The room was large, comfortable, nicely decorated and quiet on the 5th floor. It was very clean.

The bed was about 2 meters wide and very comfortable. The room was clean at the maximum possible level. It was a very spacious and bright room. The hotel located in the center. The breakfast was very tasty and beautiful. The croissants and marmalade were excellent. Not even 4 stars, even 5 stars deserves.

Comfortable and nice design hotel; it has everything what a good hotel must have.

The location is great and close to hot spots. The rooms were very comfortable and neat and the staff were excellent. We hired a scooter from the Villa that easily got us around. The breakfast was really good, big selection to choose from with freshly squeezed juice. Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay and Villa Bunga.

The room was bigger than expected and the location was really good. The hotel is in the center but not at the main road that you can have a quite night. (Even I had a room with a window to the road side) Room was clean, bath equipment was available and the mini bar was good as well. Private parking place was also available and which is really good for Paris (pre-booking neccessary). Further I had a 3 month child with me and the hotel gives a service to rent a baby bed as well. (also pre-booking neccessary) The breakfast was much better than expected. All in all I really recomment this hotel and would stay again if I am Paris again.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, professional look to the hotel

Lovely welcome offered a glass of Prosecco. Nice breakfast delivered to your room. We stayed in the Austin Powers Suite with the round bed which was very comfortable.

The team is so proud of the Riad and attentive without being in any way obtrusive to all the guests. It’s great value and a short walk to the main square but a real oasis after the hustle and bustle of the souk. I must mention Kalam the GM – he and the team are spot on!

Everything is perfect except a smell of used waters in the bathroom.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel! The room was very nice with a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. I enjoyed breakfast, especially the taste of coffee there is also a free parking and a bus station about 3 minutes from the hotel. It is a good choice to get to the centre of Verona by bus

Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location to everything.

Location is perfect. Very easy to get to Amsterdam central by using train and to airport by bus 300. Station is walking distance from the hotel. Additionally a mall is walking distance to hotel and many cafes and restaurants. Hotel is exceptionally clean which is very much appreciated and breakfast was good.

Good position, not far from the metro station, tram station, the beach, Marina walk, Marina shopping mall. Amazing view from the room (we had one of the best rooms for this – 901), very beautiful room. The swimming pool on the roof has amazing view! They give you towels for free, also for the beach if you need. Got a 15 min free massage in the spa as the present from the hotel. They also offered free shisha in the bar. Very fast service. They made for us the check-in even before the starting check-in time. Had problem with the light in the room – after calling the reception, they came almost immediatly to repair it. Can leave the luggage after check-out in the special secure room.

The addition of fresh fruit, chocolate in the fridge and plentiful supply of bottled water was a real bonus that hotels can’t compete with.

The spa experience is excellent. The 90-minutes warm ginger oil full body massage includes chiropractic adjustment at the end of the session.

Exactly what I was looking for. Nice place, great value, outside of the major tourist corridors in the Hanoi old town. Fridge, balcony, hairdryer, simple but good breakfast included. Alist & co. were a great host. Alist even prepared a take-away breakfast for me when I was leaving early for the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

That is a house (1F and 2F) and it use just trip people. So this house is sooooo nice! (We are 3 people and fee is $195) The lodging was a public bathroom, but there was a bathroom on the floor. It was not bad. And It is easy to operate as an unmanned system.

Went above and beyond for my daughters birthday to make it very special

Hotel is brand new and it is really nice. The room was spacious with beautiful view on the see and Arcadia district. Hudge and comfortable bed, big wardrobe, nice lightning, great bathroom. It is really nice set up hotel. The location is also good just few steps from main promenade in Arcadia. It is also worth to mention tasty and satiating breakfasts but they could be more varied becasue we had only 3 meals to choose. The room was cleaned up everytime we wanted and I need to admit that cleaning service was good.

It was extremely noisy and we got little sleep. On arriving at the hotel, we were told that we were not in that hotel but had to walk outside the building to another location. This was not mentioned when booking. I would not have booked if I had known this. It was misleading!

Apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Very good location, 10-15 min walk to Central Train station. 3 min walk to bus station, 5 min walk to nearest supermarket. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortable bed, large wardrobe, bathroom, good kitchen facilities. Perfect WiFi, fast and stable.

Easy to find , big enough for myself and my son he was competing at Bmx race at terrey hills

Location was easy to connect with metro in the middle of 2 stations both 5 minutes walking. Room get cleaned every day. I booked a room With a one person bed but in fact you could sleep there with 2.

Close to public transport and town center. Faire price pour Berlin.

Excellent location. walking distance to shopping areas and 10 minutes walk to the marina.

The bed was nice and comfortable. Sitting on the patio, because the rooms did not have space to sit.

Michela was absolutely lovely and so welcoming – communication was good, we received texts prior to our arrival to organise collecting the keys. The apartment is in a good location, only a few minutes walk away from Florence Cathedral and other amenities, and only 15-20 minutes walk away from Santa Maria Novella train station. The apartment was in immaculate condition and very tastefully decorated – it made our stay in beautiful Florence even more enjoyable. Wifi was incredibly quick (quicker than home!) and enabled us to plan our trip from day to day. Kitchen facilities were great so we decided to make our own lunch and breakfast rather than going out. Even had a coffee machine for my morning espresso

Breakfast was excellent and the kids facilities were really great. The reception staff were particularly good with the kids especially when we arrived.

Bed was a but hard for me but my husband loved them

We stayed in a Japanese-style room. Lovely huge bed and bathroom was gorgeous. Good location, but quite far from the station with luggage. Nice restaurant downstairs and great coffee shop next door.

The company helped with a taxi from the airport on arrival and departure. Taking us directly to the apartment. Very easy to use.

Nice location you can find 24 hours shops inside the building, private parking available however there is a charge for it. Decent size apartments fitted with almost everything you need. The only thing that I felt it was missing at least in my case was a steam iron. I needed one badly :D. Good value for money. Check out was around 11:00 AM.

It is cheap, very clean and quite hostel. Best place to spend night or several in very expensive resort. Defentely recommend it.

Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for something from the menu to be modified and it turned out very well, twice!

Everything in flat perfect, clean, modern, beautifull view, really comfy bed, lots of space, very nice bathroom, everything about flat explained perfectly upon arrival and really cose to old town and restaurants

Excellent location so close to everything including the lovely Botanic gardens. I liked all the artistic creativity and plants too.

A great breakfast with a large variety of choices. The rooms were modern and clean. Staff was very helpful.

Staff were super welcoming. I see why backpackers love it so much here, we were only there a couple days so didn’t get to know the staff that well but it still felt super homely and travellers actually communicated here instead of sitting on phones! Within walking distance of great little cafes, north gate jazz co-op and some delicious cake shops. Balcony view overlooked a temple and we could see Doi Suthep.

Best staff ever. The hotel is brand new is its the cleanest in entire Bangkok with brand new beds (never had more comfortable bed even in 5-star hotels). Perfect location and for the value for money, there is no way you can find a better place in Bangkok.

I liked the location which is in the upscale area of Cali. The inside living room was pretty nice and the staff are enjoyable people.

The room was very clean. The staff was very frieendly. The bar had a good range of liquors.

5 star hotels are made by the service and staff and Gran Melia provides the best…staff want to pamper the guest. Poloite and Bilingual staff. The breakfast was reasonable for a small place. Staff dealt with any issues raised asap On a nice street.

All I liked about this property is the location. It is very well situated in the heart of the city, close to both lines of the metro. The bus station, train station and the Circumvesuviana train that takes you to Sorrento or Pompeii are easily reachable by the metro. The staff at the reception are also very kind.

Quite a traditional building, with a conventional ‘London Pub’ feel in the front dining area, but the rooms are stylishly decorated and beautifully presented. Friendly and helpful staff and a great location, a short walk from the Tower of London.

Once in the apartment it was stylish with a balcony and very comfortable. The guy we met to collect the keys off was a gentleman and helpful

It was very clean, easy to be reached via public transportation. In fact, the building is connected to the mrt station. It was also located close to dotonburi.. on the basement they have convenience store with atm..

Very friendly staff. Was also kind enough to drive us to the airport at an ungodly hour in the morning so we didn’t get fleeced by the robbing taxis in the city. Although the hotel is a short walk from the central train station and right in the heart of the city, it’s on a very quiet street and got a good nights sleep.

The room was very nice. A bit small, but very cozy.

The location was great, it’s in a very authentic neighbourhood! The apartment itself was quiet and modern. We really enjoyed the terrace for breakfast! We could come and go whenever we wanted which suited us great. Berry was very friendly and accommodating, she gave a us a map to the city and suggested things to see and do.

Nice food, qualified staff, the hotel was warm and clean.

Pretty good location if you are coming from airport – only need to change at Makkassan station. Hotel within short walk from MRT station. Nearby small shops, morning market and McDonalds. Nice view from rooms. Double bed was big and comfortable. Some rooms have working safe. Balcony for each room with views to city or inside yard. Staff was helpful and cooperate everyday.

Great location, steps away from Metro. Very clean and modern flat.

Location close to Ponte Vecchio and old Florence was terrific.
