get there from the train station. It’s close to mostly everything.

The auntie at the counter was very friendly and the room was clean. The location is also very accessible by Seoul metro!

I felt like a princess. It was really very classy I would have stayed longer had I been able to.

The staff were very helpful, friendly. The room was excellent! Value for money! The location is also great and convenient. Lot of 7 elevens are nearby. A few decent restaurants and street food stalls are nearby. If you like long walks (30 mins+), Lumpini Park, BTS station is within walkable distance.

Location is really good and clean. Good kitchen and a nice terrace.

Very convenient location: very near to the castle & right in front of tram station, walking distance to the old town. Very spacious apartment!! With a lot of complimentary snacks & beverages. Nice to have fruits (green apples & lemon) & coffee machine available for guests all day.

Bed is super comfy. I love that the hotel gives you access to their onsen it’s definitely a must do. Laundry facilities are included it only costs to dry clothes. The rooms are always clean and the really do provide a lot. Most signage is offered in English as well which really helped. Staff was extremely friendly and quick to solve any problems I had. One person was kind enough to help me get a taxi the day I had to check out and made sure the driver knew where my destination was. I really appreciate it. I love the location and convince of Dormy Inn. This was my 2nd time and I can’t wait to stay with them again. The rooms are also energy efficient as you have to use your hotel key to power the room. Once you leave you have to remove the key which shuts off most of the power in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location and very good hospitality. Strategically located at Bukchon Hanok Village. Best way to experience traditional korean style living.
