Hotel at prime location. A residential building transformed into a nice comfortable hotel with an amazing, very professional staff. My room was nicely decorated and had everything for a comfortable stay.

Brilliant little family run hotel with a really helpful owner and staff. Rooms are extremely clean with bathrooms that look like they belong in a 5 star hotel. air con and a fan, TV with a decent selection of English channels. Good value for money and it’s nice to know that you’re supporting a local family instead of a big business.

The hotel is located in a good place. It also has free secured parking and breakfast.

Location is good wrt to Grand Viva and Atocha station

The hotel itself is very luxury, staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast was quite nice too. Beds are comfy and they have thicker duvets to choose from if needed.

Location was superb, since there are two metro stations to go virtually everywhere. The staff was always attentive and polite, even to look for information I needed for a purchase. Bathroom was big and comfortable. The bed was a king with good mattress. Room had excellent noise insulation, even in busy times. The breakfast is acceptable when you don’t want to get out. Kitchen has all accessories.

The atmosphere, staff and location was super good.

I liked the hotel location, its cleanliness, quiet surrounding; breakfast (included) was simple but tasty with reasonable variety of choice.

Staff was incredibly friendly, which means a lot to someone visiting from another country for the first time. Thank you for being so gracious.

Every type of food was available at breakfast. The roof top bar had excellent views over Athens. The room had everything we needed.

2 separate bedrooms with a small kitchen. We can open the bay windows from the living room.

The property has a great location in the middle of the traditional gion district. It’s located near the Yasaka shrine which is beautiful to walk around at night. the staff was really friendly and helpful. Near the Yasaka Shrine was a bus stop, from there you can get around Kyoto. Next time we will book this property again.

How much space we had. It was easy to get everywhere. Kitchen was good.

This hotel is very unassuming but I loved my stay here. The location is ideal within in a short walk from the metro station (Karasuma and Shijo). It really is great value for money and I feel the hotel has taken into consideration all the necessary amenities needed and special touches. They even have a microwave on each floor near the elevators. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. My room had everything that I needed. On the day I didn’t request cleaning they put a clean towel and water in a plastic bag outside my door and they also refunded me for the day they didn’t need to clean. The Italian restaurant next door also has great food and I enjoyed eating there.

I very much like this little hotel. The location is great, within walking distance of Atocha Station, and close to Estacion Sur bus station. It is a good value for the money.

The room was spacious and very clean. I loved my room and the hotel facilities were up to date and clean. the staff was amazing. They answered all our questions and they helped us arrange for taxi drivers. The food was amazing and fresh. We lounged on the pool. and the pool was well maintained. We had a very relaxing holiday at this hotel. After the hustle and bustle in the city tours, we enjoyed coming back to a calm, relaxing, and friendly environment.

Great location close by foot to everything. There is a cleaning period between 11am -3pm so guests are asked to leave during that period of time. Booked the deluxe area. Despite sharing the room with several other people it was very quiet and peaceful at night. I’ve stayed there 3 times. Everything about this hotel is excellent including their 2 restaurants.

Amazing location, indeed. Close to the city, Paddington and other key areas. The very location of the hotel is splendid. I strongly recommend this hotel. Such a nice hotel at this price.

The size of the apartment was just nice for a couple like me.

Excellent Staffs, care what we required, sealed problems with friendly attitudes.

The attention of the staff and the very comfortable room, excellent hotel.

It’s comfortable and calm. Access to center of a city is good. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was very good (traditional Morrocan breakfast). The location of the Riad is excellent, is only 6 minutes by walking from the main square of the Marrakesh’s Medina. It’s totally safe area. And also you can find it by car very easily (and you can park your car at a private parking only 20m from the Riad). The staff was excellent and very helpful. The wifi was ok, also the room was nice and clean. I suggest you to take the transportation which offers the Riad cause if you are for your first day in Morocco it’s easier to find it.

It was a free accommodation given by the airline. We booked an extra day. The staff was nice.

My unit is super clean and spotless. Like move into a brand new apartment.

Very convenient location. The receptionist on the second day was really great, with great suggestions of hikes. She gave me a really useful detaile map of the tatras mountains, with elevation and trail info. There was also a kitchen you could use. Room was very roomy. Also, the water bottles they left in the rooms were a nice touch.

The room was very clean, the parking was safe and the bed very comfortable. In front of the motel there is a bus which is taking you to the metro line and you reach the centre in 25 minutes. The garden outside is nice to relax. We arrived when the reception was closed and the check in was very easy with a machine at the yard

It’s very close to the Shibuya Shin Minami-guchi (New South Exit), so very convenient for those travelling to/from airport and Shonan area (but if you take other subway lines, e.g. Ginza Line, Yamanote Line, etc. note that you need to walk to the more central area of Shibuya, which is a 7-10 minutes’ walk). Rooms are super cozy and clean. There is watching machine and simple kitchenette in the room. I have a balcony with the view of Yamanote Line tracks and Daikan-yama area. Everything is absolutely perfect.

The host and staff were excellent from breakfast to helpful advice . I liked the fact that it was close to jemmaelfna for those extra meals and entertainment . A true Moroccan setting

Fabulous hosts – very welcoming and informative. Both clearly took a lot of pride in the apartment and seemed genuinely appreciative when aspects were praised! Apartment – large, spacious and spotless! Beautifully decorated however… Pretty impractical. The kitchen is no functional as a self catering apartment; there is an oven that is not connected therefore, apart from the induction hob and microwave, no facilities to cook! Although there are a lot of restaurants and bakeries in the surrounding area, the weather was particularly bad during our stay therefore, it was a dissappointment that we werent able to cook. Not even toast for breakfast!!!! Location – perfect location for the cathedral and shops. Felt like a very safe area.

Very comfortable. close to centre. We were in a room away from the front so it was quiet and private. Facilities were excellent.
