So, friendly. On Booking.com the rate was lower than at their front desk and while I was waiting for the hotel to receive their confirmation from Booking.com they decided to add free breakfast to it The bed is also really really good!

因为准点办理入住，结果有一间房间没有打扫干净，就给我们升级到11楼的贵宾间，还是非常贴心的。另外，房间里的智能设备非常给力，洗漱用品也是国际知名sap品牌，真心不错！

Room was very large. Great balcony. Easy access to bus to Dubrovnik old town. Two lovely swimming pools, one indoor, one outdoor. Great dining options.

Location was top notch. It’s in Piazza Dela Reppublica. Right in the middle of everything.

Last minute booking before flying into city. Got there at midnight, did not see email that said room i selected was booked. But staff gave me another room. Very helpful, organised taxi next morning, took me to the taxi stop , explained to taxi driver where i was suppose to go. So overall happy with the young guy who helped me out. Room and decor was beautiful. Like being in luxury hotel in India.

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, although there were little international options.

The staff were very helpful, in the restaurant and the front desk. Rooms were clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was very good, with English and Chinese choices. Booking.com stated that the hotel did not allow children, but we phoned the hotel before booking, and children are very welcome. We booked a superior family room – we have two young children – with a single bed and a double bed. There was also a sofa in the room that could be used as a single bed. The underground station is only a 5 minute walk away, allowing direct access to the city centre/West Lake.

I loved the old fashioned decor and original fittings, like staying in an English stately home. Lovely breakfast, sweet and savoury. Good value for single independent traveller. Nice hosts.

Location excellent, nice area, close to park and sea, good restaurants in walking distance. Also close to underground.

Room was very spacious, beds were very comfy, very quiet area, room very quiet for sleeping.

Staff is as friendly and helpful as they can possibly be! Every facility in the hotel works well. The bar with beer has very low prices, you really needn’t go anywhere if you want more or any cheaper! Breakfasts vary from day to day but lack simple fried eggs :))) If you prefer to cook yourself there is everything you may need and it’s in a good condition. Rooms are very spacious with 4 meter high ceilings! No construction sites nearby as well as no other disturbing sounds, but beautiful rice fields.

Tea and coffee in room. Located next to Metro entrance. Room clean and corridor quiet.

Very good hotel, very clean and the Bed was perfect.

Was at a very convenient location with lots of shops of restaurants. Also close to public transport when taxi was hard to find.

Spacious. Felt at home in an apartment style hotel.

The two bedroom apartment which we stayed was roomy and comfortable. It’s about 25 minutes walk to Westlake. There are McDonald’s, Starbucks and a few restaurants just outside of the apartment building, if you need a quick meal for breakfast and dinner.

I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years and have always loved it! Everything is fantastic at this place, the location, the amenities, and the rooms are just incredible!

Very comfortable room and the kitchen with washing machine was a huge plus. Great Ramen restaurant and Starbucks across the street. Convenient to the park/lake.

The comfort was especially in the homely atmosphere. When I put the key in the door each evening, it felt more like I was coming home rather than back to a hotel. The landlady was lovely and I slept well. It’s certainly not modern, but it’s a sweet old place.

Extremely cosy setup! WOnderful location with a cute little river near by and lots of tiny little shops and bars. Exactly what one would expect of a garden city in China. Probably the best hotel on the whole street.

Lovely boutique hotel, very clean with great facilities and good breakfast. Staff very friendly and worked very hard to overcome our lack of Mandarin. The location is a short 10 minute walk to the Lake and has some other interesting local restaurants nearby

Lovely hotel with a ‘green’ philosophy. Loved the green tea provided in the room. Street to the Botanic Garden was very interesting with lots of character.

Manager was the greatest guy. We had booked two rooms in two different Tea Boutique Hotels! The manager recommended the new one near the botanical gardens and short walk to the lake. Then he drove us there in his car, checked us in. Rooms were wonderful. Brand new. Comfortable beds. Clean with a nice rain shower. They are still building so there was a little construction noise in the morning. Didn’t matter for me I was up and hiking by 7:30. Back to our friendly manager -- we sat for dinner but realized that none of the staff spoke English and that the English menus were not yet printed. Our manager showed up and ordered for us. A great mean, food was excellent and the price right. Overall, a wonderful time out from working in Shanghai. I will definitely come back to the Tea Boutique Hotel.

The large balcony with furniture is a nice touch. The bathroom & room was very nice & romantic. There is a restaurant on the top floor but I was only here for one night & did not eat there. We ate at Amigos.

地理位置很方便，就在青芝坞入口处。相较于曙光路店，这家的周边配套比较丰富。房间设施令人满意，虽然感觉不及曙光路店漂亮，但总体上比较好，宽敞，干净，整洁，包括公共区域，属于性价比不错的精品酒店。 餐厅服务和品质也不错，虽然没有在酒店用早餐，临走当天中午在天伦餐厅享用了一次湖蟹双人套餐，味道还是挺鲜美的。

The location of the hotel was good as we could get to the shopping centres and Bukit Bintang via a closed in walkway so we were not affected by weather. The bed was very comfortable, the room a good size, the breakfast excellent and the pool area great for a pre dinner drink.

Very quiet and suggestive, with a bush on a side, in the night a shining temple appears up to a close hill. Nice to have a longjing tea in the lounge, listening to the music or talking with the staff.

Amazing hostel with the best staff! Both the location and the hostel itself are very charming. I stayed in a private room which was clean and beautiful, with a view of the garden. The bar and reception people always had a smile on their face and were willing to help. Great coffee with breakfast too! I loved the chill and welcoming atmosphere of this place.

Overall a nice stay even though the room was really humid. The food was really nice, we recommend !

Beautiful location in quiet, green area, away from the crowds but convenient to travel everywhere by public transport. Staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Beautiful relaxing garden out back, very clean dorms and lovely atmosphere, 1 week was not enough!

We spent there 3 nights and I really recommend the place for everyone who doesn’t want to stay in the city center and want to have a bit of nature around. It was really calm and the garden in the hostel is very nice. The room was clean and comfy.

Relaxing environment and away from busy city Center. Close to many restaurants and walking path. Our family loves exploring different parts of xihu. Friendly staff.

Mya at the hotel was exceptionally helpful and very accommodating and the public transport system makes it relatively easy to travel around the West lake region albeit crowded and packed with people at certain times of the day.

The setting is nice, not quite a "cottage resort", but almost; the bathroom is unusual, pretty much inside the room (there is a modesty curtain), but with a huge round bath it makes a welcoming impression. They have bikes which you can borrow, quite crappy ones, but free. On bike it’s 10 minutes to the main lake, on foot probably 20 minutes.

Cute little yard, good breakfast, very friendly staff. They also offer free bike renting for the first hour.

Absolutely great location, few meters from the lake. Fancy breakfast serving the famous noodles.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Location was perfect, in a village near west shore of West Lake. Lovely area for walking and biking. Buses to tourist sites and to downtown Hangzhou stop closeby. We spent a week at the hotel. It was hard to leave!

Amazing location near tea plantations and lots of greenery.

We reserved a standard room, and were upgraded free of charge to a delux room. Ayesha was very nice.

Bed was very firm. Americans expect a mattress on top of a box spring. Asia uses a combined box spring w a topper.

Spacious room and bathroom, no toiletries though.

The hotel was totally new! Also, getting there was quite simple and convenient, as it is close to Shijo Omyia station, from where Kyoto Station can be reached in about 20-30min. The breakfast was also good. The room rates were really low when we booked it, maybe because of the hotel being new, so it was a great choice! Anyway, if you want a well located hotel with a simple but sufficient breakfast at a reasonable price, this is the place.
