What a great location! Not too loud and busy, a quick walk to the piazza and the Vatican. Lovely breakfast buffet on the roof, well-decorated rooms.

The Hotel was everything we wanted – right in the middle of Insadong and easy walking to what we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was good – coffee and toast as expected and plenty of it.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, shower and all bathroom facilities working fine, the only thing was that if we opened the window it was very loud because of the busy street (however you do not have to open the window, air conditioning might be used, but since we are allergic to it we preferred open window). Breakfast was absolutely delicious, lots of things to choose

Apartment has a perfect location to discover Belgrade centre as everything is in close walking distance. Our appartment was located on 5th floor and there was no elevator – bear this in mind if you carry a lot of luggage with you Reception is located on 1st floor. Rooms were very clean with large bathroom. Unfortunately, air condition in one of the rooms was broken, but the hosts suggested us to move one floor lower into 2 separate appartments. Hosts were also happy to keep our luggage in a safe room on the last day.

Our room was very pretty. Bed was quite comfortable. Great shower. The staff at reception referred us to a couple of very good local restaurants. The buffet breakfast was large and had lots of choice.

Staff was so sweet. I arrived really late past midnight due to the delay in flight, but she checked me in with smiles and warmness.

The owners and the staff are amazingly nice…. They always do their best to help you!

We liked very Nice location which is in the historical center and therefore close to all main attracfions of Cartagena.

The rooms were nice and clean. Reception staff were extremely helpful.

Comfortable hotel just outside of the craziness of Budapest’s city centre. Free street parking (although this seems that it’s going to change). Cute little pool and quite good buffet breakfast. The room was of a good size and clean. The staff were professional and helpful, but a smile and a little bit of sense of humour would be appreciated. The direct trip to the city centre is short and comfortable with a bus stop just outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend Lion’s Garden for a visit to Budapest. Tip: eat at the excellent "Paprika" restaurant, which is at a walking distance.

The staff were very polite and helpful and always had time to answer your questions about the area, how to use the buses, etc. The TV channels available were quite interesting. The room was cleaned every single day and new towels were provided on a daily basis. Room service was available at decent prices and we got our first two drinks for free!

Very nice B&B in a quiet section of Palermo not far from the Port. Just as we showed up one of the staff was there to let us in the building and check us in. Staff was very helpful, spoke English very well and gave us directions to good restaurants etc. Very good breakfast. Room was comfortable and had a nice terrace although there was no furniture on it, and this was probably my only negative comment.

everything was lovely, they even sent up a bottle of champagne for our 25th Wedding Anniversary

The hotel is very conveniently located, and Judy, the staff member we mostly interacted with, was extremely helpful and nice! She helped us get oriented to Madrid, and another staff member (didn’t get her name) called us a cab to the train station when we couldn’t seem to get on the right metro line. We would stay here again in Madrid. They also have a left luggage service both for before you check in and after you check out.
