There were real stairs to go to the upper bed of the bunk, nice illumination and location is perfect. Wifi worked excellent.

Great location! Was close to everything and tuk tuk’s easily took us wherever we needed to go. The staff were very helpful with booking activities as there is a lot to do in Chiang Mai. There was slight confusion as we added an extra night which I think they must have forgotten about so we ended up paying a little bit more but nothing much. Great hotel for the price we paid!

The room is spacious for the money you are paying.

Great central location, vibrant and chaotic during the day but quiet at night. Personable, knowledgeable and genuinely likeable staff. Good breakfast. It isn’t the most spacious venue, but the space is used well and the venue has character. A good place to sleep to allow you to explore a fabulous city.

Location and near to Metro. Warm and comfortable apartment.

Breakfast buffet and eggs to order. We requested a double room, but had twins, I don’t blame the hotel, as the request through Booking. Com wasn’t received. We arrived early and they had our room ready! Also, very quiet and a fun little bar downstairs. would visit again.

I have only positive compliments and experience with this apartment in Malaga. The owner was easy to contact and their service was really good with the keys because I came late. The superb location puts you 2 minutes away from fancy Hotel du Louvre without the price tag. Your apartment is fully independent, with a nice kitchenette, decent size bathroom and tub, comfy beds…there’s a small Franprix supermarket 5 minutes away, tons of Japanese restaurants and of course cafes and bistros. It’s also the little details: traditional windows but oversized hot water tank, wooden beam ceiling and modern ikea kitchen, old hexagon tiles on the floor but international cable tv, normal size bottles of shampoo (not hospitality samples) and paris size bowl for "cafe au lait" breakfast which make it feel like a real apartment that a young Parisian couple would live in. Start reading Le Monde, or if you have kids, Tintin.

The location is ideal to attend Carnegie Hall or Lincoln Center

The location was great, near the metro, close to arc and eiffel and a public market nearby.

The location is very good, specially for snow and pics. Its is like a valley. You can see the mountains from the balcony and SKI areas. In night it is also very beautiful. The owner Lukasz is very very helpful, he is very nice person any help any info you need he will be always there. Thanks Lukasz for all the help during the stay. You can use kitchen and fridge etc. Though it is not mentioned in website.

Everything was great at this hotel The staff, the spacious room with the walk in cupboard, the freshly made breakfast with eggs of your choice, the overall cleanliness and not to forget those small touches – you know the ones that you didn’t know you needed until they were made available to you! The list is endless. The location is right across the road from the Opera and the tram is on your doorstep. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in the past and felt a little overwhelmed and found them very impersonal – this is not the case here. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. There is no doubt that I will stay here again the next time I am in Vienna.

Only 8 rooms in the hotel so we felt as though we had the place to ourselves. Kitchen on the top floor has a small terrace with lovely views over the city. The location of the property was ideal though, handy for the bars, restaurants and all transport links. Friendly staff (what we saw of them).

Location was good and central. The facilities were very nice too.

I love the balcony, room was clean, also location was really great! It was near the main station (so we did not have to travel with luggage long) and there was a lot of shops, restaurants nearby. To get to St. Marco took us 30 min.

The way the team at reception all insisted that a credit card was better than a debit card !! They also insisted as one, that it was The Government that insisted on taking deposit money when in fact it has to do with The Hilton policy and not the Government. Team at reception all spoke from the same hymn book which in my view was incorrect !

Superb location, a very short walk to Wenceslas Square, and very handy for trams and metros, although most of the Old Town is in easy walking distance. The staff was very very nice and helpfull. Kreutsberg is a very cozy area

I really enjoyed staying here. To begin, the beds were amazingly comfortable and large. The sheets were thick cotton. The rooms had fans to help keep it cool plus a large size locker to fit a full bag. And it’s quiet. The owners are gracious and accommodating. They set me up with a SIM card when I had an emergency to handle back in the US and needed to make a call. They take care of your laundry. You get free breakfast and coffee and water each morning. They see after you from start to end.

It is a very well located hotel and their restaurant is one of the best of the area, if not the best.

The "Central" is a lovely hotel that sits right in the middle of Sarajevo – Just a stone’s throw from the city’s best attractions. It is a comfortable and cozy hotel, with lovely rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. We booked the "Junior Suite" which was spacious enough and comfortable for a family of 4 and had the whole array of facilities we could expect, including a small kitchen, two toilets and a lovely outdoors balcony (pretty large). The hotel has a proper "health club" with a nice indoor pool (large enough, but not heated enough for this time of the year) + sauna + steam, which we enjoyed after a long and exhausting day of strolling through the alleys of Sarajevo. All in all : It is a great hotel that provides a descent bang for the buck.

The property is gorgeous! The staff were attentive and kind. They spoke good English. I felt safe and well taken care of.

I liked the location close to airport, the room is very comfort and clean.

Everything!!! The hotel so fresh and new, rooms spacious and modern, the extremely friendly staff, tasty breakfast and coffee hours!
