The room itself on the 11th floor was good, roomy and clean. The bathroom looked as if it had just been renovated and was big. The breakfast was ok, high tea a nice touch, staff very pleasant and obliging. The pool area lovely.

Over charged us drastically for a taxi, staff acted very mechanically and all drinks and food were outrageously priced.

Very smart and well presented property within very easy distance to buses (under a minute) to the Tube (about 5 mins).

Everything was great. The whole resort is surrounded by greenery, separated by a narrow street walkway and is very quiet and peaceful. All rooms have a direct view of the calming river, plenty of trees, a small fish pawn. A true place for rest and relaxation. The main street and the Ubud Market is 10 minutes walk away, you can rent a scooter within the resort for 70 000 rph.

I like the location of the condo. It is near everything but quiet. Friendly, helpful staff.

I had about 35 friends booking with me at the cosmo to celebrate my birthday. The staff was great and never lost their cool . Brilliant … we all come back to Cosmo anytime 😁

We liked the room and Gudauri in general. Skiing was excellent and slopes suitable to go with kids.

The cleanliness of the room received a lower later because a previous guest’s dirty towel was left behind the door. Almost half the entrees on a limited menu were not available at 7 pm. In the hotel restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Location was great! Near the station, a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Liked the breakfast personalized coffee! A plus indeed.

The sound from other rooms was heard at all hours of the night. They tried to charge us extra for checking in late. They did not ask me if it was ok to charge my credit card.

Diego is fun and friendly. Good location. Great breakfast! Very nice shower.

The host, Jolanta, was extremely nice. She waited for us for an hour in the cold street and explained all the important things for a traveller. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and quiet although it is located close to the Wavel Castle.

Location was perfect! Our suite was beautiful and well appointed – thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice rooms and good location. Only downside is that it’s close to a bar with loud live music until 4 AM. However the nice staff accommodated us greatly and we got a new room at 0100 in the morning when we asked.
