This is my bad experience in hospitality industrial I had a booked a hotel room for one person . When I arrived,the hotel fornt office sttaf he told me room is Full with any sorry word, and he ask me to go other Hotel branch or hotel property(mount royal hotel) the same thing 2nd hotel they give me big hall room With five twin bed it was dirty room and last room.finally with any Solution and checking room I’m going out from Hotel in the middle of night, to search other hotel.

Nothing,I needed hot water to mix my drugs and the girl in the restaurant said I have to pay 5dhr to get a glass of water,when they were even supposed to keep a kettle in the room

Very small beds. Very hot water couldn’t even have a shower.

Location was the best part. Very close to the metro station.

Location was fairly near to the bus and train terminals. Easy to move around. Plenty of eateries with reasonable prices.

The location was great for our purposes re that side of vienna and " underground" system. The bar man was good fun ,professional and obliging re food etc. Room change for us to twin rooms was accomodated. Hotel front of staff to maintainance man and lovely cleaners were super. Breakfast manager was a bit cold and put me off.the tv was poor in terms of selection- only news in english – and kept breaking down, tho happily seen to by staff. I liked the complimentary sweets in reception!
