Good size room for a family considering you are in Rome. Good location, easy walk to Main train and another metro station. Safe area with good bars and restaurants close.

On our day trip to Auschwitz, we had to leave very early and we had to skip breakfast, but the staff offered us a lunch box. On our last day, we had to leave early to catch our flight and the hotel gave us the opportunity to have breakfast earlier than normal! That’s really outstanding service!!! Good location (a 20 minutes walk to the city centre). For sure Krakow is the most beautiful city we have ever been to!

Ground floor rooms. Was allowed to keep luggage on early arrival at the apartment. The cafe , Kraft cafe , just next to apartment is fantastic and seemed quite popular.

Great hotel and good location close to popular and good bars. Good restaurants just up the street including the Alex Restaurant at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and had all the needed amenities including a coffee machine with complimentary capsules which was a nice touch. Nothing negative to say and I will surely be back. Lastly the guys at the concierge service were great and helpful.

The location near Khao San road was great and the facilities were fairly nice as well. Aircon and a fan in the room was nice too.

Some rooms don’t have air conditioning. Not so clean rooms. Perfect location for arriving and leaving by Tur Bus and Pullman Bus as it us above the station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The rooms were modern and decorated beautifully. Instead of a standard lobby, the hotel has a lovely cafe/bistro for guests to enjoy. There is a spacial common room that is perfect for reading or working. The neighborhood has everything and access to the BTS is a few minutes walk away.

The toilet was clean and with pleasant smell. Location was great! Food and drinks were just a step out of the hotel.

Central location and reasonable price. Not as noisy as we feared.

Loved everything about this place! Awesome location, very homely and nicely decorated. Also a super comfy bed! The host Alejandro was very helpful and gave us advice about where to go in town.

Location was very good! A few minutes away from the Osaka Castle and it’s only three stops from Osaka Station. Lots of convenience stores and other stores nearby, cafes and restaurants so that was very good! The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was good, too.

White Clean beddings and very comfy bed. Nice BF Buffet, more variety than in other similar hotels. Location cannot be better! Photos and information about facilities at this property on Booking.com was very accurate.

Managers were very friendly and helpful. They had a Friday night BBQ which Gareth offered to pick meat up for us for when we were too tired. BBQ night was awesome. Maurice was always helpful and informative when asked. Location is excellent bang in the middle of long street. We arrived as one big group and they let us have our own area to ourselves.

I like the comfort room. Especially the way you improved the tub. Amazing. It was totally different to others.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Light Hotel, everything was perfect. It’s right in the middle of the old quarter, beside a good shop, round the corner from an ATM and 2 minute walk from The Hanoi Social Club (A really great restaurant). The breakfast is excellent, everything you could want is available and the homemade yoghurt is delicious. The rooms are very cool, comfortable and spacious with classical decor. They’ve also squeezed a decent gym into a small room which is fine as it was never busy. However changing the flat bench to one that inclines would be a good idea, just a little tip. The pool may be small but like the gym isn’t busy, never felt crowded for us and we always got the loungers too. As for cleanliness, nothing to fault, easily the cleanest property we’ve had in Vietnam over 2 weeks of travel. And of course, it was great value for money.

It was as expected and staff was very accommodating!

Second visit in two weeks and just as good as the first! Very soft bathrobe and slippers this time as well (booked the same Senior suite so not sure if this is something new or a benefit for repeat custom). The highlights are the excellent breakfast and friendly staff, plus very good location in San Isidro.

We arrived late into Lima and Martin had organized a driver for us. Martin settled us in and had a delicious breakfast ready for us the next morning before we headed to the airport. Great place to stay overnight rather than a pricey airport hotel

Staff were really attentive and helpful. The hotel is situated on a street which really captures the character and atmosphere of Napoli.

A nice place for those who wants to find comfort and a quiet atmosphere. Convenient location, silent neighborhood. Good to relax after a hard day. Friendly and helpful stuff you can always rely on.

I’m satisfied with comfortable bed and kind owner.Main owner is good at English. Convenience store is located on same building with hotel. It was really easy to buy some food such as beer, snacks and so on. Many local restaurants and cafes are around hotel so it was easy to feel local atmosphere than Hoan Kiem. Room was clean. There was no bugs. And hot water and cool one, both of them come out. Water pressure was not bad also.AC and fan opetate well. If you wanna feel local atmosphere, I suggest Nice Hotel

The location, the building and the room itself were quite nice. Stylish bathroom also. Short distance from the train station and close to the Colosseum and historical centre.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They told us how much a taxi should cost (max 30000 VDN) to get to the water puppet theatre and to be careful. On the way back and taxi driver tried to charge us 190000. The receptionist came out to the taxi driver and sorted things out for us so we only paid 20000. They also arranged a VERY comfortable bus trip to Sappa for us two and two others who weren’t staying at the hostel.

Great location – right by the side of St. Mary’s church. New modernly designed room, is small but clean and functional. Warm and professional staff make you feel home. The restaurant on the ground floor (Mono) serves gourmet food which is quite impressive based on a New York foodie’s taste. The tiny terrace on the roof is a gem – in the evening when the lights up, I find myself sitting in between the St. Mary’s church tower and the townhall clock tower, the musical sound of the bells took my breath away. What a great memory. Unfortunately I only stayed two nights, will come back again.

The value for money is great. Bed is comfortable. Location is fab next to lots of restuarants and bars. A/C works fine. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is brand new and impeccably cleaned, with towels changed every day. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The Tsukiji metro station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Definitely recommended.

Staff was very kind at all times. The bed was confortable and the room had complimentary tea and water. Location is great near a tramway stop and most of the Sultanahmet POIs. Room was clean.

The staff were incredible, very friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant was excellent and they have a fantastic chef who uses the most fresh ingredients to cook delicious food!

Staff was very helpful in accommodating my difficulty climbing stairs: lower bunk in room on first floor, with few steps to negotiate.

The staff were so accommodating – we had a huge amount of luggage as we were moving overseas and they were so helpful in providing us upgrade (for more space) and allowing us to checknonbearly and check out late. They were also very helpful with our car and despite the limited car parking available, they went out of their way to ensure we had somewhere to park. We will definitely stay again when visiting Melbourne in the future.

I loved the location! It was really central to everything and accessible to all locations. Walking distance to Monastiraki and just steps away from Syntagma. We arrived here at the conclusion of our 4 week Europe trip for 5 nights of R&R and we were not disappointed. Sing was an amazing host and lives downstairs so check in was a breeze. It was clean, modern, bright and very central to transport, bars, restaurants. It has everything we needed and more, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (if needed) bathrobes, even a bottle of wine and beer in the fridge.

We loved the closeness to the center of town and Metro for going out of town

The hotel is right on a main canal and near a public water bus stop and looks very inviting with indoor and outdoor dining facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They responded quickly in advance of my arrival to e-mailed questions about the bathroom and how to get to the hotel. The room was small but all I needed, and the bed was firm, the way I like it, and comfortable. There was a nice window overlooking a small terrace below and a canal. The room has an efficient heater/air conditioner that works well. The breakfast was very good with ample selections, including fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon, and other cold items. I was pleased that the Peggy Guggenheim Collection was in easy walking distance. There is also another water bus stop on another canal just a short walk away.

The breakfast was very basic. The bed was too small and not particularly comfortable.

The location is great in terms of being closeby to the public transportation area ie Train/Waterbus/Bus terminal. The garden is simply lovely for the size.

The location is superb. Right next to Gran Via Station and right along the Gran Via Street. Very classy for a hostel type. The siblings (sorry guys I forgot your names) and "Coca" were very kind. They gave us a very nice room in the 8th floor and are always answering to our questions and needs. We’ve been to 5 cities for this trip and the stay on this hostel ranks top on our list. Definitely worth the money and perfect for couple and kids.

I liked a lot the sensation that invaded my heart when I realised this hotel was superfantastic.

You can get to Amsterdam central eaisly in 10-15 min from the bus stop.

It was obviously a very nice and sophisticated hotel in the late 80’s, it’s slightly a pity there hasn’t been much upkeep since then! The room was nicely decorated if delapitaded. The pool, however, was great! When the smell of the room got too much I could seek sanctuary in the pool, which seemed well maintained.

Really beautiful and comfortable place. Host was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was excelent, filling and delicous. Good place to stay while in Marrakech with little shops, ATM and a cheap, but neat restaurant around.

The location is really good as well as the capsule system. Good service at the reception.
