Great serene luxury within the endearingly chaotic centre of Hanoi. Rooms were decadent yet modern. Staff were friendly but not overbearing. The concierge picked an excellent restaurant for us.

We check in to a standard double room but the wifi signal were weak and at times no connection because of some technical problems. since we badly need good internet connection, they managed to upgrade us in a superior double room without any additional cost..

We had the old town loft. The location could not be better, 1 block from the river. The decoration and windows over town that provided a "stay at home" feeling…. Loved everything about this place. Would sty here over and over again when visiting Porto.

Everything good for the price. You get what you pay and it was totally fine for some euros.

The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. Great location only 5 minutes walk to Thapae gate and Old town. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!!

The guest house/hostel offers everything. Tours, tickets, bike hire, on site restaurant with cheap food and drinks. Friendly atmosphere with staff at hand to help with anything. But for an ensuite double fan room, the price is probably the cheapest in Chiang Mai! So great value for money for the budget traveller who is willing to compromise a little.

Miggy is an awesome host, she can arrange or guide you to everything you want, together with the restaurant on the other strreside, they deliver a perfect service. It is in an quiet street close to the public transport and cheep massage studios, a 7/11 shop is right a round the corner. Special tip after 9pm a roti (special indian pancake) guy is infront of the 7/11 try a banana roti with chocolate it is just perfect as late sweet. Try the food, try everything they tell you to do, eat and experience

Perfect location, only 1 minute from Buckingham Palace. Staff were wonderfully helpful. Arrived too early to check-in but staff offered to hold luggage, not only until the urgent room clean was carried out, but when I returned to check-in later my bags were already waiting in the room.

Simply amazing stay in Golden Legend Diamond Hotel! It was very clean, perfect located in the old town of Hanoi nearby to the Hoan Kiem lake and the St. Joseph Cathedral. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The minibar is cheap and two bottles of water are free every day. The best of all is the staff. All are so kind and helpful. You feel really welcome and they can answer every question. They also give you recommodations of what to do or where to eat. We also booked our Halong Bay tour via the hotel. After the tour my girlfried was a bit tired and not able to travel along as planned. We asked for one more night and they offered us the junior suite room for the price of a standard room. Great! 10 out of 10. I definetly would. recommend that hotel!

On arrival the staff couldn’t be more nicer to us. Was an uncomfortable flight and taxi ride to the hotel so we just wanted to get in our room and have a sleep so the staff done a fast check in and other staff helped us with our bags to our room which was a really nice size, we had 2 single beds (our fault for not ticking double bed on website) but they already pushed the beds together for us so it wasn’t a problem. Beds & pillows are so soft and very comfortable. Bathroom was a wet room also a nice size. Amazing location, 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants (old quarter) We used this hotel as a base for when we visited sapa & halong bay so over all we stayed in this hotel 5 nights because we liked it that much. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and easy.

Excellent place to stay! A comfortable boutique hotel with first rate services and staff!! Staying in this hotel had been one of the best parts of my trip in Hanoi.

Very attentive and friendly staff – could not do enough for us and kindly let us use the shower and held our bags before our train journey when we returned from Ha Long Bay (even though we’d checked out two days before). Very clean and nicely decorated. Brilliant location – three minute walk from lake.

Very welcoming staff, the hotel is in an excellent location. We stayed in the penthouse room which has two bedrooms, ideal for a family with young children. We arranged airport transfers, a food tour and water puppet tickets and all were good.

The staff was exceptional! They made arrangements for a private car to pick us up after our Halong Bay cruise due to time constraints and all went smoothly.

I would recommend a comfortable one with reasonably clean facilities and room

room is not crowded. well lit up. has hot and cold shower. Very friendly and helpful concierge manager. near museums, local stores, hoan kiem lake and tours to other tourist attractions fetch guests from here.

I stayed this month what a great hotel clean amazing staff I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Hanoi .The staff were friendly and full of information the hotel was very clean and all the guests seemed happy . Great value for money .

absolutely excellent location, very clean and spacious room and supernice staff. the owner helps you organizing trips around Hanoi and gives many good tips where to go and on which trips and places is possible avoid crowds of tourists.

We had our own room and bathroom which were very comfortable. The food was good and everyone had a good time.

We booked this hotel prior to our arrival in Vietnam and couldn’t stay when we first booked the dates, they were very helpful in arranging three nights for us to stay. We were grateful for their hospitality and willingness to help. The breakfast was is OK . Internet connection is very fast, especially to drink tea and coffee for you free full every days. The room we had was close to the street and you could hear some cars at night. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel staff are warm and friendly. Ms.Thom Trinh and the rest of her colleagues are very accommodating and made us feel at home. My mom and I had a fantastic time staying at the hotel. The hotel is situated at the heart of the Old Quarter so walking around the block to check out food, shops and tourist spots is convenient. I totally recommend this place!

Good location, very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was clean but we had small cockroaches in the bathroom which was not so nice. The breakfast is nothing special but its ok for a start in the day and a sightseeing tour.

Booked a standard room for 3 nights. . Room isn’t very big, it’s a standard hotel room, but it has all what you need and it is very well isolated so you don’t ear any noise from the streets. Bathroom is big and with shower. Service is good with friendly staff. Hotel is located very close to the HoanKiem lake in old Hanoi.

Recently developed hotel in the prime part of town. Beautiful rooms with all the amenities. English speaking staff who were very helpful. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the river and many sites. Hotel Moments is a true delight!

Breakfast provided was really good; besides the usual toast, coffee and tea, you get to choose freshly cooked meals from a menu e.g. omelette and pho. The staff were really polite and helpful, and even packed us breakfast when we had to leave early to catch our flight. Location was great; close to the lake and in the old quarters and not on a very busy street. Easily assessible to local restaurants and shopping areas.

The staff was fantastic! Very helpful and gave great recommendations for the area. They made sure to get to know their customers. I got a wonderful pedicure at the spa they recommended and had a wonderful meal at the restaurant New Day which they also recommended. Lots of hot water and ice cold AC available. The location is great too. Felt very safe walking around the area alone.

Everything! We were greeted by the most amazing staff, even upgrading us for free to the suite! The location is perfect, we spent 2 days walking the entire city, the breakfast has a lot of options, especially seeings I am vegetarian and allergic to Gluten. Highly recommend!

We bought a grapefruit at the market. The next day, the breakfast staff kindly cut up our grapefruit for us to include with the rest of our meal. He even taught us the Vietnamese word for grapefruit, "bưởi."

Step are friendly, room is clean and quiet, breakfast is fantastic.
