Apartment was very good for 4 people ( 3 adults 1 child) with two nice bathrooms, decent size bedrooms, comfortable clean beds, a functional small kitchen that was good for a lite breakfast and snacks. Property nice and close to Kinsington/Hyde Park. Lots of nice restaurants in easy walking distance. Very ethnic shopping street two blocks away for buying groceries and eating out. Apartment was clean and has been renovated fairly recently.

The apartment is very well located and beautiful, the city center is also easily accessible on foot. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was pleasantly cool. Roberta was kind and helpful, and helped us a lot in how to get we of the airport to the apartment. Thank’s for everything!

Very nice roof top pool. Nice and clean room, with a big terrace. Oasis on KSR.

host is so kind, and relatively good location, near to Metro. Surround some small grocery stores. Mostly, Guel Park is enough close to walk.

The apartments were lovely and very modern. They were also within easy walking distance to the old town and lots of bars, restaurants etc. We would definitely stay at Angel Wawel apartments again. We loved the city of Krakow, lots to do and see.

Location is outstanding, especially for this price. Also staff is super-friendly.

Locality, close to main bus station, close to all historical monuments- up to 30 min by feet.

The hotel is good, nice and clean but the location is not good at all. It is true that there is a train station very close, but that is for the Suburban train (which is different from the Metro and tram) and if you return from Athens the last train is around 10:30 pm. If you miss that train, the trip by bus is around 40-45 minute from Larissa Station. Hotel surrounded streets are dark and even the city is safe I did not felt comfortable walking to the hotel.

We loved the theme of the room and hotel. We had a balcony and it would have been good if there was some outdoor seating. The breakfast was excellent and you could sit either inside or out. the staff were very helpful. location was excellent and you could walk to all the well know sites. There were many restaurants in the area too.

The bathroom is clean and the water heater works fine.

Location is good, very close to lrt nearby, there’s an Indian mamak stall on ground floor

Beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Basic toiletries were provided. And the hairdryer and iron are available by request. Super near to Sunway Putra Mall and the LRT station. Though it is just by the roadside, everyone walks around so it is still safe and convenient to walk around.

Returning of money for moving out after the first night for a three night stay.

Near u Bahn station and easy to get to all of Berlin . Loved area – edgy and alternative

Comfy beds, beautiful surroundings, super close to Marrakech station by car/taxi and very professional hotel. Plethora of good food on offer for breakfast & lunch. Bonus for convenience shop located within the hotel.

Breakfast was so good. The owners were very present and helpful. The owner help arrange tours, Gili Fastboat at a very reasonable price. This was the best hotel of my whole 3 weeks in Bali. Wifi speed was very good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an ideal location, plenty of places to eat and sit and watch the world go by or wonder round the Ramblas .The place was fairly basic but it was clean, it had a good shower, hair dryer, bed was comfy. I would stay there again.

Loved everything about this property. Location is central to rialto and san marco. We had 2 x 2 bed apartments and both were immaculate and bigger than anything else we stayed in during our tour of Europe. Samy was a fantastic host.

The price is affordable but what you pay, what you get.

Fantastic staff. Akbar welcomed me, changed my room to non-smoking, patiently and with a smile waited till I get the money – since all my cards refused to respond in Malaysia. Lobby is great: white, spacious, clean – I needed to do some work – it was a perfect place! Rooms are a bit elder and more Indian hotel looking, if you know what I mean )) Nice wooden floor surprised me as well as little table made of beautiful wood. Bathroom in my second room was very clean and modern. Good hot water. There are plenty of God Indian restaurants nearby. My morning favorite was Chapati – for dosa breakfast. And for great tali the big one with terrace , serving the banana leaf (11ringets) Free cold and hot water in each floor was very useful

The design was beautiful, authentic and carefully picked, the location was far from the noisy city center but close enough to main attractions. We would come again.

The location is really nice, there is a U-Bahn exit right next to the hotel. The staff’s friendly. The bed was really nice although the pillow is a little to soft for me. The bathroom is quite big and bright.

The room was a good size and everything worked well, especially air conditioning and wifi and has a good lift. The staff were very polite and made every effort to be helpful

My favourite business hotel whenever I have to conduct training in city centre. Convenient location, exceptional customer service from front door, to check in to room service to breakfast. Reasonable room price.

The place is walking distance away from the mrt station, GoKL free bus route, Chinatown and a lot of convenience stores and hawker food stalls nearby-- Very Accessible!

Excellent location, just 5 minutes away from Chinatown and 5 minutes from metro station. The room was super clean and the staff very helpful.

Budget wise I am very satisfied. Facilities are ok. Just to comment on the toilet of the family room, I would suggest to provide exhaust fan with air duct directly to outside, because ours dont have, there is a gap between ceiling and door, that’s why if you use the toilet, you should not stay on ur room and go to other room.

Good location, near pudu sentral, masjid jamek, dataran merdeka, you can walk for a minute. Good value for money.

The WiFi was really fast. The hotel is in a dodgy neighborhood yet close to the street food market and Chinatown.

Very cheap accommodation with great air con. Good location (bus stop with airport connection only 10 minutes by foot away).

The room rate is value for money given the location and the room that was quite comfortable. Not too big, but it has everything that we need for a short stay. The location is walking distance from Petaling Street as well, so it was also a bonus.

Room was very cheap and good value for that. Staff was nice and helpful and always smiling. AC was very nice.

The location of the property was good. The front desk worker was great given that he was the only one working and jumping between person to person helig with numerous questions and complaints. The breakfast is simple bread/toast with butter, jam, and a chocolate spread with either coffee and tea. Nice way to start the day with a light breakfast.

The staff was apathetic but helpful if you need them. The hotel room was clean and they took care of it every day.

If I booking via booking .com they consider we are second class customer and give poor room. I face door broken and second room water control when complaint they open back without notice.

The water is probably drinkable, after boiling it in the tea pot. (I did not get sick from drinking it for a week.) And the "Kiblat" direction in the ceiling. (In my room.)

I’m already familiar with the location so I’d say it’s convenient due to the LRT station but difficult for Grabcar & Uber drivers to locate. Food is convenient to get as there’s restaurant next to the Hotel.

The staff are great! 😄 Its more like, you get what you pay. The location also good, very near to the bus stop that has Go KL free bus along red line of train stations. We stayed there for 2 days and 2 nights. I like the room cleaners especially the Filipina, very friendly 😄

The hotel facilities provided especially their lounge made me want to stay there more longer.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and the staff remember me – which is really nice. It’s my go-to-place whenever I stay in KL. The location is really good and you can easily jump on the monorail and go anywhere you want. I stayed in the 6-bed dorm for two nights; the first night I shared with 1 person, and I had the place to myself on the second night. Comfy beds and the aircon is good. The staff are awesome and really helpful. The chill out area is pretty cool and laidback but I found the Wifi was a bit slow.

If you’re solo travel this place is for you, don’t expect too much. The place is cheap but just basic things, few international channels on TV. Just Basic, I love the food downstairs

The staff is very accomodating and they were kind enough to let us leave our luggages even before check in and after check out as we roam around the area. The lobby has great facilities and the room (though quite small) is very comfy. Not to mention, the toilet is also nice and clean. The hotel is just right next to a train station. Thats why we dont mind going home late

Staff , facilities and room is way beyond my expectations. Great view from room , huge bathroom and modern design of the hotel is an additional value. They also have lounge and pc for hotel guest.

Fantastic location, so close to the Monorail station and easy to find. Clean, comfortable, and functional. We visited most major attractions either on foot or by Monorail. The place is clean, and comfortable with modern, functional facilities.

Location is excellent. Room was comfortable. Good to have a bath as well as a shower. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Love the newly renovated rooms and the special dressing area in the bathroom!

An amazing experience. Staff are absolutely professionals going extra mile each time i needed them. Never felt any time during our stay that renovation was being a hurdle in offering the Luxury Service . In the heart of city centre , Location is just perfect. Would definately love to come back. Breakfast at Shook is absolutely fantastic. Wide selection of foods and extra mile service especially chef yussof the manager Adam along the server Mia and Joan who always attended through out my stay. Thank you guys. Link to Ritz Carlton is slightly far but a definate alternate to the facilities being renovated at JW Marriot. Would highly recommend for a memorable experience in Kuala Lumpur.

Pleasant place for weekend getaway. Quick and easy check in by Ms Afiqah. We didnt aware bout the renovation works at the first place but the staff all doing their best to make sure our stay meaningful. Our kids enjoy very much. Thanks Mr Ivan for the umbrella. And we had nice nasi lemak at shook.

GREAT LOCATION & GREAT ROOMS & RESTAURANTS

The location is good, very clean and modern rooms.. the toilet is just perfect!

It was an amazing experience to me and my wife on our honeymoon ..

The hotel employees are professional and providing awesome service, noting that the main entrance of the hotel is closed for maintenance but the provided services and guidance making everything easy and accessible. Ms Jennifer Lee, the room controller, is professional and provide comfortable options for my family, she did all her best to insure that the rooms are far from the maintenance noise and provide many options to facilitate our stay.

This is our 4th stay. We will always come back to JW Marriott whenever we go KL.

9-12 tables (each for 2 persons) but very nice with comfortable chairs. There was not that much choice of food but it was very good.

Friendly staff, nice and clean room, not far from city center. No additional fee for late night check in. I was sattisfied.

The rooms are designed and furnished in a very original and luxurious way. There is an open bathroom, king-size and very comfy bed. The staff is very helpful and multilingual. Hotel is located not far from the metro station Budejovicka, which is very handy for tourists. Breakfasts are plentiful, everyone will find something yammy for his- or herself.

Location was really close to the city and easy to get transport. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable.

Comfort. The room is large and more than enough for two of us. The bathroom & shower just nice. Clean and smell good. They provide towels and toiletries more than enough for our stays. I recommend to stayed here. Worthy for value.
