Food in Lagrotta was wonderful, rooms are clean and spacious, Very near to union metro so accessibility to anywhere in Dubai is really easy. I enjoyed staying with Al Khaleej Palace.

It was really wonderful experience. All the staffs were very friendly and they helped me so much especially to change the rooms and all.

The hotel itself is excellent with friendly and helpful staff members who always greeted me with a smile and asked me how I was doing. I booked the Delux Room and the room was of a decent size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room had all the facilities (hairdryer, iron, board, bathroom amenities etc) that one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room had a large flat screen TV which came with a wide selection of channels so I didn’t get bored when I was in the room. All guests can also enjoy access to the swimming pool, gym, which are well maintained and clean. I want to praise the italian restaurant La Grotta for their wonderful and delicious pizza. Overall, I had a very good stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone going to Dubai.

Very helpfully staff. Location of the hotel was very good for our family.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights while traveling to Berlin for a long weekend getaway. Since it was a hostel we did not expect much for the money but in the end its a good place to stay and really excellent value for money in my opinion. Rooms were clean and quiet, good place to sleep too. Breakfast is included for persons under 27 old. The breakfast is normal German one, mainly bread with cheese and cold cuts, yogurt, muesli, cereals, coffee and juices – great for the price in my opinion. There is two public transportation stops nearby and the hostel is quite close to city. Closest kiosk is just a few minutes away from the hostel and you can find Netto supermarket and Edeka about 5-10 minutes away from the hostel. Overall we had a really good experience with this hostel and we really think that it’s a great choice for spending your nights in.

The apartment was great and good size . The staff were very friendly and helpful

In a great position for travelling around Dubai. Close to the beach , next to Marina. Easy access to train & tram and big bus jump on jump off bus which is great way to see the city. Had cleaner in every day and was a lovely guy. Had a 60 minutes body massage in the Hotel excellent value, a must to have on your stay. Great swimming pool with drinks & bar. Food is extra cost but again is worth trying. All staff in the whole apartment and hotel area were excellent. Loads of restaurants very near by with lovely area to walk around in the evenings. Would 100% go back to this hotel /apartment again.

All in all is a nice place, the location is perfect for my purpose.

The decor in the apartment was a bit dated but it was clean and comfortable. The bedroom had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is located just outside the "UmWelt Zone" in Berlin, so you don’t need the green stickers for the car if you leave the car at the hotel and use the "U Bahn" instead. Easy & safe parking by the hotel and about 5 min. walk to U-Bahn subway. Quiet neighbourhood. Very good breakfast.

A silent room,and accessable place near in a mall and some market..

Spacious rooms, clean as well, but becareful if you are traveling by your car, as they have parking but very difficult for suv, however they are very convenient for small cars, considering you won’t find a parking for free anywhere nearby.. You will find the occasional cockroach, but it’s an old hotel, but good stuff and in a very old location, so you will find one running around. Take it for a budget hotel with a great location.

Very bad attitude of the Pakstani reception manager,, he doesn’t know how to deal with customers

The only convenience I found were location, spacious room and low cost place to sleep for the night. Yet the rest was a bad experience.

Clean brand new looking hotel. Entrance to jebel ali free zone through back gate of the hotel. If you have work inside the jebel ali free zone, this is the best hotel location wise.

No wifi although no small water no hot water for shower

The beds were very comfortable. Quality of cleanliness was good. Plenty of good quality towels were provided. Excellent baths and showers. Across the street is Dubai Metro and a very good shopping center Dubai Deira City Center. Airport is very close as well.

Good spacious apartment with all basic needed amenities. It was feel like home. Good connectivity with metro and nearest mall/shopping center. Neat and cleanliness across all areas. Overall very good experience.
