We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the amenities. It appears the hotel has recently been renovated. The rooms are modern, comfortable and quite large by Japanese standards. Both the lobby and staircases are painted with beautiful murals.

The best hotel with a brilliant location. A mere 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. All the staff Attila,Yunus,Gidgen,Nurcan,Hussain and Aytut were very helpful and always smiling. We stayed for 10 days in room 504 which was a decent sized room. It had a double comfortable bed and the best shower room I have seen in a hotel. The Guest House has it’s own Wi-Fi separately from the adjacent main hotel which is fast. The breakfast was yummy and varied and the view of the Marmara Sea from the terrace was breathtaking. This is a 5 Star hotel for me and I would definitely recommend it.

Receptionerii comunicativi si de ajutor cu orice informatie. Cameristele intrau zilnic in camera sa faca curatenie si sa aranjeze patul. Am avut de ales din doua camere. Una mica, alta mare cu balcon la etaj si cu priveliste. Se intelege ce am ales Mic dejun diversificat si bun. Accesul in camera se face cu cartela. Aveau frigider mic de bauturi si seif. Pentru ca era Octombrie, am putut parca masina intr-un colt de drum care nu deranja traficul. Altfel, mai greu cu parcarea pe strada. Amplasament in SE-ul peninsulei istorice, la 5-7 minute de Moscheea Albastra, 10 minute de tramvai, 20-25 minute de Podul Galata la vaporase.

The view was out of this world from the 61st floor and we loved the glass walls window as the wall looking out onto the city, the bed was very comfy and in a perfect location with a tram stop straight out the front

The spacious apartment, the facilities, and the shops under the hotel are some of the key points for me to come back again to the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly especially the young man " Hamza" was a true gentleman and a great helper who made our short staying unforgettable. Thanks Hamza 😄

Mola Hostel is a perfect accomodation for those who loves being in the centre, close to the historical downtown area and likes the milling crowds. The building at first glance is rather a modern boutique hostel than the standard one. The stuff are kind and helpful, the room (I booked an 8-beds mixed dorm) was well-equipped. The social hall was also well-decorated and clean. The WIFI worked perfectly, too.

I had only one night stay, but i like it the location is great and the stuff espcially Ali and Suliman

This hotel has an excellent location. Breakfast was substantial and varied, the bed was comfortable enough. The room was very clean and the cleaning service was fast without delay. The elevator worked fast, and was never crowded. The staff was very very helpful and friendly, they arranged everything I asked for immediately. Pick up service had no delay, I recommend it!

The most I liked in this place was the staff . They were very helpful. Mr Irfan’s Smile made us feel so welcomed, his help and support was unbelievable. The same goes for the rest of the staff.Breakfast was away better than expected. . Location was perfect, both the tramway and the metro are very near .

Close to best monuments in Istanbul, a good view of lanes and by lanes and classic lifestyle of Constantinople or Qustuntunia , but above all the geniality and extreme helpfulness of the staff. Very close to Gulhane Metro station. Rooms are small but clean and decently furnished. Some rooms are spacious too, particularly the one in which I stayed when I went to this hotel the second time. This room had a good view of the city too.

The staff was very attentive and friendly!At check-in we were free improved to a larger room. They did a thorough cleaning in the room every day. The breakfasts were amazing.The food is delicious.Be sure to dine on the hotel terrace.The hotel is located very well.All major attractions are located just a short walk away.There are tram and metro near the hotel.Unfortunately, we did not have time to visit the hamam at the hotel.But looking on the level of other services, I think it’s great.

The breakfast was fantastisk and so was the restaurant for dinner. The hotel was situated perfectly close to the Sultanahmet. The staff in the reception – Sulaiman and Irfan – was very kind and helpful. Super service.

Everything. I have stayed in so many hotels in Istanbul, but i have never encountered as nice staff as in this hotel. They were very helpful and their aim is customer comfort and satisfaction. I specially thank Mr. Umit and Mr. Milih who did me a great favor which i couldnt ask for better. The hotel is world class level in terms of cleanliness and room services. The view was dreamy to golden horn. The location is close to many tourist attractions. I will definitely revisit.

All stuff are perfect and helpful Breakfast is very poor

I had a bad experience with a taxi driver who cheated us with the taxi meters when we went to the hotel from Taksim’s airport shuttle bus stop. Even the driver didn’t want to drop us in front of the hotel, that I think he was afraid to get attention from the hotel staffs. It really spoiled our mood, but you know what? When we arrived at Clarion hotel, the receptionist said to us that there was an empty suite room, so he gave the room instead of giving a standard room to us. What a surprise! Overall we liked everything: good location with easy access to Eminonu and Taksim using the public bus, healthy breakfast, and of course the room.

The hotel, all the facilities are new and very good. The view is amazing, you can see sea view and city from the hotel. It is Big hotel and very comfortable. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The foods are very nice. I guarantee everyone will be happy to stay in this hotel. We are looking forward to come to this hotel again next time. Nice hotel, clean room, friendly personnel. Really worth the money I paid.

I like the location of the hotel and that the breakfast was served on the terrace with the incredible view of the Bosphorus river. The personal was nice and the room was packed with all the necessary things.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Tourist locations, restaurants, shopping areas and transportation were all very accessable. Facility was clean and quit and its breakfast roof deck oversees the bosphorus. Can’t beat the overall value. Will definitely consider this hotel again.

The hotel was good. Its people are very kind and cooperative. The price is also good. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is perfectly located just 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and other attractions. Keep in mind, if you go by car, you will have to park nearby. The room had an excellent view of the sea, was spacious enough and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast is good, it takes place on a terrace with a panoramic view. Thanks to all the staff for the courtesy and responsiveness.

I liked that the hotel gave a free shuttle ride to Haneda Airport from 4:20AM – 10:00AM. This really helped me ensure being early for my international flight. I liked that they offered a free breakfast plus a microwave in the lobby to heat up your own food. I liked that the staff person on the desk this time spoke English.

The hotel was very conveniently located, although it was on a main road which was busy, the hotel room was quiet. Rooms are very wide and comfortable and clean. We stayed with our 3yr boy and had no problems. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good as well.

Just like in Hotel SHE Kyoto, the hotel staff at Hotel SHE Osaka are really helpful, friendly & nice as always! I met Konomi & I saw Tomi again from Kyoto last year.
