Hotel was great overall, friendly, clean, efficient. All staff were helpful and professional and also made us feel welcome, at home. Special thanks to Eda, Esra, Neslisha (HC) and also Oktay (spellings?)for helping to make our business trip not just productive but also enjoyable and relaxing. very stretch building like everything else everywhere jajaj location was good amterdam is walking distance from everywhere there….coffee shops, museum, red district…and if you dont want to walk the public transport is pretty easy

Staff were knowledgeable, spoke English well and worked quickly. The apartment had everything we needed overall and was generally very clean. Plenty of storage space and places to hang clothes. A great central location with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance.

The appartment by itself is Gorgeous! Can’t go wrong with that. Location is fantastic. Restaurants close by there’s also a 24×7 supermarket. Money exchange opposite. I would love to live in this appartment permanent. The apartment was big enough for all 4 of us to have our privacy. They did give us a late checkout and helped out last minute with the key as we got locked out of the apartment.

The breakfast was very good and the attention of the staff was excellent.

The location was excellent! Right next to Akihabara train station. Within short walking distance to all anime stores! Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great value stay. Very good location. There was a crying baby in the room next door but they happily changed my room without issue so I had a good night’s sleep.

We highly recommend the stay at Francesco’s place! He is a great host who welcomed us at the flat and gave us valuable tipps for getting around. He took care of getting our car parked at a parking lot in walking distance. We had an easy and prompt communication with him at all times. From the flat in the middle of Palermo, you’ll reach everything by foot! And remember, you are in the middle of the city with the city life (inhabitants) going on around you!

quite close to Arbat breakfast was really good The cleaning lady returned my wallet when I was about to leave the hotel – I forgot it in the room. I want to thank her once again – she strenghened my trust in people a lot.

We arrived early morning 6.00am room booked for 14.00hrs. No problem offered tea or coffee and seats in reception. Our room was made available at 09.00am Amazingly helpful. Stayed the one night. On extra charge for early room access. This was for us a repeat trip. Will be back again in Istanbul and 100% sure we will stay here. The main walking shopping street is 50 metes away. Everything you need within 5 minutes. We also had breakfast on 9th floow. View of sea and excellent food. I cannot say enough about the stay. Best value for money I’ve had in along time. Particularly helpful were Jerry/Betul.. They added the icing to the cake !!!!!!

LOCATION IS PERFECT, BREAKFAST GOOD, THE ROOM IS WIDE, EXCELLENT AND RELAX , STAFF WAS VERY GOOD , SPECIALLY MR.EMRAH HOTEL MANAGER , WAS VERY HELPFUL AND SMILE ALL THE TIME. SURE I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANY BODY VISIT ISTANBUL.

The position is not central but very nice. The concept is real cute. The hotel gives free yoga and cross fit alternative session in morning just beside the place. This yoga studio is held by Veronica Blume. The terrace and restaurant is well designed. Breakfast and coffee is tasty.

This was my third stay at the Hotel Lifetree Ueno. I like this hotel very much. It is located on the upper part of a tall building and provides beautiful views over Tokyo. It is modern and clean. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is ok (but I have tried much better in Japan). The proximity to Ueno is also appreciated. I intend to go back on my next trip to Tokyo.

The owner Katya was very helpful and attentive! She cleaned my Apartment every 2 days! Speaks excellent English! And the Apartment was very quiet and I had everything what I need in Apartment! I definitely will book back with Katy’s again!

a very bright , spacious apartment which was well equipped,warm and in an excellent location.

Alessandro was the most wonderful host! He really went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We were late coming in but he waited for us; he let us store our bags the next day; and he gave us great recommendations of things to do in the area and even provided us with maps. Truly stellar hospitality. Also, this location is perfectly central to everything-- bus stations, shops, restaurants, the Arena and other tourist attractions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Enormously helpfull staff. Practically nothing was impossible for them. Despite very early arrival they managed to give me the room earlier. All services like loundry, food service was very fast and efficient. The hotel is maybe not very new (fitness center and pool look old) but extremely comfortable and well located. Really recommend.

Breakfast was not good hot food was cold every morning bacon and eggs, also the beds are way to hard to sleep on….

Within my 9 days of stay, my room was clean, I didn’t see any bugs, mosquito or roaches. They cleaned my room every other day as per my preference. Bed is big and comfortable. AC works well and there are english channels on cable tv. Big fridge with supply of bottles of water. Photos below are taken when I’m about to check out. Also, they have a complimentary coffee, tea and biscuit, tuk tuk ride within 3km. Felt safe since the location is infront of police station and the immigration office, you can also find a couple of street foods and 7 11 store nearby. I would also give credits to the friendliness of the staffs especially the front lady Namsai, who offered her assistance if I needed.

Everything was very pleasant at the hotel, staff, breakfasts, room.

It was a truly great stay. The cabins, the food and the location was amazing. We loved the feeling in Palomino. Stay here!

Great location, pretty central but quiet at night. The hotel is a bit dated by modern standards but offers great swimming pool, good sized rooms,a nice cozy bar and a small selection of upmarket shops. The showers could do with upgrading and it was difficult to stop the water going onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise the hotel is well maintained and very clean. There was some upgrading works taking place in the reception/main lobby which we were unaware of when booking but this was not detrimental to our stay. A reasonably good breakfast selection in the cafe/restaurant which forms part of the hotel and has a nice terrace bar/restaurant on the corner with the main street. A good venue for a weekend break albeit a few miles away from the main tourist attractions but with top end and designer shops and a good selection of restaurants close by. The underground is also only a few minutes walk from the hotel and we found this the best way to get around.

An awesome hostel with a great owner who is full of useful tips and information. Really good common area/kitchen, super comfortable beds, everything you could want!

Clean room, reception nice but speaks no English breakfast not real good.

Easy to travel to. Rooms are way more than a 3 star standard.

The room was very clean and large. There were one double bed and two sets of bunk bed. The hotel was very close to the station of Zoo, and the access to the downtown by bus was also good.

Firm bed, very quiet room and safe neighborhood. I was able to keep my electronic devices in my room and not worry about safety. This cozy hotel had a diligent staff who were indeed warm, kind and hospitable.

Good location, accommodative staff, good location, however the wash room shower area was not very well maintained. water would come out from shower cabin which would make the entire wash room wet.

Our dance event was held there and it is very convenient to stay at the same location.

We stayed in the apartment at Zdorovya Str. 4, and it was a really good experience – clean, spacious, warm floors, separate bathroom and toilet, good TV, very close to the city center and several parks.

Very welcoming host and wonderful experience, just like what everyone else has said.

Easy process, no hotel bond required which was convenient. Close to pub, clubs, grocery stores. Room was very clean and reasonably modern for the price. There was 4 of us and we each got a hotel card meaning we could all come and go as we pleased without having to worry who had a card etc. Will defiantly be staying there when visiting kings cross in the future.

the personnels have helpful and friendly. the hotel is modern and near the beach. everybody should try.

Excellent location. One minute to the nearest underground station and walking distance to the all important tourist sites. I particularly liked the ground floor Persian vegetarian restaurant (no relation to the hotel, perhaps, as they have a different entrance). They serve light, comfortable dishes at the bargain price.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about! this has became my frequent destination in Dubai.

Well located, a short walk to the public transport. Modern, efficient and clean rooms. The staff was wonderful, always greeted us with a smile. Bed very comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Very good location, central to everything else and the top hang-out area for the locals which is the Nguyen Hue walking street.

Superb location for direct airport transfer. Plenty of restaurants and big shopping mall nearby. Also nearby train stations.

Good value for money and located conveniently near the metro station. Very easy as a base to travel to over parts of Shanghai.

Fantastic location in a quiet street close to lively Trastevere. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and enormous shower. Communication was excellent and receptionist very kind and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
