Beds were very comfortable, the apartment was clean and well provisioned. The hostess was extremely helpful, friendly and provided us with assistance throughout our stay in Warsaw. Will come back and stay here again.

The hotel provided a very convenient place to stay overnight on our first night in Japan. The staff are very friendly. The room was very compact – but I think many Japanese rooms are small. However, everything was very clean and easy and the breakfast was good. Overall – very good value for money.

The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown. The parking is secured.

The location was great. The tube station was only a five minute walk away and you could get most places in a couple of stops. The Piccadilly line now runs all night at the weekend which saved us a large cab fare! There are lots of good restaurants nearby we went to the Pan Asian restaurant that is part of the Crowne Plaza and the service and food were exceptional. The breakfast was really good ( they offer a cooked option if you want to pay more but there really is no need). The bed was really comfortable. We received a complimentary newspaper without being asked. We will definitely stay here again.

WOW! This is the best hotel in Beijing by far. I have stayed at many and the Hotel Jen has the best all-around package. Especially for Western folks. The Coffee is excellent. The food is excellent. The rooms are perfect. The AC works perfectly (if you like a cool room stay here). And so much more.

Brera is an excellent location for a Milan stay, surrounded by a huge range of restaurants, shops and of course the Brera Gallery. This accomodation is in the heart of this area so a fantastic choice. The apartment itself was fairly spacious, clean with a modern and clean bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen. Filipo the host was fairly flexible with our meeting time which was helpful when we were delayed.

Not far from metro, direct line to the city center. Very good breakfast. Room was clean and was cleaned every day including new towels. Good wifi. A good place to stay!

The staff when checking in was amazing and at breakfast. At the bottom floor you can hear all heavy traffic.

Breakfast was fresh. Hotel have a parking space inside yard. Wi-fi was good. Hygiene of the room and the bathroom was perfect. Metro station is near. Next time we will come again to the Madre Chiara Domus.

The hotel was well located for all the city amenities. The staff were very professional, polite and always with a smile. The hotel room was large, spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was good value for money.

The staff is so nice! They always welcomed to me. It was very cheap, but include a breakfast. Near central. Good AC. Free coffee.

The location is fantastic – right at the heart of the city centre. Rooms are really nice, clean and spacious AND the staff are very pleasant and accommodating.

The appartment is nicely situated, good starting point to get around Venice. The personal touch of the "owner" being present every morning is good.

Hotel is modest but clean, well located and close to the metro. Nice staff. Comfortable beds.

We were so pleased we used the airport taxi service arranged by Go2oporto for 30 euro as he had the key to the apartment and helped us with our luggage past restaurants full of people to the apartment. We then did the check in with reception which was about 100m away the next day. The apartment was excellent…view amazing, very clean and modern. A few flights of stairs up so consider that if you can’t cope with stairs. It was fine for us.

The hotel has a special location and the staff are highly professional, pleasant, good reception and priced according to its location. Excellent food and excellent breakfast. All employees are friendly.

Our room was spacious and clean, bathroom was a surprise as normally in a Hostel the bathrooms always let the place down. Very pleased with the service, location and the actual building is magnificent.

Absolutely awesome property! Great location, clean, lot of space, and it has all utilities that you can think of. Great communication with owner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who planning a trip to Lviv!

Loft provides extra bed for 1-2 adults, located on first floor just behind the reception desk so easy to maneuver large suitcases, staff polite and very helpful. A SUV is available for $10 to transport up to 4 with big suitcases 4-5

Great apartment with great location , comfortable and easy checkin.

One of the best hotels near Oxford Street! The location right within walking distance to the shoping area and three tube stations (oxford, bond street, marble arch). Our room was big enough, nice decoraded, and has a very clean and big bathroom. Very comfortable beds, sheets, pillows. Very friendly staff. A lot of shops, restaurants and cafes are behind the hotel. Very good Wifi connection. If I will visit London again we would definitely stay at Mandeville Hotel.

Service is excellent. This is what we called 5 star. All drinks and food in the room are free, even those ones in the fridge, and I received a welcome box of chocolate and two big apples.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent food. The closeness to the City Centre and the excellent tram connections from outside the hotel to all parts of the City.

There was coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby which was amazing! Some rooms have a great view of the Eiffel Tower and the walk to the Eiffel is super safe and not far at all! It was clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, close to my activity.

Excellent value and great location for Picasso Museum and le Marais. Room was adequate and clean. There are much worse hotels in Paris.

Great location, clean, comfort, comfortable and helpful/nice staff. Breakfast is simple but good. Hood insulation, because I didn’t hear any noises although I was very close to the hallway and dining room. I would definitely go back there and would recommend it.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with a great shower in the stylish bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular Najib the concierge went above and beyond to offer great service and advice during our stay. The location was good for us as it was close to the metro to access the city and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and coffee with a croissant to start the day Heavenly can be easily reached by airport trolleybus 9, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. Right in front of the accommodation there is a tramstop (line 2) straight to the Rynok Square, which runs from the early morning till about 10 PM. Internet works pretty fast (Wi-Fi extender on each floor).

I enjoyed my stay. The location was extremly convenient and the staff very nice.

The apartment is simply superb. Some additional facilities in the hotel such as free washing machine. The location is in Warsaw center with a tram station going to Old town, but you need to know which one and how to get the tickets. Parking is free in front of the hotel, but not many places. I did not have any issues myself though. WIFI is free, strong and fast. Cleaning lady is very friendly and efficient.

The bed was like a cloud. The chicken rice is yummy.

Good breakfast. Good service. Quiet area. Very good location.

Well located to walk the city and accessible to public transportation.

This hotel should deserve 1* more. Unfortunately…many people don’t know this area. Fortunately…people who know (frequently visitors Bangkok) know you get more value for money. Hotels in this region offer you quality of the best hotels @ Sukhumvit….for a very good price ! MRT at 800 metres . …very busy road, so many taxi available (which i don’t need). If you like a luxury (piano in lobby) styled hotel…..pick this one. You won’t regret. It has a cosy nice swimming pool too. Extremely good price/quality…so i will go back next time ! See you soon…

Location was excellent, free tram just outside hotel. Lygon Street with fantastic restaurants a short walk. Able to walk into Melbourne central, Bourke street mall easily.

Viet View Hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quater, its perfect for walking everywhere. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, great advice about Hanoi live given when you arrive. The rooms are perfect and a great price. At the back of the hotel you don’t have any kind of view but you really don’t need it as when you step outside into the street it is alive with activity. The breakfast was very nice and the staff in the restaurant were very lovely.

We loved our view overlooking the opera house and the harbour bridge and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is really friendly. We took 4 rooms and all the rooms are clean. Late checked-in is available. )

The location was perfect – nice area close to Metro, bars, rest. and activities

Good location, close to subway station and many attractions, lots of food in the local area.

The location is superb – especially for the art galleries. The beds were really comfortable and the room, although fairly small, was well thought out. The shower was good. Wifi was fast. Above all, Javier and the night porter (Saulo?) were wonderful – helpful and very welcoming!
