A equipe. O pessoal, especialmente da recepção, é bastante atencioso.

A equipe muito atenciosa. O restaurante e café eram bons.

Nao tomei café. Reservando pelo Booking não estava incluído e, no hotel, custava R$ 32,00. Cama boa.

O café e bom, a cama foi a melhor de todos os hotéis da viagem e a localização do mercury centro de Florianópolis e espetacular e pratica.

O quarto era amplo e com uma pequena cozinha que facilitava preparar comida sem ter necessidade de sair.

we drove our own car here and the place was a little bit hard to find as there were no signs leading from the main street, but we managed. the owner joe & his wife are lovely and hospitable folks! they lent us their sand board the day we arrived so we had a fabulous time on the nearby sand dunes. our room was wonderful, clean, and so bright in the morning it was like waking up in a jungle fairy tale. the shower was the best shower we’ve had throughout brazil: hot, strong and drains well.

Owner is a very nice and kind person. It is very clean, comfy, safe parking for motorcycles and cars. Highly recımmended.

Amazing place. Joe was a superb host, making us feel welcome and at home throughout our stay. He even drove us down to the beach – Very knowledgable of the area and excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious, very clean, comrftable with beautiful decor, good wifi and air-conditioning. The property was well located with easy access to the beaches and town via buses. Also parking spaces at the property and supermarkets located nearby. My partner and I would definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more highly. Thank-you so much Joe and Michelle for a wonderful time.

Excelente hotel, dono muito simpatico e atencioso, ele mesmo nos atendeu juntamente com sua esposa, fez contato pelo Whatsapp dando informações, informou que o apartamento ja estava disponível do horario previsto pro check-in. Hotel lindo, tudo novo, muito confortável, e limpo. Chuveiro muito bom. Tudo perfeito e está ficando melhor ainda com as novas obras. Foi cedida até uma prancha para usar nas dunas de areia. Hotel bem localizado, local tranquilo, perto de um bairro com bancos e outras lojas e perto da famosa praia da Joaquina. Recomendo demais!

Os donos são super atenciosos, deram ótimas dicas de passeios, trilhas e restaurantes! Entraram em contato por whatsapp antes da nossa chegada e explicaram direitinho como localizá-la, inclusive enviando o mapa! A pousada é nova, bonita, limpa, possui estacionamento no local e é próxima à Lagoa da Conceição. Fica próxima também das praias Joaquina e Mole e com acesso fácil para Campeche e praias do Sul da Ilha (dependendo do trânsito, claro!). O quarto que ficamos (Superior) é bastante espaçoso, possui mini cozinha (com frigobar, microondas, pia, fogão e duas cadeiras) e também um dormitório amplo com banheiro (suíte). O custo benefício é realmente muito bom, recomendo!!

O atendimento foi excelente,pousada familiar administrada pelos proprietários que são muito atenciosos,lugar cheirando a novo,quarto confortável e todos os itens do quarto em perfeito estado,na próxima viagem a Floripa,é certo que optaremos pelo local.

O local é excelente! Tudo novo, limpo e organizado de forma impecável. As toalhas são ótimas; cama bem confortável; chuveiro bom; Wifi bom. Não fomos a praia no dia que dormimos nessa pousada mas é bem próximo de umas praias ótimas. Com certeza voltaria. Fomos recepcionados pela dona super simpática, educada e prestativa. Não tem café da manhã incluso mas no quarto tem frigobar bom e microondas novo. Tb tinha estacionamento dentro da pousada. Tudo ótimo!

O espaço é novo, limpo, e em meio a natureza. O proprietário é extremamente atencioso. O apartamento é equipado com micro-ondas, fogão, cafeteira. Próximo há pizzarias, restaurantes e mercados. Ideal para quem quer relaxar.

Um café da manhã bom, perto da Universidade, dá pra ir a pé a vários locais, shopping Iguatemi perto uns 20 min de caminhada. Acesso a transporte fácil, Uber, ônibus.

Ambiente e atentimento acolhedor, simplicidade e boas amizades que todo hostel proporciona. Foi muito bom!

O atendimento da Fernanda foi incrível. Preocupada com o bem estar de todos, mega simpática… e o café da manhã foi unanimidade! Tudo muito bom Tem ônibus pertinho do hostel que te leva ate o centro em 10 minutos! Melhor custo-benefício.

O café da manhã é bom, com pães e frutas. A localização também é ótima, bem próximo à UFSC, comércio e restaurantes.

Eu gosto de colchões mais duros e a cama eram bem mole,por isso dormi mal. Mas a filha da Diva (Esqueci o nome dela) é muito muito querida. Atenciosa. Fui muito bem acolhida e recebida.

Peaceful and Comfortable hotel, room is about suite and was fully equipped with all necessaries. Bed was very comfortable. Room were very clean throughout our visit. Staff were very helpful. Free shuttle service is provided

The location of the hotel, and the bath in the room we had booked which was only available to us for the second night.

Very convenient location: very near to the castle & right in front of tram station, walking distance to the old town. Very spacious apartment!! With a lot of complimentary snacks & beverages. Very generous. Staff is all very friendly & helpful! Appreciate for the 24 hours front desk service though we did not need too much help during our stay. Nice to have fruits (green apples & lemon) & coffee machine available for guests all day.

Staff was extremely helpful, especially Renata Fontes with her very good English. She went out of her way in time and effort to help me regarding a lost credit card. This lost card finally was canceled and replaced and delivered to me from the USA only through her excellent help.

There is no heat and on a cold southern night only one blanket in the room. Also the linens did not stay on the bed because they were too small for the bed.

Its a good location and friendly staff. With an uber you can get pretty much anywhere in the center for almost no money.

Banheiro pequeno, mas muito bom.

La atención brindada fue excelente, muy atentos a los pedidos y muy buena predisposición todo el tiempo. Las instalaciones en perfecto estado. queda muy cerca de la playa y frente a la parada de bus para poder ir a otras playas o al centro a hacer compras. es conveniente comprar el paquete con desayuno, ya que contratarlo allá es mas caro.

O café deveria ser pago à parte mas achei muito caro (R$ 25,00 por pessoa). A cama era confortável. O quarto era exatamente como na foto do booking. Simples mas bom. Todos os atendentes foram muito eficientes.

Local super limpo e arrumado, pousada proxima a praia da lagoa da barra e tb da praia mole, lugar sensacional.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast comes with a freshly made cappuccino, latte or espresso of choice! They also offer a coffee/tea room with baked goods and sweets for a few hours midday as a complimentary snack. Very nice stay overall.

Estacionamento gratuito. Quarto com ótima cama e espaço generoso, muito aconchegante! Wifi nota 10! Café da manha completo, servido ao lado da piscina. Lugar encantador com muita natureza, churrasqueira, lugar para tomar sol e ao mesmo tempo super bem localizado. E o atendimento é de extrema gentileza.

Bom café da manhã, cama confortável, chuveiro quente. Desataque para Joelma recepcionista, uma pessoa muito agradável, nos recebeu super bem, pediu comida para nós pelo celular dela. Além disso ela nos deu up grade de quarto, foi ótimo.

Passamos 8 dias hospedados, nos sentimos tão em casa que nem vimos os dias passarem, atendimento de todos excelentes, principalmente da Joelma pois foi quem mais tivemos contato, ótimas instalações organização e limpeza, sem conta em acordar e ter a vista para o mar nota 10, cafe da manhã maravilhoso, lugar perfeito para se hospedar com com crianças lugar muito família sem conta no carinho e tratamento que a Joelma tem com elas faz todas as vontades minha filha estava tão em casa que não queria mais ir embora hehehe, com certeza nossa próxima viagem ja sabemos o lugar aonde vomos ficar, todo o pessoal da pousada esta de parabéns…

Excelente instalação e atendimento personalizado!!!! Além disso, O quarto com vista para o mar é magnífico!!!!

Na mesma viagem, me hospedei duas vezes na pousada. Foi excelente: a estrutura é ótima, principalmente pra quem viaja com crianças. O quarto é amplo, tudo novo e acessível. A Joelma é fantástica: ótimo atendimento, simpatia e adora crianças (ponto importante para quem justamente está viajando com crianças). Recomendo!

As we were there only for one day everything was OK .

The best thing about this hotel was it was great for getting around the city. We chose to walk everywhere as needed the exercise so its was perfect. A good breakfast with plenty of choice and rooms were comfy (we were upgraded when we got there) and an excellent view of the city from the rooftop

The location close to all transport to visit Tulcan and the Lajas and the explanation and recommendations given by the administrator are very accurate

Exceptionally comfortable bed, probably our most comfortable in Vietnam. Lovely apartment. Comes with washing machine, laundry powder and lines to dry. Gym on top floor is limited but you can just about make it work if you’re creative. West Hanoi is lovely, many great coffee shops such as F5, and nice restaurants such as hue restaurant (rest does not show on google maps)

It was my second time in this hotel. The location is great, you have metro station 5 min walk. The rooms are very big for Tokyo,like small apartment. You have bathtab and shower. Toilet separated. Windows that opens, coffee, tea. It was perfect for me

the staff are very patient and helpful. after negotiation, they gave me a smaller room with a lower price.
