We loved the location – perfect for all of Istanbul’s sights and perfect for local restaurants. Breakfast was very acceptable and the staff were friendly.

The location of the Anthemis Hotel is perfect for accessing all of the tourist spots in Fatih. It’s super close to the Sultanahmet Tram stop and on a relatively quiet pedestrian street. The staff are also super friendly.

The location could not be better for sight seeing, eating and generally sharing all that Sultanhamet has to offer. Tram makes life very easy.

Excelent location, very kind and helpful stuf, very good breakfast, quiet at night and at morning, comfortable and safety for staing with baby, good view from balcony, early check in and late check out were free of charge!

We booked the economy room which was about 15m2. Room was really nice. Everything in place and nicely decorated. Bathroom facilities is very decent. View was of the back end of the hotel but you do not feel that its too small. I would have absolutely no problems at all if i was locked up in the room for a week. Very nice room. Breakfast was pretty varied so you won’t get bored with it after a few days. Location was of course the main selling point. Less than 1 minute to reach the main street (and the tram) and maybe another 3 mins to reach the Blue Mosque. Staff are friendly and pretty professional. Just ask if you need any help and they will be glad to help. Highly recommended place. Will definately book again if we visit Istanbul again.

The location was good in terms of being close to main attractions, but the area is too touristy so in retrospect I would rather have stayed in Beyoglu.

Nice view from the most expensive rooms, to the harbor of Istanbul. But from the other sides, you can hardly see the city. Good location, Blue Mosque 5 minutes walking by foot. Staff were trying, but they were very passive and mad because we were not agreeing for dirty and old rooms.

Scam. Booked an economy room. Arrived late, they showed me the "economy" room which was in the storage basement, with no windows and no stairs out except for the elevator. Then waited for me to come back up and request another room. They said they had one with windows for 15 Euros more which I hesitantly paid for since it was late and I didn’t want to roam the streets of Istanbul for another place. Scam.

The place of the hotel, it is very close of old center: Big Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagi Sofia.

The location is good and the staff is great, Jacob and Zaza really know how to be a great host and make a guest feel comfortable. They were very helpful and just great guys to talk and laugh with. The hotel was nice, price/quality ratio was good. Location of the hotel is great, nothing to complain about. I have booked many times this hotel due to its location and staff personnel Jacob and Zaza.

The location was good , 3 min from the blue mosque

It’s very convenient. The tourists’ spots are just walk away. You have the access to the stores and the tramway at no time. The staff (especially Muzasa – I hope I got his name right) was very kind and helpful. You get your money’s worth.

Nothing ypu can like in the property and the workers in there are so rude and they stole your money and they charge you more than you exbected .

The stuff are so friendly plus they speak good English.

I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel,reception staff was very very nice and always helpful,i dont remember all the names but i remember Mustafa,Ercan and Haci,thank you guys! Also cleaning lady is very nice and kind!thank you very much for making our stay even more wonderful!

The bed and the room were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is very modern and in excellent condition. The breakfast was fabulous, as was the staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was absolutely quiet at night.

Location of the hotel was convenient for driving around in this area of Istanbul and reaching Kocaeli. Parking was easily solved in the underground garage and valet parking service. Breakfast selection was fairly OK. Rooms are big. Quite modern interior and comfortable facilities in general.

The hotel was very calm and clean, and its location was suitable for me.

The hotel deserves much more respect and support from the staff. I can assure you that the staff in this hotel does not fit in a 5 star hotel. How they speak with the clients, their attitude, unawareness, arrogance etc. You don’t pay a 5 star hotel for this service. The good point is the room. It is very new and comfortable. Also the internet connection in the room is perfect. The location of the hotel is nothing special. It is close to the high way to the Airport and is quite busy all the day around. Another stupid thing is that the breakfast is more or less the halve price of the room price. When we summarize the stupidly attitude and behavior of the staff, bad location of the hotel and unawares, how it can be a Crown Plaza? It is a pity.

The room cleaning did not refresh did only the bed sheets but did not refill the coffee and teh tea bags. Did not leave cups.

The room was big and clean. Also the restaurant was bice. Staff was polite.

The hotel is beautiful and very modern, room very comfortable with all amenities, staff friendly and professional. We only slept there a few hours before having to catch a flight- wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel!

I’ve been in different hotels brand around airport area WOW, Divan even Elite world business, what it makes this hotel stand out of the others is the night shift stuff; as I would like to thanks Mr. Heydar “the receptionist” and Mr. Sevden “the night shift manager” as really they made my stays so easy, as I used to checkin earlier often like 05:00Am and so on, once you came during that time what you need it just to get in to your room and that what they made it flexibly. More than that the Guest Relation manger Mrs. Ayşegül helped me with DHL shipment process; as she finished all the process by talking to them by phone, fill the application and took the finial payment behind of me as I couldn’t to be in hotel while DHL worker came. So really the stuff of the hotel make you Elite.

Almost from each and every angle & prospects this is a best 5 star hotel and that is also at very very reasonable price. Near international Attaturk Airport, Grand and classy lobby with beautiful interior, Uncounted delicious Breakfast spread in Grand Breakfast Hall, all rooms are very big with all amenities and have beautiful view of city, cleanliness is superb, linen are very fine, very comfort size of Bathroom with shower area, every hour to and fro shuttle bus service for Airport and Taksim. And top of the all hotel staff from concierge, reception to house keeping, room service, to restaurent each and every staff are very polite and friendly. And at reception counter specially I found Miss Basak, Miss Canan, Mr. Emrah and Mr. Emre are so nice, friendly and cooperative to the guest.

There is frequent shuttle service from Airport to the hotel.

Awesome hotel! Everything is new, well designed and beautiful. The gym and spa are simply unbelievable! It was the best hotel we experienced in Turkey!

The hotel is very nice, modern and clean, right in the middle pf osmanbay buisness area. Staff is very helpfull.

The Location of the hotel is strategic, so close to the metro station, you can walk 20 min to cevaher mall, many shops around for shopping, one metro station to taksim square

I had a very pleasant stay at Favori Hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. I will come back for sure.

All the staff I encountered were very warm and most helpful. Right from the young Porter who took in my luggage (Mohammed?)to the front officers (Erdal? and the lady on the evening shift)housekeepers (Sekiye and her companion) I was very well cared for. In fact pampered. There is also a relaxing room and a good gym with an interesting bridge linking one wing of the facility to the other. And you should try their Turkish tea,too.

I think that as an architect I liked the way the hotel is designed, divided blocks, loght and air yard, lobby, the bridge, and perfectly designed rooms. Besides, breakfast offers various foods, location is great, 2min to osmanbey metro station, 3min to Nisantasi center(best place in Istanbul) and every member of the hotel were very close kind and helpfull, they make us feel very well, safe and happy. Thank you all.
