Our stay was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was 2 minutes walk from the coast of nice. It is located on the Avenue so that buses in several directions often. About 15 minutes it would take to get to the airport. It is also very close to the train station. The apartment is cozy, Laundry, microwave, TV and oven. In addition, it provides the opportunity for Ironing. Has a very comfortable bed for 2 people and sofa which can be converted into bed for 2 more people. The apartment was clean and the bathroom was quite large. The first day we got to the apartment there were towels and a few bottles of shampoo. The owner is very kind. He contacted us STM days before to arrange our arrival. Although we were not on time, he was very helpful. If I ever get back to nice, I would infinitely choose the apartment on the Rue de France for my stay.

The atmosphere of the pool at night time is excellent, inviting to relax

Room space is wide and there is some space for 4-5 persons to sit down and have a small party.

I suppose one could pay a hundred Euros more for a room, but it is hard to imagine why. Small, boutique hotel. Clean, modern, helpful staff, great location, relatively inexpensive. I paid 80 Euros for a lovely room. I was really impressed with this hotel- and it was far more than I bargained for when making the reservation.

Location and size but mostly the staff were wonderful

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is out of the city centre and more towards a residential area so the noise outside was minimal. Even though it is out of the centre, there is a tram stop at the bottom of the street and it’s only 6 stops from the old town which takes roughly 10 minutes.

Staff was super and hotel very nicely set up with big and comfortable rooms and very nice architecture

Extremely clean and breakfast excellent. The hotel is in a good location with trams running regularly outside the hotel.

Excellent place, friendly staff & the sense of decoration. I would like to come back to this place once again. I strongly recommend this place for the guests who want to spend a peaceful & romantic time with their partner in Paris. Moreover, this place at the heart of the city & well connected to the Airport.

Very friendly staff and the location was exceptional. We also like how we had to enter codes to go inside the building, then find our key on a paper with our name on it at the reception, since we were arriving late. It was very nice.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was great value for money. The location was good with a Metro and bus station nearby. The room was comfortable and clean.

Fantastic Hotel with a colonial style architecture, great furnishings, everything perfect a luxury hotel at a very reasonable price!

Cooked breakfast every morning was a treat! Quite a small kitchen so wasn’t able to fit in the kitchen every morning but the quality of the breakfast made up for it!

Staff was great. The location is pretty good, though not that much stuff within walking distance (but Uber is super cheap). Huge rooms!

We loved everything about this apartment. Very luxurious, clean and had everything we needed. Close to major attractions.

Small, yet very comfortable boutique hotel in the old town of Sarajevo. Most attractions within walking distance. Incredibly helpful and competent staff took care of any need such as restaurant recommendation, taxi service and airport shuttle. Spacious and nicely furnished rooms, good breakfast. the location was great, close to two metros and the bullfighting arena. the beds were great there was no AC, but the weather was good the internet is fast! Braulio is a great guy, doesnt speak much english, but will translate his speech for you to understand. i will definitely go there again, just not sure if i will if it was hot

We stayed in a classic room, and whilst it wasn’t the most spacious of rooms, the amenities were excellent. We had a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a TV with a full selection of Sky channels, a nespresso machine and a ‘handy’ mobile phone that provided access to hotel services whilst out and about in the city. Very impressive in that sense.

Richard was an excellent host and I was a little nervous about sharing a room with 5 other people but it wasn’t so bad. The common room was comfortable and you got free WiFi. It was pretty hot this summer but they had AC which was a God-send.

all the front desk staff are always chatty and great.

Pillows where awesome and the staff were great to talk too. Kevin is the man, very friendly and quite helpful.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The Twin room is pretty big and cozy.

The location is perfect, just near the subway station of Tobalaba, in a walking distance of Costanera building and mall and several restaurants and cafes. The clerks were friendly and the lady who prepares the breakfast in the morning is very lovely! She really made our stay more enjoyable.

Good breakfast. Very convenient and close to Tokyo Big Sight.

It is clean, the staff is nice, location is good for the city, it has a pool.

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and patient with my attempts to speak Italian. We asked for a recommendation on a restaurant, and we ended up finding one called Shannara 5 just a short walk from there, that exceeded our expectations.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. They make every visit a pleasure. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. The Sunday Buffet is one of the best in the world and always a highlight of our stay.

An excellent Hotel that lived up to its 5 star rating. Staff were exceptionally helpful and informative and nothing was too much trouble. Amazingly Modern and clean. Room was compact (as I imagine most in Barcelona are!!) but very stylish and with a clever use of the space available. Excellent shower room. Roof top Bar is excellent and a must if you visit although don’t expect great views just a great atmosphere and experience!! Yes its expensive but you pay for what you get and everything that goes with it.

The host and people working there were very nice and accommodating and tried to get the problems fixed but management did nothing! Good location IF you have a car. Not easy to get to town on public transportation.

Great location – comfortable, clean and excellent, helpful staff

The location of the apartment was excellent. Vladdo (the caretaker) is a lovely man who tries really hard to ensure that your stay goes really well. We were able to arrive earlier than our official check in time. It is an easy drive to Pula. It is withing walking distance of several shops, a restaurant/cafe and a vinery. The apartment was clean. There were two large double bedrooms and one small single room all with good storage space (apartment No.4). The living area had one sofa(bed) a table and chairs and a tv. The wifi was excellent. The kitchen was quite sparsely equipped with not enough matching wine glasses, there is a gas hob and a microwave. The pool was clean. The bathroom was very roomy with a big bath with shower.

Free airport transfer is a huge advantage of this place. Great staff!

The bed is very compfortable. But the hotel is out of town, almost at the airport, far from the town centre.

Mini bar is free. Friendly staff who will info for the places to go. Good local food near hotel there.

It’s a good location to visit Notting Hill, Kensington Garden, Holland Park. (walking distance) There are tube stations very close to travel further. Room was quiet.

Our room was in a building 600 years old, just amazing to be in the midst of so much history, but have all the modern conveniences and creature comforts of today’s technology at our finger tips. Lucy at reception was an amazing ambassador, not only for the owners of the residence, but for the city of Prague. Lucy made our holiday very easy with the extra things that she organised and booked for us, along with the advise on the best way to get to our list of activities… and all done with politeness and a beautiful smile!

location was superb- easy reach of cathedral, museums, shops,restaurants.Apartment spacious,only gripe was no air conditioning in 1 of the bedrooms-so impossible to sleep in the heat-air con worked well in rest of apartment.You need to be aware that keys have to be collected in restaurant next door,as no reception in the apartment block.The kitchen was well supplied with all utensils needed,even teabags and coffee ! Customer service at the check-in was amazing. Both manager and staff made us feel welcomed right away.

Right on the waterfront, stepped off the ferry and into the hotel! Very helpful staff. Swimming pool was great.

Bed was really comfy Host was lovely and allowed us to leave our suitcases in a separate room on our last day before we went to the airport. Lovely view of the city centre as well. It was an amazing trip. Would definitely come again.
