Ilma was amazing!!! She was a great part of our italy experience. She was always the first italian that we saw and always told us good morning in the most cheerful way(like most italians do)she always made us coffee and made sure that we tried traditional pastries that her sister made in the morning. She always wanted to know what we were going to do that day to give recommendations. The location is great because you are where the locals are but close enough to walk to the metro and all of the tourist sites.

Nothing. Sheets were not clean, place smelt like smoke, pictures looked nothing like what they seem in real life. Everything about that hotel is WRONG. Needs massive renovations and linen needs to be cleaned! And people need to stop smoking. You also need a lift as I had to carry my luggage all the way to the top. Horrible. Maybe a 1/10 if you’re lucky.

Casa Vittoria is a perfect place to stay in Verona. The location is excellent since it is on the main avenue of the historic center, near all the main points of interest. The facility is beautiful, our bed was comfortable, and the room size was great. The staff, especially Maria, was awesome. Maria treated us if we were at home. She was very kind and helpful, always; she made cappuccinos for us in the morning and eggs when we requested. The other guy (sorry, I forgot his name) was also nice and polite. Casa Vittoria is only 10 minutes walking from Porta Nuova train station. I recommend this place 100%!

Very convenient location – close to the bus station (from other Spain cities) and city center as well. It was 3 of us and they had two rooms with beds, which was nice so we were not bothering each other. In the daytime you have free coffee corner.
