The room was extremly clean, toilet seemed to be brand new. Room was a great size, with everything needed and bed was very comfortable. Nice view form the room too. Location is great, only 20 min walk to Alexanderplazt and Ostbanhof station is just across the hotel.

Great staff, very helpful with questions, directions, ordering taxi, very clean and comfortable rooms and beds, luggage storage on last day. Location couldn’t be any better, walking distance to many tourist attractions and awesome restaurant right next to the hotel, there are ATM, tourist shops and supermarket also very close to the hotel.

I liked the design of the room and the size of the room… also they gave us a free upgrade which was great. I also loved the view from the breakfast terrace.

The terrace where breakfast was held was AMAZING. The most stunning of views and an excellent selection of food. Location is AWESOME. Only a couple streets back from Sofya, the dervish cafe, small supermarkets, and the best çop sis eatery in town. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The big bath was a true treat to relax in. The staff were friendly and did all they could to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We’ll be back there again.

The view from the windows was amazing. We could enjoy great views of the Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and the river. The place is a haven for all types of birds, so expect a cacophony towards sunset. Yet, you cannot but marvel at the birds’ beauty. Expect swans and ducks to greet you outside your window in the morning! The breakfast was varied and freshly prepared. The room was cosy, spotless and functional. Don’t expect a large room – it’s a boat after all! The botel is centrally located with tram and bus stops very close by. Tram 5 takes you to the Prague Central Train Station. The staff is friendly and efficient without being overbearing.

The location is amazing, it is next to the tramway station and all the main attractions. A very nice neighborhood and staff especially "Mirali", he was very helpful and they all speak English. The room was similar to the pics, the only problem is that it is right next to the road, so there might be some noises at night, as for cleanliness and facilities it was good compared to the value of money. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location near impt sites. Being on the light rail made it easy to find again after wandering the labyrinthian alleys. Staff did their very best to accomodate us and meet all our requests.

Positioned right between the Topkapi Palace and the ferry port. Easy access to anywhere. Surrounded by shops, restaurants. Tram literally passes by your door. The breakfast ( included) was more food than I usually eat in a whole day.

The room was good sized, clean and quite. The italian shower a treat and the little things : I arrived late but the room service was waiting for me before closing, in case of an order. The little bluetooth speaker and USB chargers available. Also the free sparkling and still water.

Somehow location is good to main attractions. But it takes 20 minutes to walk to Grand Bazaar.

Overall the stay was ok, the breakfast had a lot of options and the location was good.

They have spa, which is not really Turkish experience at all, but since we stayed for only one night it was good after a long flight.

Really bad service, the staff very very rude just open the guest door without knocking.

Location was very good , the Ottoman cafe attached to hotel was very good and the staff more helpful than the hotel staff

There was a staff by the name of Mustafa who was very cordial and very cooperative.

Absolute luxury! The executive suite was divine! It was as big as an apartment! Couldn’t complain! Super spacious, clean, furnished, not one thing left unturned. The shower was clean and water pressure perfect! The room is equipped with lots of seating furniture, outlets, lamps, plugs. My absolute favorite was the executive lounge access. Free buffet breakfast in a private, cozy, comfortable lounge with snacks, drinks, cafe machines, sofas, flat screens. We ate there every morning! Will stay here again! Next door to metro!

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in the mid of the market, breakfast is superb.

Absolutely ideal location! Couldn’t have chosen better! Near tramlines and two quite good restaurants. Convenient place from which to visit main attractions. Tangu welcomed us and was most helpful in dealing with all our questions, after the first night he moved us to a quieter room because there was a little noise from across the street . His companion on the front desk, Musa , was also very helpful in dealing with any problems we had , suggesting and booking tours and cruises and telling us how to use the tram system, which proved invaluable, we were even able to make our own way back to the airport using the tram, very fast, cheap and convenient ! Loved our stay here and would strongly recommend it to fellow travelers . Thanks especially to Tangu and Musa for your hospitality during our stay.

Honestly I found it very clean with other hotels in the same area. Staff are good, at least the reception speak English, location very good also break fast is good. the only one thing, is the room is so small, Turkish bath not working, however is much better than others as I said.

The location was perfect and the decor and comfort were lovely too.

The bed was a little hard and the bathroom not very large but the hotel oozed charm and personality. The front desk and in particular Renata were amongst the most cordial and willing to please staff we have met. The breakfast was plentiful and the food very good. There was some construction across the street which started at 7:00 am and was loud. But that should be temporary. Location was fabulous for shopping, restaurants and transportation!

the reception guy was very rude, unhelpfull and very bad in service to customars. He did not care about the infant baby we had and gave us very dusty uncleaned room in the basement. when we refused to stay in that room cause of the dyst and dirtyness everywhere he just ignired our claims and did nit want to help uss to get another room. we stayed at the reception untill 23.30 evenning almist 10 hours after our arrival. he didnot care about that we and the infant baby needs to rest and sleep. instead he just ignored us said you need pay more to get more clean room. as a mom i was very angry and irritated with this hotels service.

My reservation was two triple rooms When I arrived they offer for me one double and one triple then they add a fourth bed to the triple one, it becomes very jam And the bed in triple room is vey small size for couples The internet connection was very bad and in the delay of the night and the early morning no internet available they do something doesn’t allow you to connect

Fantastic location, looking over the beach, fairly quiet and safe area. The hotel was wonderful, clean. Excellent breakfast with good choice. Reception staff, especially Bruno were Brilliant, helpful and spoke good English, very knowledgeable about the area, which pubs had football on etc!!! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone it was wonderful

Excellent hotel. We even got an upgrade to the room with a terrance. The staff were very helpful and polite. Location is very close to topkapi palace.

Clean, beautiful room. Cute small hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location : 5 minutes walking to the Blue Mosque. They have breakfast buffet but I didn’t have time to try it. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location…just few meters away from Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet Square. The view of Marmara sea from our room window was amazing. Very warm and accommodating staff, especially Metin, he was very helpful. Very clean and good value for money, we were not expecting it would be that good.

The guy at the reception was great. Helped us so much. Location is great just 2 mins walk from Hagia Sophia. Restaurants around here are bit pushy and not too good. And also pricey. One guy was staring at coz we didn’t sit in his restaurant but the one opposite his place. Ridiculous!! Hotels breakfast and room was prime too. It is just a lovely place with a reasonable price.
