the towels were torn the sink was clogged breakfast as same everyday.paid too much money. not worth a stay could have stayed at a better hotel for less money.

Hotel location is excellent, with easy access to taxis and metro stations, as well as major shopping malls and restaurants. I didn’t interact much with hotel staff but the little contact I had was friendly and pleasant. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, and bathroom was very clean and well-lit.

Perfect stay for conferences at the nearby conference centre.

love it so much! location is great, near to the center of the district, lots of food nearby. Staff/service is great, they even take my delivery (outside from the hotel) to the room. Facility is awesome cause I love the bluetooth sound! Light is automatic open when you go to the bathroom which is rather convenient at midnight. The bar is in a nice atmosphere with a little cat.

Everything is great! Rooms are big and clean. Have washing machine and kitchen. The view from the room is good, you can see all the Guangzhou! Very nice place to stay!

Everything is great! Room are very big and clean, which is not easy to find sometimes in hotel-apartments in China. So it’s mean the management teach the housekeeping to clean well, it’s a BIG BIG plus! The location is 1 min walk from the metro station. 1 min walk from the bus to Hong Kong and HK airport. The bus from the airport are stop also next to this building exactly, so the location is just great! Around many restaurants and bars. Special thanks to Yousef, the manager of this place, for helping serve any issue. He is keeping this place in very good condition. Inside the room also have the washing machine and the kitchen. Very recommending this place to stay!

Old world style. Nice wood foyers & room furniture. The front desk staff was excellent. My apologies for not noting the name of the female staffer with the 14 mth old child but as I had coffee, I watched her work with a variety of guest. She is an awesome hostess. Very beautiful ambience, gave a traditional and mystical feeling to the room. Very spacious rooms.

Location was great for visiting monuments and generally seeing Rome. Not many restaurants near so you will have to travel but generally a nice area. Very close to the vatican and Lepanto train station which has a connection to Termini and then the airport.

The apartment was located at a good place near a local supermarket and near transportation. A great view on Acropolis through the bedroom window.

The staff are very helpful and kind … the room was clean and with nice decoration

The Hotel Washington is ideally suited for a visit to the museums as it is five min walk, and not even worth waiting for a tram because it’s only one stop and the tram stop is halfway there! It’s a quiet neighbourhood with modestly priced, friendly bars and restaurants and delis. It’s not a buzzy area, very subdued and low key, ideal for what we wanted. The room was basic and clean and we had fresh towels daily. A coat peg in the bathroom would have been useful. The staff are friendly and very helpful, allowing us to leave luggage know our last day.

The property is located in the park and really very quite place to sleep. The staff is nice and friendly.

We liked a girl at service desk by the name of Janice. She spoke English very well and we were able to communicate easy. She never hesitated to assist us. Well done Janice. Also I liked the fresh white sheets!

The hotel was relatively cheap and was nearby metro station. The room size was OK.

The staff were wonderful and did their best to help with their limited English and our non existent Chinese.

Breakfast was average. Everything was just average.

The staff at reception were amazing. They were genuinely very helpful and friendly at all hours of the day. They would go out of their way to translate documents, find and recommend restaurants, transport and other tips. The rooms are very large, the bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.

Nice rubber slippers included into room price. I think it is to compensate bad cleanliness of the room.

Breakfast was completely Chinese, but quite good. Although the choice wasn’t very broad.

Size of the room and the bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom as well. Shuttle to Canton Fair a big bonus. There was always at least one person who could understand a bit of English and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
