Exceptional B&B with all the facilities we needed. Helpful staff.

Breakfast is very good for the price. Fresh bread, fruits, juice, ham & cheese. Hosts are great and speak perfect English. Close to very clean beach, quiet street.

Nice modern apartment – walking distance to Kreuzberg, East Side Gallery etc.

That they do not accept children seemed great to me and one of the reasons why I decided on this hotel.

The property was very elegant and clean. It was well maintained. I saw areas being cleaned many times during my stay there.

It’s very clean and the room is brand new even the sheets and towels were all white and clean without any stains. Bed is comfy even pillows are still brand new. I like it because they are plumpy.the hostel is affordable and accessible too. Only a minute walk from the big mall and different establishments.

Simple, friendly check-in with good english spoken by all employees we encountered. Very comfortable room with nice view out on to the main street. Good, free wi-fi but only when signed up to marriott rewards, but was told this at front desk. Concierge was prompt and professional. Wide range of restaurants and cafes in-house, and other facilities available. Good location, not too far a walk from nearest subway station and very cheap to get around this way. 2 minute walk to city walls but further away from drum and bell tower and snack street (main sights).

The apartment is beautiful. It has a great location, just a few minutes walk from the main square, close to some lovely cafes and great restaurants. The host was very welcoming. Everything was perfect. It is a rare find and will certianly be back and am recommending it to my friends for their visit in Krackow in November. Thank you.

Almost everything. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Its near 2 malls, and lots of restaurants. The staffs were very professional and courteous. My kids loved the bathtub!

The location is great – close to main attractions and metro station (so very easily accessible by public transport). Nearby is a nice street where a lot of bars, cafes are located. The place was very clean, the bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. We had rooftop room with roof windows only so the room was quite. Wi-fi worked perfectly, the personnel were nice (we spoke Russian tho). I loved the breakfast pancakes!

Staff are not good at all. They don’t know how to behave with a foreigner. Not at all co-operative. Rather they are rude to the guests. No staff will help you. Lift is very old. You need to carry your heavy suitcase [if you have such] upto the reception. Breakfast is also not good at all. Only its location is good.

Great place, away from all the commotion of the town center but with in reasonable distance. Fantastic host and really great surroundings. There are few shops with in the walking distance. Plenty of space for a barbeque as well.

The hotel is located just on the beach of Ingles. There is also a nice pool with a large sun terrace. Only few restaurants around, but most of them and downtown are at about 20 minutes walking.

Lovely traditional style hotel. Great decor. Good room and bathroom. Great little courtyard with pool. Set back from 5th avenue which means it is quite quiet.

The facilities were good and few members of the staff were very kind and helpful.

Location is not bad.. 10mins walk from subway but if you’re carrying heavy luggage it will feel like 20mins. Bus stop 5mins and there’s a bus to take (3,4 stops) to Gangnam area. Walkable from hotel to Gangnam area if you enjoy walking.

Top location, excellent and really friendly staff. Bed was nice. I had a good sleep and breakfast was also nice. Basic but ok. The bonus is also a free self service luggage storage… in order to explore the city and not needing to pay for storage luggage after check out. I will definitely come back, when I’m in Athens again. There are also lockers in the room, but bring own locker!

Located on cheaper side of river (castle side) which was what we wanted. Excellent access to trams and metro Andel stations, and you could walk into old town across bridges which would take approx 45 minutes. Room was modern and usual size. Security access was restrictive which was appreciated. Plenty of restaurants and large modern shopping centre only 2 minutes away.

New and quiet place, no window.Easy access and central.Perfect for going to the thermal baths.Helping staff.

Friendly staff who spoke English. Location is convenient to the Jimbocho metro station. 10 minute walk to the Ski & Snowboard stores, and Japanese bookstores. Room is small but comfortable. Bathroom is clean. And WiFi is good.

A very nice and comfortable stay in the Hotel. Very nice breakfast every morning. Room was nice and clean.

Location was nice, really close to the Cathedral. The apartments were big, and they had big living rooms, perfect for groups. There were terraces, which are nice for drinking coffee, but also for smokers. Good value for money

It is close to the tram station Kalamaki (the easiest and the cheapest way to come to the center). One of the receptionists was very friendly and helpful giving us advices about sightseeing and traffic transfers in Athens. The hotel is located in friendly and calm neighborhood.

It was all just simple…and appreciated the fact there was a balcony. Hate not having fresh air

Excellent location walking distance to everything in the old quarter. Great restaurants, shopping, flamenco and coffee. Will be back for sure.

The view of surroundings are great and location in the city also.

Friendly welcome even with late arrival. The hotel were helpful with all the requests and rooms were very clean and ideal for what we needed. The hotel is just a short walk from the centre of Porto and outside of the main tourist area so there are plenty local cafes and bars with excellent food and great prices which we opted for for breakfast rather than at the hotel.

The house cleaning staff and the reception staff were extremely helpful. I had mistakenly left my IPad in the room, and the hotel called us to let us know to come pick it up within an hour of checking out. Also, we asked to borrow a corkscrew, plates and a knife to enjoy a baguette with wine and cheese in our room! They were very accommodating! We can’t wait to return!!

The interior is very cute and comfy, I love the bed!!! Shared bathroom and shower room were a bit smelly but still acceptable. The staffs are very nice and helpful, especially the Chinese girl (I forgot to ask her name…..) she helped me when I had trouble with Wifi connection. There are several convenient stores near hostel, nice bakery shop, traditional market, and even a bigger supermarket just few meters away.

Good location. Free breakfast provided. They also offer free airport pickup service beginning from 4 am. The Japanese style room is suitable for 3 people. The front desk speaks English well.

Location is perfect, simple, but spacious and clean room, nice bathroom. Personel was wery helpful.

We had a 4-nights stay at this hotel. There were three of us – two adults and a child. The personnel were super friendly, cooperative and so on, especially the man at the reception desk, sorry I cannot communicate his name. The breakfast was moderate but absolutely enough to start your day. The hotel has a private parking in the street next block. But get on the bus or the trolley if you aim for the city centre. Bus 224 goes to Syntagma in about 20 mins, you also may get off close to Victoria and catch the metro. If you missed having dinner in the old town, there is a perfect gyros 200-300 m up the main boulevard. All in all we had the perfect stay in this hotel!

The stuff are so welcoming and the location is excellent direct to Nana train station and away from nana noisy!

Basic hotel – on the outskirts of the center – easy to find if you drive a car .

Clean sheets, clean sink in the bathroom and clean shower. Great hairdryer. Easy Uber to downtown.

The bed is very comfy and the room is spacious. The toilet brightness is good and beautiful marble. The 3M water tap is plus point to the room.

My stay was very pleasant. The staffs were very accommodating even when I checked in at 2am. Honest guys and they were helpful with my train bookings. Rooms were big and very comfortable! Definitely a good place to stay to before the rail adventures!

Like previous reviews the location of this hotel is perfect if you are planning to tour the city on foot and to catch the train.

Their Double Room with Small Double Bed was just the right size for 2 persons. If you want to save on nightly accommodation, there’s no need to get a double room with regular size bed (just few inches difference in width). Their nightly rate is double the rate of dorm type rooms in other hotels but the price is all worth it. The hotel staff are friendly and very accommodating. They can also speak and understand English well.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room although very small was clean and comfortable.

We received two complimentary cakes which was very nice.

Always our first choice of location for the Australian Open tennis.

This place is amazing, I was completely surprised given the neighbourhood looks a little run down. The rooftop pool has a view to die for and whilst it was too cold to swim, the bar is right next door so I enjoyed a few sundowners. Santiago sunsets are quite spectacular. The staff and super helpful and very lovely and the rooms are huge and the minibar is free. The location is very close to cool bars and restaurants, as well as metro stations and shops.

Liked this place and I’d definitely recommend it.

Location, location, location! It is in the center of town, but it’s on an alley. So, it was convenient and quiet. The family suite was spacious – 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus living/entry space. Clean room. 4 free water bottles per day. Windows had a good seal to keep mosquitoes out.

The staffs are amazingly helpful and friendly. Their English are ok, but with their attitude in providing assistance, language is no problem at all. The location is also worth to consider. At the intersection of skytrain and MRT, travelling won’t be difficult, and, the neighborhood is also extra lively. You can find anything you need, from food to entertainment up to past midnight!

Initially booked for 1 night before Halong Bay cruise… they upgraded me to a room with balcony which impressed me right from the start… allowed me to keep my luggage during my cruise… returned for 1 more night and got upgraded again to their penthouse… I was a little uncomfortable as it was just me travelling and felt a little awkward in such a big room… but very kind of them… helpful staff… their restaurant next door serves great food and a nice buffet breakfast as well.. location is also close to all the main spots and 2 minute walk to the lake.. What I really liked about them was on my last night, I had booked elsewhere which got cancelled for some reason and has problems with my bank card… the staff were so helpful that they allowed me to crash in the lobby in the early hours of the morning and then gave me a room to sleep for 3 hours for free… I am so grateful to them for that…

B&B Centrale was perfect for our stay in Florence. Slightly unusual set up in that it’s sort of tucked away in what looks like an office block but the room and shared kitchen was absolutely lovely, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The two ladies who hosted us were very pleasant and helpful and they served a lovely breakfast each morning. The B&B is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Florence and much more reasonably priced than those further in. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again if I’m ever back in florence.

The only positive point about the hotel is the location,

Host was very helpful with resturant picks and visits to sights. We’ll visit again.

Great location! This hotel is located at JinBao Street. Subway is just 2 minutes walks from hotel which call DengShikou Station. And the subway in Beijing is convenient to access to many famous landmarks such as Forbidden City, Qian Men Street, Temple of Heaven, Olympics Stadium, etc. Also, walking distance to WangFuJing Street (Shopping, night market street). Hotel provided subway line maps which easy for us to travel ourselves by taking subway. Definitely will come back to stay at Regent Beijing again!

Beautiful hotel, yards from the river, walking dust to Duomo! Wonderful!!! A visit of a lifetime!

This hotel is located in a very quiet and green residential area. The lobby, the staff and the breakfast were perfect. We had even a full equipped little kitchenette where we cooked tea and coffee. I like the staff, they are helpful. They gave me a room however the room was dim and I don’t quite like it. When I called the reception and the staff changed another room for me.
