The location was great!and the view from our suite was just too perfect.It was a great experience.

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Allowed us to check in earlier and check out later so we could coordinate with our flight. Our apartment also had amazing views of KL tower.

Location is fantastic, near the train station, it is in the rit side from the main gate, also near the KLCC the big twin toure , super clean , all staff were very very friendly and helpfull. The suite was nice and clean, beds comfortable .

Very cosy and comfortable hotel. Clean and quiet room, many additional facilities like tooth brush, shaving gel, slippers ect. I don’t expected things like that in 3* hotel. Perfect localisation very near to the Hermitage museum, nice staff and good breakfast. If we return to St. Petersburg we will book this hotel again.

Breakfast was good, great location, very nice and helpful staff. Can walk to many things around.

Sarapan standard. But not punctual. But not too late.

The location is good. Near the few main attractions.

There was this one particular staff that was super helpful.. i forgot his name, but it starts with the letter R. The room was comfortable, clean and the size is just nice.

Near to central market, dataran merdeka, masjid jamek(5min walks) lrt rapidkl central market & masjid jamek (10min walks)

The room and general hotel area was very clean, new, modern and cozy. The location is excellent as it was near almost every area we visited. Walking distance to Petaling, Central Market. 5-10 minute Grabcar ride to Jalan Alor and other attractions. The air conditioning was cold! The breakfast buffet was much better than expected.

The location is very good for eating out, markets and transport. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The room was compact but had everything we needed for our two night stay. The shower had good pressure, the room was clean and it was in a good location close to the Central Market and train station. We were lucky to get a corner room so had windows on two walls which was nice.

the hotel is quiet, cozy and well located. breakfast was good.

So nice to stay I will recommend it to others too

The room is quite big, but cleanliness of the room should be well taken care off

the bathroom towels smelly and of different sizes. the bathroom door moulding. the shower falling apart. the shower cubicle rubber tearing out. carpet aged. parking narrow and scratch prone.

The staff members were helpful , friendly and good esp Kamrul ( room service). Breakfast was varied and tasty. Room was clean and comfortable.

I like the reception staff they help me a lot. Especially Fajrin. He is very kind and helpful. He deserves reward for his excellent Job. He and his coworker upgrade my room because I got an uncomfortable room. The room was dirty, it is not ok to be occupied.The bathroom was dirty also. It seems has not been cleaned up well after occupied by other guests. But Fajrin and his reception coworker gave me a brilliant solution. Keep up the good work, you deserves rewards!

Room are spacious, Comfy bed , Aircond are okay. Check Inn/Check Out process are not that long.Staff are nice and friendly . Breakfast are just nice.

I just love everything about this place ,,, the bar , the breakfast , the pool , the room everything is absolutly perfect The only problem sometimes too much kids allowed and this private piece of paradise become too noisy

It is a really good location. Very close to Pavilion and Changkat area, and also within walking distance from KLCC. The breakfast was delicious. Big and clean rooms – especially the size of the room improved the experience. Friendly staff

if you like shopping branded stuff the hotel location will be strategic, near pavilion mall and bukit bintang by walk. But that’s it, you still have to using uber or train to go around.

I got upgraded to a bigger room which is already a thumbs up from me. Checking in took quite a long time but it’s okay, I’m not in a rush. About 3-5 minutes walk to Pavilion. Good breakfast, variety of foods: Nasi Lemak, Fried Mee, Fried Kuey Teow, porridge, roti paratha w dhal curry, pastries. Clean room and bathroom.

Location, staff, room service. Value for money. I would stay over there again. The location is not in the busy part of the downtown. Yet you can reach it within 5 min walk in a pretty safe neighborhood.

The hotel was very historic-the stair was great and the lift option very appreciated. The location was superb, next to everything we wanted to explore in Madrid.

I had fresh salad and fruits for breakfast. Didn’t try the local food for breakfast as I am not a heavy eater. But the selection was good. I ask for freshly grind fruits and vegetable juice but that was not included in the buffet breakfast charge. Many hotels are doing dietary food for breakfast n I think this hotel should look into it. Selection of fruits can be improved. Service staff can be improved further. She asked if I would like to have coffee or tea but it never arrived until I sent reminder. I saw guests helped themselves with it too.

Amazing location, in the middle of the heart of Bukit Bintang. Hotel clean and good service. All services are available.

They have a wonderfull braekfast buffet and the room nice and clean.

The hotel’s location is great just at the centre.. very clean and the service is excellent and above all the staff were so helpful.

This is my second time at the same hotel, special mention to their staff from club lounge Mumu, Debbie and Berry who looked after us. Their attention to our needs and ensuring we have a comfy stay was excellent. The food in the club lounge is always fresh and tasty and the drinks are great. Will definitely book again to stay at the Gran Millennium.

The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful also in the breakfast area. Once I forgot an item and they made sure that the person I sent to collect it will receive it. They take into account my preferences and do their most to give me a room in accordance.

The staff were very attentive and took care of their guests well

Comfortable room. Quite clean. Very near to stadium merdeka.

Location is good, near the stadium; breakfast was ok

Proximity to the monorail and venue i am attending.

Near to my training venue. Easy access to the town. Value for money.

Since we were there to watch concert at stadium Merdeka, then it was very close and convenience, only 10 minutes walking distance. It has small fridge, the air-con was very cold, 2 minutes walk to 24 hours mini mart and 10 minutes walk to monorail Maharajalela.

Near to the place where I wanted to go. Only take me 5 minutes walk to reach it. Parking is easy.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Bath tub (although the water was not very hot…). Good wifi, even on the 15th floor. Very good breakfast

2.5 score is misleading and a lie to the public and other customers. It should be 0.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Facilities were very good. Went out of their way to help with taxis and choices
