Our room was spacious and very clean. Check in was perfect with many explanations of sites to visit, highlighted on a map, best way to get to them and overall great orientation to the surroundings. They assisted with booking of tours.

Great location, superb and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms

Everything was fantastic. Offered breakfast which was good. Facilities to make tea and coffee. Great location.

Location and all the staff was very professional, kind, and help us with everyday with everything we needed, car rental, best restaurants recommendations! and reservations. Biscotti and a bottle of wine the last day an a long etcétera. The place is renovated, large rooms, the bathroom modern, double window so is very quiet.

Small bed and breakfast contains 6 rooms in old building. Rooms are very wide with good decoration and good wooden floor. Very good location with 5 minutes walk to almost all the attractions and 10 minutes walk to the train station (SME station). The room contains a small fridge which was not very good and a kettle with tea and coffee. Clean with perfect shower and the room smells good. The room contains TV and air conditioning.

The staff were lovely The location was literally 2 minutes away from the Duomo – lots of places to eat and drink around this area. Very clean and had access to kitchen facilities.

Big and comfortable apartment: 2 rooms, living room, kitchen. very convenient to have a bath room in each room. Great location! Just near Ponte Vecchio.

We could leave luggage with Francesco until we got access to the apt after 15:00

We arrived much before the check-in time, so we dropped our luggage at their office and went around the city. The hosts were helpful and nice enough to transfer the luggage to the apartment. The apartment is located at a lively centre with lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. It is just a stone’s throw away from Florence’s oldest bridge.

Good communication by owner. Great price. The lodging is very homey – a mix of simple furnishings that are comfortable. Online photographs are representative of the lodging. Don’t expect the Ritz – but expect a good nights sleep with the ability to prepare basic meals if you don’t want to dine out.

Francesco and Olga were a pleasure to deal with helpful tips on what to do in Florence. The location of the apartment was perfect.

The location of the place is great – just 1 min away from Ponte Vechio in walking distance from all attractions. It is also like 20 min by walking from the train station. The host was very friendly and helpful – gave us city maps and recommended some nice places to eat. The apartment was very clean, quiet and very well equipped. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Florence and we highly recommend it. Everything was just perfect and so easy for us.

Very nice quiet appartment close to Ponte Vecchio, next to the church of s. Felicita. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Good reception and information. Nice beds and bathrooms!

Our contact, Francesco was so helpful, he told us where to find restaurants and gelato, and arranged for taxi when it was time for us to leave. The location was right at the foot of Ponte Vecchio, we easily walked everywhere. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is great as we were with teenage children. Kitchen living area is very small and not condusivr to spending time inside but then that’s not why we were there.

The location only 10 minutes from the doumo. The staff were very helpful.

Christanou, the receptionist is perfect, very friendly and helpful, always smiling, explaining everything to us, where to go, how to go, where to see. We’re very glad that we met him during our trip.

The owner was really friendly. He even came to the train station waiting for my arrival and sent me off on the last day. we had an issue during our stay and I called for help. he was at the doorstep in less than 20 min. a good location. 10 min to Nevsky prospect. quiet and beautiful place. we had a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of old town in Hanoi. Nice rooms and great breakfast. What is more, is that the staff is very friendly. Espacially Justin helped us a lot by organizing SIM cards for us and helping us to book a nice trip to Halong Bay. Even when a Tifune was coming up and our second night in the Halong Bay got canceled, they refunded us the second night and were very helpful when we got back to Hanoi.

The personnel was very kind and helpful, they give you all you need.

The location is excellent and the people running the place are super friendly. In reality this is more like a small cozy hotel than a B&B with keycard locks for the rooms and everything you might expect, only where you get to know the staff a bit more.

A perfect bed and breakfast, Anna is so pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Casa Thiele alla Signoria is very beautiful and comfortable. It’s right in the heart of shopping and only blocks away from the Uffizi museum and the Duomo. Inside the furnishings are modern but it also feels classic Italian. My room was just gorgeous and the bathroom and shower were amazing, so nice after a long day of exploring Firenze. The hotel includes a shared living room area with a small dining area where breakfast is served. It was nice to be able to choose the time for my breakfast, which included seasonal fruits, breads, meats, yogurt, etc., along with fresh squeezed orange juice and of course delicious Italian coffe. At breakfast you may meet the other patrons, who may be visiting from across the world.

It was totally in the heart of Firenze!!!! Piazza Della signoria was only one step away!!! Great place! And Anna the owner so kind. The room was new, clean and comfort. Great choice

de locatie midden in het centrum is super handig. De accomodatie is vrij nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien met leuke moderne indeling en authentieke details. Mooie kamer met goed bed en moderne badkamer met regendouche. Het hotel is kleinschalig en zeer persoonlijk. Warm welkom door gastvrouw, veel praktische tips over restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. heerlijk ontbijt met vers fruit en croissants. Op de kamer staat een likeurtje voor je klaar met een italiaans koekje. Er is een koffie en theezetter. De airco deed het de eerste nacht niet, maar dat werd direct opgelost en we kregen heerlijke koekjes ter compensatie.

Top gelegene Unterkunft, mit Liebe zum Detail (Quietschentchen in der Dusche). Unterkunftgeberin spricht deutsch und steht mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und absolut ruhig!

Location was excellent. Room and bathroom were very clean

1. Location was excellent, everything within walking distance. 2. The desk staff were friendly and helpful but didn’t have very good English skills. 3. The staff serving breakfast was happy, very friendly and made you feel welcome and part of the family. Their English skills were excellent and the food was the best hotel food we’ve had in three weeks of travel.

Rachel, Angela, Clyde, Nina, Chris and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming. Also great value for the price!

The staff are wonderful and friendly and the breakfast was home made and delicious. We paid a premium price for our stay due to the timing, I guess, but otherwise this Hotel appears to be a good value for the money and is usually a bargain considering location and charm.

The Location alone make your trip enjoyable and comfortable. The staff is excellent, cooperative and amicable. This makes you feel at home. Special appreciation to Ms. Nina who was very dynamic during breakfast period and was helpful in every aspect. Thanks as well to Ms Chita Facchi and the gentleman at the reception (sorry for forgetting his name).

The location was second to none. Great views from breakfast room. Room was modern, comfy and clean. Great buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff. Not too far to war from the train station.

Accommodation in Florence, I think is not the own apartment but it is like a center for apartment rental. I got Apartment at Via Rorta Rossa No.12. The good of this location is it near the interesting thing and no so far from station. Near the apartment have many good restaurant and This point , I’m happy. But due to the apartment is the old building so no lift. If you have the big luggage, you will tried as we stay in 4th floor. Wifi is good. Our host was lovely. Took a while to get the keys and was a bit confusing but when we did, we were pleased with the apartment. Very very spacious. Host explained EVERYTHING, the dryer, the dishwasher etc. The only thing that wasn’t clear was the microwave…no instructions on how to use it properly, but she rectified that quickly through whats app. Towels and soaps in abundance. Plenty of accessories in kitchen, even a pod coffee machine which was a pleasant surprise. Welcome items included lots of treats for the kids and milk and juice which I must say was the only apartment in Europe that offered those two things in addition to the welcome pack. Apartment was very central to main centre of town. Walking distance to everything.

Spacious, self-contained, 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent location – literally in the heart of Florence! Restaurants, bars, sights all very convenient walking distance. Train station up to 15 minute walk away – convenient to not have to pay for a cab. We had a late check-in of 8pm, the directions of where to pick up the keys (5 minutes walk from the apartment) were very easy to follow. Would stay here again!

Was easy to get to all locations and a restaurant just down stairs.

The apartment was great. Super clean and super comfortable. Angela, the girl who took us to the apartment was very helpful. She gave us all the details we need and even left her phone number in case we had any problem during our stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We liked everything about this hotel. Staff,location, cleanliness were all superb. We had a quiet room away from road noise.

Close to SMN. Staff were friendly. One of them gave us a map and told us that all the sceneries are close enough for a walk. Nice beds. Room facilities are fine except that the sewer in the shower was a little blocked up but still worked. Breakfast was good.

I was sick in the morning that I was due to check out and they let me stay an extra 2 hours in the room. The desk staff is very helpful and most speak pretty great English!
