Property highlights

Guests say:

The room was amazing, staff were excellent and extremely helpful. We booked a tour to the great wall through the hotel, it was above and beyond our expectations, the hotel coordinated with the guide to have our picture printed and framed in time for our arrival which was a wonderful surprise. We were given late checkout once they saw that our flight was late at night.

It seems that this hotel is primarily for Russians and not for foreigners. As my partner is Russian, I didn’t have any problems, but I could imagine that a foreigner could have problems with communicating. English is not spoken. As for the hotel: it’s a basic 3-star hotel. You get what you paid for. Clean, big room and a good shower.

The room was clean and big,not so far from JJ market.

The beds were comfortable & shower was strong.

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very nicely decorated. The shower was very good. Area is excellent and a short walk to everything. Host is very helpful and when we had a nightmare trying to print boarding passes on the morning we checked out she arranged for us to go somewhere to print them out.

Very good!!Spacious apartment. -large bed-very well equipped!

Lovely authentic breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Wi-Fi is free but poor connection. The room ate very authentic morocain and lovely.

Great location, great setup, everything we needed for our family to stay comfortably

Room bigger thank expected. Good size fridge. Comfortable bed.

Helpful and caring staff, great location, comfort and privacy. I was really satisfied.

Excellent sized room with good, generous, selection of in room coffee and snacks. The breakfast was also very good, they went the extra mile to cater for a special dietary requirement (vegan). The place is within relatively easy walking distance of the city centre and arena and only a few minutes from the river in the other direction. Highly recommended.

Everything was awesome, facilities, location, breakfast and specially the host Mrs. Natela.

El desayuno y la atencion del personal es excelente.

Large suite room at a low cost. Plenty of room. Friendly staff. Close to NYU.

There’s a mamak stall right next to the hotel lobby, making it convenient to the guess arriving late, tired and hungry And it’s really close to Mont Kiara. Overall, it’s an okay place to spend the night, given its price.

Such a lovely hotel. I loved the location! Sandwiched in between two very Parisian streets St Dominique & Rue De Grenelle both lined with local cafes, book shops and even a fruit and veg market. I felt a true local in this are with the Eiffel Tower Looming over me Staff were accommodating and friendly.

Lovely spacious comfortable modern apartments.very clean and well kept. Very nice staff, very helpful

Clean and really new rooms. Common kitchen and fridge, all clean. Decent size rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Amazingly quite eventhough located in the heart of kl.

We loved everything, from location to Facilities. The Riad is perfectly located within the Medina! The terrace has a very nice view of the city. Nice interior design and cleanliness, overall just brilliant. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Very friendly staff, Hanan was lovely, so happy to help. Great value for money! Definitely booking again now we’ve found this little gem. Marrakech is amazing :)p!!!!

Beautiful setting, spacious rooms. Very clean, modern and comfortable.

The double room was nice, bathroom was separated from the room. The view from the room is nice with many windows.

The riad was excellent. Wanted to go to a place where we felt like we were in Marrakech & not a generic hotel. Christophe & all the staff were very accommodating – nothing too much trouble. The riad was like an oasis in a very busy city. Going back there after the hustle & bustle of the city was just what was needed. The location is good – far enough from the main square so you can chill but near enough (10 – 15 minute walk) to be in the thick of things. We chose to have a hamman in the riad and we all thoroughly enjoyed that. The riad itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Even though there were other guests at the riad it felt like we had it all to ourselves.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed, close to beach front.

Reception is poor n room was not clean…outside light flooded d room

Friendly staff at reception, room was very quiet with a view to the station, comfortable bed and no problems with hot water in shower.Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold.WiFi was good. Would stay here again

Well equipped beautiful apt stunning views was very happy and will definitely be booking again .

Beautiful view from balcony. Ideal localization. Equipped kitchen

Sweet room’s layout was really good. And the bathroom also great. Especially breakfast was perfect. I think they considered for Asian people.

The rooms are very spacious and well laid out. (the biggest, considering its Europe). The facilities (Pool, Gym, Spa, Sauna )were great for the price of the hotel. Breakfast was topclass..(tho wud have enjoyed more if we had indian food) nevertheless satisfied with the selections.

The owner is really cool, and the people who stay there are awesome. It’s really close to the MRT train and its really quiet at night.

It was clean and the mattress was decently comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was good.

Room was large and quiet, a little dated but with character. It was in the heart of the Macerena and had more individual character than some hotels

new modern apartment, good for the price, plenty of space, washing machine, drove us to main street or shopping centre each day, was close to where we needed to be

Nice flat perfectly located and easy to reach from the airport !

Comfortable and clean. Helpful staff, we agreed about the coffee even at 7am. It’s cosy on the top of the roof.

Fantastic location right by the Arena. Friendly staff, large rooom and very comfortabe bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was lovely.

I like the curtains in every bed and cleanliness of the room. The staff are so helpful as well.

Everything was perfect. Managment was fantastic, from check in to check out. Will be back for sure.

Location and the apartment layout was fantastic – very modern, clean and safe. Would certainly recommend and will definitely return!!

The rooms were bigger than average and it was very clean. The staff were helpful and the best of all, it is close to public transportation. It is also nearby many restaurants and a walking distance to the tourist attraction, Nijo castle.

The location is just near the Wien Univisity, convenient for the meeting

Breakfast, rooms with Netflix, great pizza space nearby.

The hotel is very convenient to facilities like shopping mall and subway station.

Large spacious 3 bedroom apartment, also had a sofa bed in the living area so can sleep up to 8 people. Had 2 bathrooms which was very useful as there were 5 of us. Very clean and in an excellent location. Excellent value for money. The hosts organised taxis to and from the airport and let us store our luggage with them on the day we left. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the reception service both at check in, during and check out. Nothing was a problem. No hassle at all. Facilities made our stay so relaxing, convenient and beautiful location, excellent breakfast, a great hotel with cultural and historical significance – spectacularly decorated. Thank you

Very good location, surprisingly cheap prise forthe location.

Breakfast was excellent. Soo much cheese and champagne!

The hotel was truly wonderful – the location ideal, the rooms clean, breakfast was tasty and most important the staff. Araz at the front desk, breakfast staff and the young man on nights who guided our taxi driver to the hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel to explore Istanbul and the old city. Everything was so near and easy to get to.

Brief reviews in English (and other languages)

Quiet hotel, nice staff, great location, perfect bed, clean room and bathroom.

My favorite place to stay in SP. White rooms design make you feel on clouds, best beds, small but all yours spa and all that in the heart of the city location.

I had an excellent stay at the Jay hotel and the bed was so comfortable I did not want to get out except for the fact the beach was calling 2 minutes away

Prettige etage in hartje stad van alle gemakken voorzien. Wasmachine, vaatwasser, strijkijzer echt alles is er.

Location is perfect… terrific rooftop vies and bar

A very confortable hotel run by a friendly family, located in a quiet area. Easy access to all public transport. Well heated. Good breakfast. We felt at home.

Room was a good size and clean. Property is close to the airport, although Seville taxis have a flat rate charge of 24.55 euros as a start rate for any trip to the airport regardless of where they pick up. But if you want to stay close to the airport this is good. There is a good supermarket one block away.

Accessible location. Good breakfast. Really helpful employees.

Comfy bed, great breakfast. Good location to Stratford station, about an 8 minute walk.

The staff were very accomodating and patient with my traveling companion (although she didn’t think so). They walked me down to locate my lost companion and rode with us to their parking garage. Several times they took time to mark up a map with routes to the various museums we wanted to visit. Since we had an early morning tour, the staff was kind enough to give us access to making a self-service breakfast.

Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for! Comfortable enough and clean for the price!

The sound effect is very good, rest well, hot water WiFi is awesome, the service attitude is also very good

Fantastic location in really easy reach of every landmark.

Location was perfect for us,could travel into the city easily n yet we had the peacefulness at nighttime.

Perfect location as we were close to everything. Lucho and Gladys were excellent hosts, made everything right and we felt at home.

The complex is in great shape and the complete experience is nice. Free Breakfast quality was above average. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The people at front desk were extremely friendly.

Perfect location, 3-5min walk distance to cetral railway station, also quite convinient to transfer to airport, and metro line 1 to the city center. easy to purchase drinks and snakes in the supermarket in the railway station.

Staff were very helpful. Restaurant had good choice of food.

The room was very clean. The hotel is very quiet and you have all the things you need in the room. The room was recently refurbished. The bed was very large and comfy. The rooms are not very big but I don’t see it as a problem. The hotel staff is very friendly (heads up to Samantha), ready to help. The area is quiet and safe and the hotel lies within walking distance of the major sites to visit. It is also close to the Gazi area for those who like going out. I would definetly recommend the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from 5aug. till 9aug. and … The most amazing thing was the lovely lady at the reception ( Jasmine ) she was Soooooo helpful and excellent adviser for Vienna with here beautiful smile . Thank you Jasmine . Sahar & Ashraf EGYPT

The service was too good and that it’s in harmony with animals is a plus, the design of the shower exceeded my expectations

Very close to downtown, comfort bed..All has the hotel..

Location and quiet for NY – excellent fitness area for small footprint.

Everyfhing Bed was very confortableVery happy staff

We chose the hotel largely because of the overall design which is upscale and pleasant. The room was small, however, and the bathroom just average. It was nice to be so close to the Tate Britain.

-great pool area -most of the staff were friendly -very good value for money -location is near the city center , so you can walk -Comfortable bed

Beautiful spacious room (two double beds and a nice shower), everything is brand new and clean, and a very helpful owner.

Super new hotel. Very clean. Central location. Friendly hosts.

The room is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and the individualistic bars and friendly staff made the stay great fun!

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient for all attractions. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Bedding was clean and of an excellent quality and although room was on the small side it was more than adequate and comfortable.

We loved the history of this hotel. After checking in we were lead through the passageways and courtyards to our room by a staff member. What a unique experience! Our room was very nice with plenty of space. The view from our window overlooked one of the lush green courtyards. The hotel is located a short walking distance from the Cathedral, other historic sites, and tons of cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. They also booked our tickets to a wonderful Flamenco show.

Bed is very comfortable and the quiet hotel i loved it. And sparkly clean room and washroom.

A very cozy apartment. Nice view, nice region not far from the centre of the Amsterdam.

Really great location, good restaurants right on the doorstep (literally!). Host was super friendly, gave us lots of great tips for dinner, how to spend the day etc.. We stayed one night at both ends of our trip. Host on the return was just as helpful. They let us leave our bags in storage as the room was not ready bit gave us the key, so we could come straight back later. The host moved our bags to the room so they were in the room for when we returned. They offered a free smart phone to use n the city but we did not need this as we have free data now in Europe but great idea if you don’t have that luxury

Location, value for money, new apartment with good style

the location is excellent. the breakfast is more than enough.

Close to a subway station. There is a street with convenience stores and some restaurants that are open until late a short walk away. Breakfast was good.

We liked everything about this place, staff was friendly courteous and helpful.

Clean n in practical order, room facilities arrangements. With elevator, carrying luggage not a problem. Just walking distance, lots of amenities, Silom Village, food eateries. Near main road where u can easily get all sorts of transportation. Easy to go anywhere.

Lovely host. Good location to walk to centre or coffee farms.

Service, pool and gym on the roof, nice rooms , close to Asok (5-10minutes walk)

The concept of being an old cruise ship to become a hotel which is different from other hotels .

Nice staff, great breakfast, easy to reach the centre by car, free parking.

Cleanliness, great view of the ocean and can hear the soothing waves, extremely friendly and helpful staff, proximity to the beach, free breakfast with many selections, fairly secluded from the city, quiet.

The location was amazing for nightlife (literally next door) and quick walks to other district/neighborhoods such as Gran Via and Chueca. Very touristy location, the apartment looked better in person than pictures and the beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly upon arrival and helped as much as they could, when they could. I made a special request before check-in of buying a cake and some wine for my friend’s birthday and they were able to accommodate.

Small shower but comfy room with everything you need. Modern and clean. Very helpful staff. Very short walk to Harrods and everything that London has to offer. Excellent location and I will be back.

the attention of the hotel staff, very happy to help

The staff were very good. Ibrahim the night receptionist allowed us to check in early as we arrived at 8am. Location was excellent. Within walking distance to all sights.

very friendly & helpful staff. good food. very nice room.

Front Desk staff are helpful especially Aishah. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Tea & coffee facilities. Free parking.

Location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping.

The location was good, the reception hotel appeared OK, the breakfast there was OK.

Ok location for the new part of town – to explore San Telmo and Puerto Madero

The hotel grounds are gorgeous and meticulously kept. Shuttles run to town every hour from late morning until 5 pm. The staff is not only helpful but so lovely. We highly recommend this hotel. It was a splurge for us but one well worth making.

Nice clean hotel with restaurant downstairs. The area we were told was dangerous and there was a large bus terminal next door. Rooms were quiet and clean fine for one night.

Very helpfull staff. At some stage I had some connection problems with my PC. The help that I got was immediate and effective. Very good location also of the hotel. Just 200 m from the main shopping avenue of Berlin, just next to a subway station.
