The Hotel’s staff are superb, A lady by the name Alexandra was great and I have so much respect for her. Keep it up management.

The room is really like a small apartment. It felt like we lived there as we stayed 12 days during one of our visits. There is an elevator that goes to the basement, which you can then go through the underground garage and tunnel directly into the PowerPlant Mall. Very nice grocery store just as you enter the mall and many eating establishments. Just a great location and property.

I stayed here for four nights and was very satisfied. The area is pretty safe, my room on the 1st floor to the backyard was quiet and tidy. I liked the bathroom and the space in the room. Breakfast was Spanish with a lot of pastries and stuff. Good air condition. Close to Paseig de Gracia and las Ramblas de Catalunya.

The room was OK, but that about it, nothing else is good as it is

We are very happy with the staff there, they are trying their best to help. The housekeeper left us the note to encourage us to drink water. We ordered home service food with quite some requirement and they make everything right. The porters and taxi booking service are quite helpful as well.

酒店位置虽不在市中心，但交通很方便，打车到春熙路才10元，可步行回来。房间设施很人性化，电动马桶，欧舒丹用品。大堂服务员、酒店迎宾和礼宾都是帅哥美女，还有外籍哦。入住时前台曹雪勤、宋静还有丁丽很热情，询问后帮我升级到至尊行政房。另外，酒店自助早餐品种很丰富，客房服务反应很快很热情。第一次入住，印象很好，有机会还会来。

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and when I return to Chengdu, I will look into the availability at this hotel again. It was in prime location and good for travelling to the Panda Center (very close) / Leshan Giant Buddha (though that’s about 2 hours away… but still). The bed was very comfy and nice to crash on after my flight and long day sightseeing.

For us, we wanted to be near TianFu square, which we could easily access by Metro from the long distance railway station (it was our first time in Chengdu).

The structure is as a luxury hotel, the room is huge and the cleaning lady was extremely kind.

Nice big comfortable room with comfy bed. I didn’t mind but there were no windows

6 fast elevators resulting in minimal waiting-time, Downtown with easy access to many restaurants and department stores and still excellent sound isolation

Vittoria is a friendly,informative and helpful host. 10 mins walk from Milan Centrale station. Tram stop to the city centre attractions is outside the accommodation and it’s near the Metro. A very good alternative to hotels in the area.

Nice location by a quiet canal overlooking a beautiful theatre. Comfortable bed and private bathroom were a great bonus at this price point. The staff were very happy, helpful and sociable. We also had great sunset views from our 6th floor corridor. Live music venues, coffee shops and little snack stores very close. Unlike in some comments, the windows could be opened for ventilation. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Room exactly as in photos.

The staff and the location were excellent. The hotel was well appointed and the rooms were very large & well equipped.

Arrival to Hotel was very easy. Airport Express Bus brings you to Railway station. Hotel is about 20 minutes away by walking from Railway station. Hotel is located on high street of the city with many shopping and eating places around. It is 10 minutes walk to all attraction centres like Charles Bridge etc. Breakfast was also satisfactory. Rooms are comfortable with high ceilings.

Very good location and friendly and warm host! It’s 5 minutes walk to the Parliament and 10 to St. Istvan church. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect Wi-fi 🙂 It’s really in the city heart. There is parking place near the door, it costs 440 huf per hour, and there is one more on the road to Heroes Square and it costs 1500 huf per day.

The accomodation was related to the Price ok. Thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff ( Evan) we got plenty of useful recommendations where to go and how to get there. I was travelling with my son (5 years) and everyone was very kind and understanding. We had a good Time in your House. Thanks!

The staff is extremely helpful and kind, the manager helped us a lot to organize our trip to Litang. Beds are confortable and everything is clean. The Wifi is the best we’ve had in china, you can even use it from the bedroom. I really recomend it.

Good location near Hongxing Bridge Metro Station. Good walking to the hostel along the river. Local resturants, street food area and good bars (Space, Commune and DC) are quite reachable. Spacious public area with a pool table. A special resturant beside provides pizza, Sichuan Maocai, BBQ. Room is clean, bed is with a curtain which leave you enough private space.

The staff was specially diligent, and easygoing. Very adequate the location near commercial area, restaurants and Sichuan Tower. I would come back

Nice place, great location, and very helpful staff, all you can ask for in a hostel

I liked that the woman on the reception desk was very accommodating when I arrived at around 12am after having been on a 16 hour train ride. She helped me check in and walked me to a place that sold noodles and helped me order (as my brain didn’t want to translate anymore) and escorted me back to the hostel afterward as I was afraid of getting lost. Also, there was an electric blanket in the room and the manager (ethal) was very out going with giving assistance. Even called the Fuji company to have a product delivered to the property if I wanted it.

Attention to detail in design and all amenities in the guest room and throughout the property. Staff very accommodating, good level of English and exceptional style throughout.

the superb and very large and comfortable rooms, the way the staff remembered our wedding and provided flowers and champagne, the quality of the equipment.

The hotel is located in the very centre of Chengdu. From 5-10mins walking distance, you can reach almost every restaurants and shops in taikooli. The hotel itself has nice bar called Jing bar. I heard Italian restaurant is also good, but never had time to try it.

The hotel has thought out all the little details that make a huge difference in a stay away from home.

Great service! We had an early flight so they sent us away on a taxi with breakfast boxes so we wouldn’t be hungry! Loved it!

Clean, great value, and free shuttle bus to the airport!

Very good airport hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. No english but they use translation apps. Room was clean and didn’t smelled like an ashtray (unlike almost every other cheap airport hotel in China). They HAVE rooms with western toilets! Just ask them. When we checked in we were given a room with a squad toilet. We asked if we can stay in one with a western toilet and they gave us a room one floor above. Free airport shuttle at 4:30am was perfect. Just a 10min ride. Small bag with drinks and snacks were given as "breakfast" which was nice as everyone stays there probably for an early flight. No complains at all.

The rooms are standard Chinese hotel rooms. Nice rooms for the money.

Staff were nice even though they didn’t speak any English. They used an app that worked well to facilitate communication. Value for money.

The room was spacious and clean and although the staff does not speak English it was friendly and ready to help. The location is close to the airport so good if you only need some time to rest and fly again. The neighborhood is very interesting with a real Chinese neighborhood and fun to walk around, This hotel is closer to the airport but taxi drivers want to charge you RMB$ 50-80 to get it there, I got into Chengdu very late and did not arrange for the hotel pick up so I suggest that you arrange that before hand. They do pick up and drop you off for free.

Very nice hotel with great position for all tourist places in Barcelona. We ate breakfast out of the hotel so can’t comment on that, however the staff by the restaurant were very keen and attentive. Our friends received a complimentary bottle of Cava on the first night but we did not and so were a bit miffed. We had been given an upgrade on the rooms so they were bigger than the ones we paid for. We asked to change out room after the first night because the bathroom needed some attention. Our request was handled very well and we relocated to a better room on the 4th floor. We did not use the pool or the sunloungers but they looked nice.

Great hostel with good facilities in a good location. Staff were really helpful and efficient.

This hostel was excellent, overall. It is close to the city center either by subway or a longer walk, and is easy to find. From the airport, it takes about 35 minutes to get there by taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the place has a generally cozy ambiance. As well, the hostel has a nice bar on the first floor, with a reasonably good variety of beers.

The hostel was nice, the top floor has a really nice communal area to relax in. Plenty of loos and showers, never had to queue. Easy to find from Wenshu Monastery Metro station and about 30 minute walk from Chengdu Railway station. Friendly helpful staff with reasonable food.

Good social vibe, generally clean and reasonable location. Good value beer and food reasonable. Staff spoke excellent English. Plenty of hot water and showers, and free drinking water in reception.

The shared bathroom are really clean and we staied in a double room foor 1 night and it was comfortable and the wifi worked enough to have an international what’s app call. the location is really good because its in the middle between the North station and the center

Nice staff, great atmosphere and beautiful place.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of open spaces. I was lucky to have a room at the last floor. Showers were very well constructed for comfortable use nad also toilets were comfortable and clean. Perfect English at the desk and a lot of extra guide tours offered.

The dorm beds were comfy the food was great the pool table was awesome great staff english speaking great with kids nice showers

It’s apartment. New building new bath and new bed. Perfect. Will come back again
