The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The location was great, very close to a metro station we had a nice view from the balcony. Smokers are allowed to smoke on the balcony and are given an ash tray by the receptionist upon arrival. There were bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, but the area of the hotel was quiet so there were no disturbances at night.

Not much. The apartment block is poorly constructed and therefore very noisy. We were kept awake every night by people in the apartment above. We could hear them walking around, we could hear their television, we could hear them at the toilet and we could hear them flush the toilet. The gates to the apartment block were very heavy steel and closed with a very LOUD bang whenever someone entered or left the building. 22 times one night until 2.00am. It is in a very bad suburb and a walk and a bus ride are needed to get to the city. This was not much of a problem as the busses are very good and regular. My advice to anyone looking for an apartment in Madrid would be to look elsewhere.

The whole aspect of the holiday, staff were great. All what you would expect from a Premier Inn back in the UK. Breakfast is excellent

We enjoyed the sauna and luxury shower. The staff arranged for taxi pickup to the airport and found bus schedule for our tourist activity.

Size of the room & bathroom.nice location near the Metro.

Basic room with kitchenette, with the clean bathroom. The place is a classical small appartment in the building where natives live, in the very center, so you can feel the life of the city. Big windows. The host was very imformative and friendly, giving us all possible tips on the neighborhood. Good for city trip, but not for romantic weekend.

Love the room, location and the host. My room was in the back with the view of the garden and quiet after a long day of touring Amsterdam; was fresh, clean, comfortable, perfect size and very boutique which I love in a traditonal Dutch Canal style home. Great coffee shop downstairs too with the best coffee and pastries. I was able to walk to everything and never had to take transit. Michel, the owner, was fantastic and so helpful with everything!. Would stay there again!

Staff very nice and helpful. Lovely setting on the Place de Vosges spoilt at times by sightseers having a look (it was Louis XIII mum’s house after all) An honesty bar can be dangerous thing! Never up in time for breakfast so cannot comment.. Lots of cafes in the neighbourhood so not a problem.

Spacious room; Speedy check-in/out; Basic necessities are complete; Great wifi; Convenient mart just 1 min walk away; Staffs were patient, smiley, attentive and quick to respond for help; Especially appreciate the buffet waiter(tress) who took extra efforts to make sure my vegan mom has food for breakfast. Walking distant to many nice places and food options in District 1.

Staff & food were both excellent- all our needs well attended to especially the concierge service.

Extremely friendly staff. Very close to two metro stations so it was easy to make our way around Barcelona.

really lovely staff, bonus breakfast (coffee tea, selection of breads and pastries that they don’t even mention on the website, nice big cubicles in the dorms, heaps of showers n toilets so you never wait, good kitchen facilities.
