Location was perfect! All staff very helpful, polite and knowledgeable

I booked suite it was excellent in price and comfortable

The staff were great and the host spoke good English. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The courtyard had a lovely persimmon tree and we even got to try the fruits for breakfast. The Chinese breakfast was nice (we never tried the Western one). WiFi worked better than in most other places we stayed.

We liked the deluxe room washing machine. And restaurant. Happy with location generally however the complimentary Tuk Tuk was never used as it was in repair. Also the Soi 41 is very dark at night and the hotel is further down so street lighting should be provided for guests as they come from BTS. The bar should be available in the evening for guest to relax. However breakfast was very good choice and service.

Very nice staff. I stayed for a night before catching the airport bus at Nutibara Hotel. I had a friend come over to visit and went in without problems.

The room is affordable and the location is convenient as it is in YueXiu district

The staff was really nice and helpful. They stored our luggage for us during our trips to Sapa and Halong and arranged the transfers to/from the airport. You can walk to most of Hanoi’s highlights (as long as you can cope with the traffic).

So close to the airport, perfect for an overnight layover. Our airport transfer was easy to arrange through booking.com and our driver was so fun and kind. He brought us to the hotel late and our host was waiting to greet us and show us our room. She even woke up at 4am to make us breakfast before our early flight. I would absolutely stay here for a layover again, perfect! The neighborhood was mostly residential and felt safe.

I love the location, so close to the tourist spots, 10 to 15 minutes, close to shopping centers and restaurants.

The staff are exceptional. Whilst checking in Alexander found it was my birthday and sent me a birthday cupcake as a surprise. For me, it’s the little things.

Wonderful location. Excellent staff, very helpful. Language can be a problem, but then the staff does attempt to understand your needs.

The location was perfect for me, has I had to go to Tsukuba and Tachikawa. The hotel is new or has been recently refurbished – clean and comfortable.

After making a huge mistake and booking a Riad in the medina I immediately went on line and booked here. They sent a driver to pick us up.. what a relief as we were very uncomfortable at the previous place. As we walked into La Noura I knew we were where we should be. Loved everything about it. Our riad was huge safe and clean!!

1.The super comfortable bed, comfortable rooms. Central location

The breakfast was like I read it becore. Very delicious and lots of choice. The room and the spa was okey. They have a shuttle service what I liked.

The apartment is very big, suitable for maximum 7 persons.

Some staff could speak very good English and were really helpful with getting around rio on public transport ( bus stop right outside hotel), bookings tours and carnival information. Staff who couldn’t tried there best and were very accommodating. The wifi is fast and secure. Breakfast had loads of options and we had it for 10 days and wasn’t bored. The room was clean, comfortable and basically brand new. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend. Special thanks to the chef, barman and Marius the receptionist who made us feel extremely welcomed.

I really liked the acommodation, the bed was confortable and also the sofa bed was one of the most confortable ever. Overall the apartment had really nice installations and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The check-in and out was really easy since is by code. Also the location was one of the star points of this apartment.

Great location, great staff, spacious room and bathroom (with hairdryer). Our room had TV and kettle – but not cups which we didn’t mind as the breakfast was great! I am sure if we had asked for some they would have provided them. We arrived at 10am and the room was ready despite usual check in at 2pm. WiFi only in reception, on and off in room. It had all we needed and I would definitely stay there again.

Room wasn’t the most modern I’ve stayed in, it was old, but very quaint and lots of character. Toilet needs updating but shower had great water pressure. Our hostess was most welcoming. Great breakfast to set you up for the day

The hotel is located in the most popular tourist place of Sultanahmet. This is one of my favorite accommodation options: a small cozy family hotel. The first time to find it is not easy in the labyrinths of narrow cobbled streets. Upon arrival in Turkey, stayed in the Imperial Suite. A spacious, comfortable room … but no more. The declared wine / champagne and chocolate were absent. There is even a microscopic balcony. On the way back my trip again booked here, but already an ordinary room. The price is lower by 15 euros and the difference is palpable: modestly, closely … but clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfasts are surprisingly very decent and varied. The rooms have a standard set: shampoo-conditioner-gel. Working powerful hair dryer (compared to what was applied in 5 stars Kusadas this wins 100%). Attentive and caring staff.

Best location in Milan. Nice staff, perfect communication. Clean.

Hotel Eden has a fine location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Fine breakfast. A bit noise from a bar close by in Saturday evening but nothing that kept us awake and was silent at midnight

If you want to be alone, in silence and tranquillity, it is the perfect place. The best time, of course, is in the early morning when you can hear only the birds singing and the rustle of grass in the rice fields. Pure bliss! The rooms are very cozy. All furniture and different details in interior looks like almost new. It was a proper relaxation. And Ubud itself – wonderful town!

Villa Martinis is absolutely beautiful--and immaculate. I cannot believe how clean it was. It’s a great apartment, and Mr. Martinis went above and beyond to help my family out--arranging cabs, pointing out good restaurants, etc. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job at running a rental-apartment than Mr. Martinis. Not only that, but the wi-fi was super strong. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Great location, easy to get there from metro station. Nice clean room, delicious breakfast, 24h reception.

Very comfortable room, very good restaurant and a useful little 7/11downstairs. Staff excellent and welcoming. Good position but hire a bicycle or get a hop on hop off bus ticket as distances between sites are a little too far for walking if you have limited time. Very hot and humid in August but air conditioning was great.

The friendly and accomodating staff shout out to ms. monique of front desk . She upgrades our room since the first one was too hot. .

If you are gong to spend more than a day or two in Venice this is the place. It was in a neighborhood so not touristy. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store. One night we came home and there was a band playing tango music in the square a block from our apartment and the square was full of dancers. It was about a ten minute walk to the vaporetto which we used extensively. Like the washing machine.

Left clothing in room. Staff kept for a week until I could return to pick them up.

Staff excellent and room service was friendly and on time Reatauraunt a little slow but overall would use again excellent value

Very good hostel, with a lovely staff that will help you see the best parts of Lima and recommend numerous trips you can take. They will also stay available (for the entire duration of your time in South America) to help with anything you might need, which I found very endearing. There is also a great breakfast included, and most days they also give you a free lunch!

The hotel is simple but very cozy Nice breakfast, very attentitve staff and on a quiet location, but still close to Miraflores nightlife

Nice, comfortable apartments with well-equipeed kitchen zone (fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher) and washing machine. Excellent location – 5 minutes walking to Old Town. Good underground parking. There is an elevator from parking to apartments. Perfect WiFi – fast and stable, without any problem. Apartments have reception – so it’s rather easy to find. A big supermarket on the ground floor. There are tram and train lines are nearby, but there is no noise at night. Staff is very friendly.

Fantastic hotel in a stunning location, we had a corner room with amazing views of the beach. The food in the hotel was great and we decided to have lunch there and dinner on a couple of days as it was so good.

Staff were wonderful, good breakfast, very clean, nice safe area.

Room we stayed was smallin size.ac needs to be replaced. front size of the hotel(road)needs proper care.

Was like a home away from home, Keys and Card were given and they were relaxed with payment and as soon as we told them we still had to exchange currency they said it was fine and didn’t here from them until the last day where we payed cash. Our kids 12 and 6 loved the week there with the anytime access to the pool. Its a really quite and relaxing area with a lot of everything. everything we needed to get was a walk away,

The staff were so pleasant from check-in until check-out. The place exceeded our expectations. The apartment we got was huge, classy and comfortable. It was also nicely located being in the old city of Belgrade. This apartment hotel is one of the reasons we fell in love with Serbia. The others would be the food and the Serbian people’s hospitality.

Quiet location close to many restaurants. Lovely staff who were very helpful. The toiletries provided in the bath room were first rate, and everything was in good order. The aircon was especially welcome in the short heatwave we had.
