The location is amazing. The jet swiming pool is relaxing even so small in a hot summer day and worth the 10 eoro per guest the charge. The staff is extradenaary helpfuul. The hotel is totally new and very comfortable. It is located 50m from the very nice White Bridge which takes you directly to the center.

A beautiful escape from the city. Wonderful staff, first class customer service and lovely room and pool area. We also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food very much. The speedboat boat trip back to the city was fun. I will definitely be returning!

Alam Ubud is an idyllic get away looking out over the rice paddies and forest of Ubud. The rooms were incredible, the views even better and the staff lovely. Great spot for couples who want to relax and enjoy some piece and quiet.

We stayed in a suite with terrace and the room was beautiful and so airy and spacious – brilliant to relax in after a long day’s exploring. Also loved the breakfast, both in terms of what was included and how it was served – with it being a romantic trip it was nice to have it ourselves in our room/on the terrace at a time that suited us. Location was ideal – 5 minutes walk to the Duomo!

The interior was beautiful, air con in room was fantastic.

The location is good and convenient. Room come with washing machine, which allow us to do some washing.

The apartment was new, clean and spacious and quite near(about 2km) walk to Macquarie Park shopping mall. Access to public transportation was easy as well.

Sizes were good : very large bed, big TV, big room, 2 windows, big mirror with a light in the bathroom Gentleman at the reception was lovely

Surprised me by recognizing it was my birthday and celebrating the occasion with us. A beautiful hotel with great service!

Theroom was excellent. There could be a tray of tea coffee milk and sugar for clients who need a drink. Otherwise will recommend the hotel to all my friends and family.

Everything! Location is perfect! Lovely and friendly owner. Parking is easy and its only less than 2 minutes walk to the center of the old town!

The property very near to great places like hagia sophia,bluemosque, topkapi palace. Near tram sultanahmet and gulhane.

Very friendly personnel. Rooms were small but effectively and quite beautifully designed. The breakfast of EUR 9 had good price/quality value. The bar in the lobby was nice having extensive selection of gins. The hotel is very centrally located near train station.

Very modern and good location near neighborhood Palermo where is full of colors of passionate Argentina . I like it very much .

Location was brilliant, friendly staff and complimentary coffee, drinks and sweets.

Lovely clean modern hotel with the most amazing breakfast. Great view of the danube. Bed was very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Paid extra for executive lounge access and although we didn’t use it much I would definitely book it again.

Excellent location, very easy to find, just off the main road when entering the city. Wonderful view, both the old town and the rest of Budva. Hotel-like facilities with absolutely everything one needs, modern and new furniture, comfortable bed, cabel tv and a kitchenette with all the basic equipment.

Room was very convenient for early start for airport

The attendant at the concierge, Namsai, took care of us. She was pleasing as one can be, and that made our stay better. She should get a bonus.

Fireplaces in the breakfast room and lobby added a special touch.

All was good. Very good deal. All staff are friendly,suci in restaurant and dewi at front desk,very helpfull. and plenty space for parking lot.

I liked the size of the room and the full kitchen. There was plenty of room.

I went paragliding with a crowd called Flybyfriends and they were excellent. They came to pick me up where I was (up onto monte pellegrino at sancta Della Rosalia), the pilot even bought me some lunch, and we chased the wind all afternoon..he had made it a mission to get me a good flight, and I did, after the second jump, and it was extremely good value. Very friendly bunch too

Good location. All OK but would also consider other options – everything worked OK. was there for a very quick overnight visit. Staff were OK – not super friendly but not rude. Good cafes, bars, shopping and transport all around the area.

Quiet, after check in we dis not hear from the owners which was good. we also had the ground floor which made it easy to acces as we have a small child. There was a small convienience shop about 20m up the road and everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. Great Tapas bars close by. (Alfalf was the beast by far! Try thier hoise wine and the Humus! Superb! The apartment had a Small roof top area with seating was available and we had it to ourselves everytime. All areas were very clean and tidy.

Excellent location right in the middle of the old quarter. Very noisy at night but apart from that it was great and the staff very helpful.

everything was perfect except the low temperature in the room. The building is very beautiful both inside and outside. Tram and subway stations are close to the apartment. Furniture and facilities are new. There is a mini kitchen which was very convenient.

Fantastic place to stay in the city center! Parking Great wifi Easy to find Everything works as expected. Stayed for one night, but were not able to walk around due to rain, so it is the reason to get back here once more!

Great location and a great property. Very close to the main catedral and all historic places in the city.

Everything! The two terraces were wonderful. The rooms were great. There are 3 bathrooms! A brilliant apartment.

I like how the owner speaks the language of all the people, very convenient. Train stations and bus stations are very useful since it’s near. Everything is walking distance. EVERYTHING. Most malls are open until 5-6:30 am. Worth it.

The room was really quiet and well air conditioned

Cozy room provided an authentic feeling to the historic neighbourhood of Dubai.

Breakfast was provided by giving us breakfast coupon that can be used near the restaurant. The location was superb! Near TIYU XILU station and direct line to the airport. The staff is helpful if we can speak Chinese better.

Wonderful central position, just five minutes from the main square. Fantastic, cozy, and elegant apartment, extremely clean, silent, and equipped with every comfort. Room was nice , bed was comfortable. Close to airport, free shuttle.

Perfectly positioned for the Hermitage and other sites. Bus to Moscow train station stops directly outside. Warm and quiet. Staff speak excellent English. Directions sent to us in advance on how to find the hotel which has no sign outside. Trying to squeeze bodies and bags into the tiny, creaky lift provided us with endless entertainment. Others may not see this as a positive but we did.

The staff were very courteous and ever ready to help, very professional too. The breakfast was awesome. My room had a small balcony and the view was great.

Location,staff, food. We would like specially thank the manager, Olga, who answer me whenever I asked. Also, Irina, who listen me when we got trouble by taxi driver, who forced us paid 70 Euro in less than 5 km drive. It was only negative impression what we got in St. Petersburg.

The room was small, but looked like it had just been renovated. Everything was new and worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Location seams to be close but construction make it too far

The apartment location is just superb. Very close to trams, U-Bahn stations, lots of good restaurants and just 5 minutes walk to Mariahilfer Strasse, one of the most popular street with lots of shops and restaurant in Vienna. The apartment itself is huge, very clean and has everything you need from a home away from home. The host is very helpful and communicating with her is smooth and fast. We really appreciate it particularly since this is our first trip to Wien. We recommend this place to stay for a family or a group of 4 or 5 people. Great place.

Great hotel, with great facilities around th woods

The appartment itself is very modern and nice, clean as well.

I booked this room for my parents, the price was quite cheap compared to other hotels of the same quality (based on pictures and descriptions on Booking). In fact, most of them were sold out so this was the only available option for my price range, so I happily made the reservation.

The accommodation here was pretty standard, just what you would expect. But what took this from an average stay to a great stay was the enthusiasm and fantastic positive attitude of the staff, I’ve never experienced anything quite like it, would recommend.

Staff extremely friendly.Rooms sparkling clean, comfortable beds and very spacious.Rooftop bar with great views and drinks.

They made a point to get my room ready so I count check in almost two hours early after my flight arrived early in the morning. The staff sat down with me while I was waiting for my room and helped me map out my trip in Vietnam. The room was nice, showers hot, and AC worked perfectly. Overall, it was a great place to recover from jet lag!

Very Clean rooms, good location to Chinatown-markets & River, Trains not far (10 min walk), Issues fixed quickly.

The cakes offered for breakfast are excellent. They are real pieces of art prepared with great care and professionality.

Beautiful room ! The staff was really nice and helpful. The position is amazing in the centre of Milan and next to a metro station. The room is also very nice, well decorated and big. Same apply for the bathroom, clean and big. We also appreciated that the coffee, water and prosecco were offered.

Close walk to Daikokucho Station, and walkable distance to Namba and Dotombori hot-spots for shopping and food. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms with good Wi-Fi and cooking facilities.

The bed was extremely comfortable, staff were very polite and helpful.

Since the Galare is tucked back in an alley, near the river and has a small garden, it is a prime location. Greenery and sunning areas create a charming atmosphere. The buildings are classic Thai style, wooden, with nice balconies to relax on. Efforts are made to keep the place clean and inviting. Staff are very accommodating.
