Great staff + free dinners + drinking games A GREAT TIME!

Staffs are friendly and really helpful. I asked them to keep my stuffs before checkin 2 days but they still helped me. And if I had any problems, they will answer asap. The location is perfect in Hongdae area. Many good places around the guesthouse. If you love cozy coffee shop or pub at night, this place is highly recommended. I’m totally satisfied.

Good location – within walking distance to most of the main sights to Rome and not too far from the main train station. Good supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Breakfast was basic but nice.

The owners were very gracious--meeting us after our long trip from the us, getting us settled, taking us to our parking spot, and giving us dinner recommendations. The flowers and gardens were lovely!

Great location, super cozy flat with a huge kitchen! Veeeery comfortable mattress. Caffess around, easy to get to the old city. I totally love it! WIFI is good. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was good and it’s near to the tram and 10 minutes then you will be in the center and 10 minutes by car to airport .

Location a lot of the sites were in walking distance. Lots of Pubs!!!

at the beginning i was doubtful while checking-in my wife had a bad impression. the next day, she changed her opinion 180 degrees. every passing day of my 9 days in the hotel, i found new benefits of the hotel’s location. the staff were very cooperative and friendly specifically with my kids. tamer, bahi and omar were the most.

Located near metro and Aeroexpress stations, which makes it very easy and fast to go almost anywhere and Moscow or to the SVO airport. The room had a separate bathroom, a refrigerator, and a microwave, which made my stay comfortable.

The apartment is really nice, clean and well-equipped. We stayed at the one with huge terrace. Perfect! The district is quiet, but you can reach the center in 15 min by foot. Natalia is a very pleasant and helpful person. Muchas gracias por todo! Volveremos!

The location was perfect; we were able to easily walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and very helpful; they spoke good English. The hotel was spotless – the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Breakfast was excellent; all fresh every day and there was plenty. We had a fridge in the room which meant we were able to have cold drinks handy. We slept very well during our stay because the bed was really comfortable. Air conditioning was good and there were blankets provided in case the nights were cool. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Beautiful hotel a short walk from St Mark’s Square. We ate in the restaurant on one night and it was very expensive but excellent. They made a lovely cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms were large and comfortable with a great view of the canal. The gym was small but had the essentials. The spa was lovely too. We would definitely stay there again either with the kids or as a couple.

We stayed in the Quadruple room. It was very spacious for our family of 5, with a balcony. The bathroom had separate areas for the sink, toilet, and Japanese style bath. There was a second sink with a hot water heater in the main room. It was very convenient to stop at the Family Mart on the second floor to get food and drinks. We also liked the shuttle bus to and from Disney Sea and Disneyland.

Very clean rooms. Really helpful staff. The gentleman at the counter during our check in went out of his stay to help us. Unfortunately couldn’t get his name. Allowed us to leave a luggage behind. Very polite and smiling staff. All luxuries of a modern hotel was available. Even heated toilet seats!

The apartment plan and the way the furniture was used in the rooms.

Not locate within old town but still good location

Room was modern and restaurant was cheap and tasty. I picked this place because of its location close to the shopping centre and the airport. Also a restaurant on site so I didn’t need to go out.

We stayed on the upper floor. It was the 5th floor and so we had a great view onto the riverside. We could overlook the Chaoprayah River, see the palace and Wat Arun, Wat Po and Wat Rakang which was close by. The room was very clean and all was well maintained. We loved our stay there!

Fantastic location! The room was very clean. I would definitely stay again!

Warm and clean place, simple but tasty breakfast, helpful and nice staff, good location close to the ski-lift.

We rented the house for two nights and it felt like we came home every time we entered the house. I wish we could stay longer! Next time we come to Kyoto we will stay here again for sure! We could not meet the owner,but the staff who cleaned the house and checked us in was friendly and nice.

Cool atmosphere and very nice staff. Location was close to some great restaurants and a pretty busy area. Overall was a great experience for only one night.

The location and the room. I have nothing else to say because the hotel and Booking.Com successfully ruined our stay between their mutual incompetence and poor service. BEWARE if you make a booking here – I suggest checking with the hotel by phone that they haven’t lost the booking like they did for my friend who was booked in with us!

This hostel is in a fantastic location, next to many restaurants, and only a short walk from Umeda station. It is a very good base for traveling around Osaka. Umeda station/Hankyu also has a tourist information office. Capsule hotels are quite unique to Japan, so it is good to experience one at least once.

Very confortable bed and clean room as well as bathroom. The location is fairly good with two metro station and one train station at about 7 minutes walk. Very friendly personel and extremelly easy check in and out!

Great location close to Shinjuku station. Perfect cleanness in the room, very quiet, with a washing machine and many other facilities.

At this stage of the business, the property possesses only the virtue of location near Sol and Gran Via.

The hotel is new and in a great location on the waterfront . The rooms are comfortable and stylish with plenty of storage, (we had a room overlooking the rear), bathrooms are great, ours had a walk in shower. The restaurant food is prepared and presented excellently, you also get 20% off. Breakfasts are superb. Parking works well, unload outside and they park it for you and bring it back when you need it.

It had a very good location, close to the sea and La Rambla.

The location was closed to shopping area. Friendly staff.

The location is great, near Gion. The hotel is very modern (only opened recently in 2017) and staff is very friendly. The area offers everything one could possibly want or need.
