Property highlights

Guests say:

The friendliness of the staff and the disposition towards the guest.

The breakfast was very basic. The bed was too small and not particularly comfortable.

The location is great in terms of being closeby to the public transportation area ie Train/Waterbus/Bus terminal. The garden is simply lovely for the size.

The place is very accessible to everything we needed. Eric was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. He made sure that property was ready when we got there. I highly recommend Eric apartments.

great location, great size, very roomy for a city apartment

Great location, clean rooms, comfotrable beds, very friendly staff, free secured parking, rooms with balcony, quite affordable

The location is superb. Right next to Gran Via Station and right along the Gran Via Street. Very classy for a hostel type. The siblings (sorry guys I forgot your names) and "Coca" were very kind. They gave us a very nice room in the 8th floor and are always answering to our questions and needs. We’ve been to 5 cities for this trip and the stay on this hostel ranks top on our list. Definitely worth the money and perfect for couple and kids.

I liked a lot the sensation that invaded my heart when I realised this hotel was superfantastic.

You can get to Amsterdam central eaisly in 10-15 min from the bus stop.

Great service especially from Guest Relations and the concierge. Wonderful central location in a beautiful historic building. A very fine stay!

The breakfast was tasty. Staff very friendly. Stylish room.

Bell’appartamento,nuovissimo e pulito. Situato ad 800m dal centro storico,con piacevole passeggiata.Zona tranquilla e sicura.

The most amazing place to stay in Berlin thank you so much for making me and my girlfriend so welcome and safe! 5stars!

It was obviously a very nice and sophisticated hotel in the late 80’s, it’s slightly a pity there hasn’t been much upkeep since then! The room was nicely decorated if delapitaded. The pool, however, was great! When the smell of the room got too much I could seek sanctuary in the pool, which seemed well maintained.

The room is nice (separate bedroom, small kitchen, fireplace)

We had a great stay! Since the beggining the owner and his son were very responsive to whatsapp and e-mails. They were very flexibles and kind with our check in and check out time. The father explained us what we couldn’t miss in Naples, where we could eat, where we should go. He was very, very helpful! Our room was very nice and clean, they have very good shower, bed and pillows. The breakfast was great! Full of varieties, salt or sweet, everything was delicious. The parking is a vallet very close to the property. They are very well located, in a main street (Via Toledo), full of live, very close to the historic center and also to the see shore with good restaurants.

The staff is very kind and tried their best to help us – especially the front desk woman and our room assistant. It wasn’t their fault the room is run down and too expensive for what it is. They offered to change our room for the second night, but we were so unhappy we didn’t want to stay any longer.

It all worked very well being close and to city transport.

Fantastic free shuttle to/ from Ubud town. Relaxing pool area.huge room. Great breakfast. Free Bicycle ride around rice paddy and village, guide included.

Everything is brand new and the rooms are quite spacious

Really comfy beds for the adults, and lovely clean rooms. There is a smallish double sofa bed for 2 children to share, which my children found a bit cramped as at our previous hotel they each had their own bed. This was the only real downside to our stay, as the pool and the surroundings were really lovely. Breakfast was wonderful as well with a fantastic selection. The hotel is just on the outskirts of Seville and is only about a 5 min drive into the centre.

Dated, old, overpric d $100 dollar fee is excessive. No hot water in sinkThis place is a dump and it was $249/nightIt is deceitful and horrible

very basic hotel no lift no breakfast here and early morning street noise from garbage collection

Clean apartment and location is 2 blocks away from Sagrada Familia

Location, location! Near the bus stops, metro, restaurants, shopping!

Stayed one short night as we were flying out after midnight. We wanted to make the most of our last day in Ho Chi Minh and chose this hotel for it’s price, proximity to markets and overall good reviews. It’s not the perfect hotel but great place to leave your bags and spend most of the day out and about. Located in the arab/muslim area of Ho Chi Minh.

Exceptional cleanliness & friendly English-speaking staff.

Location was great. Close to everything I needed. Property was clean, rooms had everything you needed. Parking was available free of charge and internet was quick.

Perfect location for exploring. Was a lovely apartment for 2 couples.

Nice hotel with large room, and a good breakfast. Friendly staff

Perfect location. Hotel was worth the money we paid. comfortable stay. Staff very helpful.

the hotel is no key for in and out , we must press the bell door and waiting sometime for 10 minute.

There is no any service, mold is everywhere it possible, smoke-filled rooms. But the positive, is possibility to wash your head sitting on the lavatory, so closer the shower is.

underground parking, excellent location, big bathroom.

Wonderful reception of the peopleBeautiful areaWill go back for sure!

A Very Quiet place in a very quiet street, good location next to metro line 8 which is good for all the major sites in paris. Very Clean and the staff is always ready to halp.

this hotel was once an apartment that was changed into a hotel. a real value for money, especially in Osaka (whose hotel prices often went straight to the roof)

Everything we needed to make our stay in the apartment was readily available. i.e.. cooking utensils, crockery, washing machine and dryer.

About 100m away from the Hongik University Metro station that connects 3 different lines. The area is safe and always bustling even at 11pm at night.

Great people running the place; always helpful and willing to assist their guests.

Just location made it nice stay, live music in the evening

We arrived in the city hot and tired so made use of the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub which were excellent. Lovely towels available and plentiful. The room had a coffee maker and hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and very helpful .

Staff was amazing. Restaurant was lovely. Room was spacious and clean.

Very service-minded and friendly staff,an excellent japanese breakfast buffet and a great location! The attention to details is Great, for example the daily weather forecast in the lobby.

VERY FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, VERY CLEAN. EVERYTHING IS NEW AND MODERN DESIGN IN THE CITY CENTER

The view and location!! They were amazing. On the river so could just sit and watch everything happening in Porto. Lovely apartment. Compact but well done.

One of the best hotels ever. The boats to the hotel. The shuttles. The water park. The food. The architecture. The serenity of it all – the oasis feeling. Amazing. The offers and packages by Jumeirah are competitive and fair considering the hotel reputation. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Seriously. I will definitely stay here again. Even the showers.. the ironing board.. all branded too – amazing views too.

great location, friendly staff, spacious accommodation…i’ll be going there again…

Exeptional servis, food was very good, staff extremely friendly. You can rent a scooter with 50000 RP/day. Housekeeping everyday. We would definetely stay there again, perferct location in center Ubud. Best breakfast (they can bring to your room).

Great value for money, close to the metro and very nice staff.

Great home away from home for a business trip. Separate kitchen/ living area.

The staff were brilliantly helpful, the location perfect and within a short walk to major temples, shops and bus routes, it was peaceful in the evenings, spotlessly clean and the facilities were more than adequate for the type of accommodation. Would definitely stay again if we ever came back to Japan!

This flat was located in very good place, the view from window was amazing! Landlord was very helpful and attractive! Flat was very clean, terrace was excellent!

Location was amazing, extremely convenient and easy to find, especially with the previous comments of other guests who stayed there. Beds were comfortable, airconditioning was cold, and bedding was adequate.

Beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was excellent

Great clean rooms at a very reasonable price in a nice location. The staff were excellent (they’re great at calling metered cabs or tuk tuks at a negotiated price for you) the entire time, breakfast was incredible and it was a lovely quaint hotel. Quick walk to Khao San road or a relatively short taxi/tuk tuk ride to plenty of other tourist attractions in the area. It’s a nice "off the beaten path" hotel. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and plan on staying there again for future trips.

The location is superb for the price, with the city and attractions in easily walk able distance.

The location and choice of eating establishments. The suite was a nice size. The desk staff were very nice.

Lo mejor de todo fue el trato recibido en todo momento.

Perfect location, and the decoration is quite nice

Staff very helpful room was very clean and air con very good in the hot Barcelona summer to cool down. The hotel is located away from the main tourist areas which is good as most of the tourist areas are very crowded and not that enjoyable. Found some great places to eat in the back streets near this hotel and easy to get seat.

The location is awesome!! And so is the breakfast The room was so spacious.

The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the metro station, so it was easy to use public transportation during our stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast was good but need to add some more pastry . I will for sure stay here again during my next visit to istanbul.

Tube station across the street was excellent in terms of transport into the city. Very close to central London. Good grocery facilities and reasonably good restaurants nearby. Halaal restaurant very close as well.

Walking distance to subway stations, grocery stores and restaurants, excellent WIFI connection and 24/7 staff in lobby.

The location is really good, and its in a very strategic location where you have access to shopping mall, cafe, restaurant, beer, train all by a short walk. Check in is smooth, staffs are all well trained.

Their services and quality ofroom were excellent.. 4 stars hotel with 5 stars hotel practice. Breakfast and high tea were excellent too.

Breakfast was great and the walk to universal was only about 15 minutes. Lots of space in the rooms!

The people working at the front desk were very accommodating and could communicate in english with no issues. I left the room to quickly buy something to drink and ran into the two cleaning workers in my room. They were very respectful to my belongings and the valuables that I left out in the open. The room was cleaned perfectly as I even walked in to see the worker wiping the bathroom.

The apartment (a studio flat) was exactly in the middle of the shopping road, close to the main square; located at last floor of an historical building and with stunning view on the old Prague. The design is attractive and welcomes the guest since the first sight. The big sofa is cozy and tempting. The reception was easy and personnel very cooperative.

Well Informed about local areas. Pleasant staff and good English spiken

I liked the staff, location and facilities! Great!

The room was super nice. It was lile being at home, the bathroom was big and super clean. The owner is amazing, kind and available for every question. The position is great, just in the center and you can go everywhere from it. Also the breakfast was good!

Very good breakfast. Traditional hotel where you sleep on the floor. Good location – Close to Train and underground.

The location was near the Ginza & Hibaya Metro station. It was also within walking distance to the JR Station and Keisei Station. This makes moving around Tokyo relatively easy once you have manage to familiarize yourself with the intricate multi train system. Surrounding area is old but has a lot of character. Food is easy to get from street food to restaurants in Atre at the Ueno Station.

Staff were so friendly and nice. Facilities were excellent. I will recommend this place 100 percent.

The pool is IG worthy and the staff are nice. They will go out of their way to help. The place is also walking distance (2km) from Tegunungan Waterfalls.

Great hospitality and friendly approach by Heloise. Thanks.

Faiza the lifeguard and sana part of the animation team. We thank you for being so accomodating. Faiza for playing with my daughter in the aqua parc and sana for looking after my daughter when my hand got stung. X

It’s so close to the down town. All around. Nice view

Everything, except the coffee was a bit too strong for my taste
