Easy to get to by taxi. Helpful staff. Beautiful location.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, I was travelling with my sister who broke her wrist the day after we arrived. The manager called a taxi for us to go to hospital and helped out with paperwork. He hotel was clean and comfortable, cannot fault it.

Everything, the staff were great and the location ideal.

Fantastic. I’m pretty confident that I will never stay in a hotel at a comparable price where the staff are as excellent as they are here. Everyone you encounter wants to help, I sae the same faces each day and everyone was helpful. The breakfast each morning was great and freshly cooked. If you needed anything they would normally be able to help, whether that was a weather forecast or a recommendation as to where to eat at night. Credit to all involved, a truly wonderful experience.

Fantastic stay! The guesthouse is located very closely to the beach. Bedrooms offer lots of space and are nicely decorated. Very friendly staff. Exceptional good breakfast.

Very comfortable apartment, secure , and in an ideal location. All the facilities you could possibly need. Beautiful gardens.

Excellent customer services, location was stunning. Building was very secure and safe. Would defiantly stay again.

I loved this place. The view from the room was beautiful – iconic Cape Town – Table Mountain looking down on the Company Gardens with its museums. The flat was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and meticulous. Hopefully I will be back.

The apartement was nice and very clean. The was a beautiful view on all the city and Table Mountain. The hotel was 5 minutes away from the center of the city. The woman was very nice. There was also a very good free wifi.

What a fantastic view! Company Garden was right in front of us and we had the best high view of it. Table mountain to the right and we saw lovely sunrise n night lights over this whole fantastic setting. Just the most amazing place. Safe and very central location.

The appartament is perfectly located, close to everything and has a great view to the Queen Victoria Park and the mountains. We felt very welcomed by Belinda before and during our stay. To do sightseeing, I would advice to book the services of Gary, who is also working at Cape Breaks. We had a wonderful experience with him travelling to Cape Point. The location is very suitable for children, close to the planetarium, the park with squirrels and some other animals and attractions.

first unit had severe wind noise and I ran the 2 oceans the next morning. Not impressed. After moved to another apartment my wife and I were satisfied.

It was clean, comfortable and the host balinda was absolute darling! Everything was very convenient distance wise aswell. They also decorated it very well.

Lovely accommodation. The breakfasts were a great start to the day. The location was perfect for exploring Table Mountain and surrounding area. The bonus of the property were the views from the swimming pool and roof top bar. Truly amazing.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, great location and great staff. Has private parking and good transport links. Fabulous rooftop views of and easy proximity to Table Mountain.

Stuff treatment and location of property interms of all transport around town, all things were easy than expected.

We spent a great holiday in Cloud 9! I liked the location very central, the 360 view of the rooftop, the value for money breakfast. My ‘coup de coeur’? The outstanding view from our room. The Staff mostly Daniel was very helpful. He arranged a great trip for us to cape point with Lesly a pleasant driver! he also helped with restaurant booking and airport transfer. If you add this to the extremely charming city of cape town, you definitely get the best of your holidays

The Place its self is beautiful and the host don’t interfere much with your stay

Nothing! Still waiting for our refund. They promised a full refund but failed to pay and to communicate!

The view from our flatlet was fantastic. The Staff were helpful and do well with what they have to work with to make your stay enjoyable. Due to planned outings we had we did not go to the local beach until the last day, should have gone earlier as it was magnificent.

Horrible experience at the Hideaway Cape Town Houtbay. Dirty Towels, terrible staff, the accommodation was very small and dirty. No clean towels. Moved us from one room to another. It was horrible. No warm water, geyser broke.

The lady at reception tri d her best to assist us, but had no control over our queries

loved that the beach was nearby. it’s was cosy flatlet, perfect for a couple and maybe 2 kids.

The view of the ocean from the alternative room was the only good thing about this stay.

Close to the beach, great view, loved the patio to watch the sunset after a braai.

The apartment was spotless, very modern, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! The keys were easy to collect and check-in was a breeze! Location was great for us as we needed to be near a relative in Rondebosch, but it was also close to the major motorway to get to Cape Town and Muizenberg!

The hosts were ready to assist with all we needed during the stay. They were extremely friendly and the apartment was beautiful. An amazing 2 night stay.

The stay was enjoyable, it is perfect for families. Hotel is near a busy road but it’s not loud. Everything can be reached easily by public transport.A lot options for breakfast.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. The location was perfect. The apartment was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and stored our luggage as we weren’t leaving until the afternoon. If you’re looking at Zagreb stay here.

Overall a really good and plesant experience! The host was so helpful and nice to me from the very start. Super service minded and assisted me directly with my request of doing laundry. and he offered to do the call for food delivery as my Portuguese is very basic. He was also stand by on WhatsApp all the time for any questions that might pop up. Quiet and calm place, clean room. Hot shower. Around 10 min from the airport, possible to walk. Everything was optimal because the host really make you feel welcome and important. I would chose this place next time I need to stay on that part of the island. Recommend this place strongly.

Always a pleasure to stay at Queen Victoria, lucky to get a booking at this popular hotel. You always feel refreshed once you stayed at the QV

Lovely rooms, centrally located, excellent breakfast included, super room service and laundry service but most especially, the staff. They did everything to make my stay a pleasure. As a woman alone they insisted on having a staff member accompany me out at night for my security. I absolutely loved the hotel and will return.

The staff were super accommodating for both my partner and I (partner arrived a night early). They organised flowers, champagne and car. Superb location and an amazing setting.

The terrace overlooking the garden and pool was nice to relax.

The manager was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable blankets. Beautiful pool area, facilities in the room were functional. Wifi was also great, was able to finish my assignments whilst there!!!!

Great apartment, comfy beds and pillows. Well appointed and perfectly situated.

The bed was nice, the rooms design and flow from each area perfect for two. The place is spacious and flowed nicely from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom to lounge to the beautiful peaceful garden area. Very nicely put together. Safe area, safe place, quiet. All in all besides my suggestions it was a nice place to stay and get away for the weekend.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly.

All was supper. I wouldn’t mind staying another few days

Spacious room, well located for restaurants and bars, friendly staff, secure parking.

The bed was absolutely fantastic,Units very clean,service fantastic

Facilities not what were advertised; service was poor, e.g. no soap in bath room, worn out towel, no chair / couch in room, no remote for TV and no instruction to guest as to inform how to operate TV. Generally disappointing

Zilts nothing most degrading, will never go back it stinks its dirty and noisy.

The parking and safety of car was extremely poor. Extremely hard to get in out of bath. Bathroom small and pokey.
