Great location and staff. Walking distance to V&A waterfront and Hop on Hop off bus. Breakfast was good and fresh. Good view from the rooftop. Restaurants and supermarket close by. Not the biggest room (still enough room to have 2 suitcases on the ground) but location make it all good.

We had a blast in this fabulous guest house. It was very clean, perfect rooms and a stunning view on the rooftop terrace. The staff was really helpfull and sweet, especially Peter and Michael. If you love food, Peter knows all the great restaurants in town! We would definitly come back to this place!

I did not find it easy to wake as the bed was too good, I loved the breakfast, the staff was friendly and the warm pool by the Roof Top was everything 😍

Very nice and helpfull staff + Lovely room with nice decoration, furniture and a excellent bathroom + Nice Restaurants around (especially Osteria Tarantino --> Reservation required) + Bottle of Wine and Coffee at the room + Very nice rooftop terrace with view at table mountain + Excellent breakfast (best bread on our trip, fresh fruit, eggs, fresh orange juice, …)

The Art Suite was absolutely perfect. Sunrise from the room, overlooking the river was SO beautiful! The food and service at the restaurant was also fantastic. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Yes was very good specially the Jose was very good all types of Jose

Loved the Executive Club…great breakfast with sensational views. This was the perfect place to stay in Cape Town. Very safe and close to the V&A waterfront – there’s even a free shuttle every half hour from the hotel. The staff at the Club were exceptional in their helpfulness and friendliness. Worth the few extra dollars to get this service. Can recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Everything was perfect! Personnel was very helpful and knowledgable. My bags got delayed and they did everything to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and delicious; the restaurant for lunch and dinner was very good. The room was big, with a nice view of the port. The location was perfect as my conference was just across the street, at the Cape Town Conference Center. Guess services were outstanding, they tracked my bags until they reached the hotel. The internet connection was strong, and the business center comfortable.

Good hotel as it’s a Westin but totally let down by rude and unfriendly staff.

The spa is the winner for me. The pool is just amazing – rim flow with an amazing view. The spa therapists have really been transformed since my last visit to the spa and currently they are excellent 10/10.

A very comfortable hotel with all the facilities you would want. Lovely pool on the roof. Good food. Helpful staff.

The bathroom was super luxurious and the breakfast out of this world.

When we arrieved at the front desk my wife were crying because of news about the death of our little cat at home. The frontdesk wore very kind and sent us some wine and cookies, also she gave a huge hug on her. That was very especial.

Superb hotel in a stunning setting in the middle of the French Concession. Magnificent gardens especially in the middle of a very busy city. Unbelievable choice for breakfast including bread pudding and custard!

The fact that they had WiFi. .They had cutlery and everything necessary to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Inside the apartment was fine, clean. Smelled like smoke when we got in which wasn’t nice, but overall it is taken care of inside well.

You had to pay for everything and the physical room was not the same as that of the photos. I will never be going here again as it’s all about cash.

The environment and position of the room was perfect.

Although it was a old building and I was initially put off by it, the room was immaculate and ha everything my daughter and I needed for our stay. To me it was affordable and the location excellent. I will definitely go there again if it is at she same price. It was my money’s worth. Thank you.

Location brilliant – 2 minutes walk from seafront restaurants, etc. Big comfortable bed. Spacious apartment. Applicances in kitchen reasonable quality. Dizzys bar opposite was friendly and reasonably priced. Good steaks at The Butchers and Hussars Grill.

Only 1 bath for 5 peopll Should have en suite in main bedroom and additional bath/ toilet for da rest of family. I didnt like this

Katrin and her husband picked us up at the airport!! Big Plus! Everything was like it shows on the pictures. Nice shower, great bed, soft & fresh towels. The apartment is located in the center of Cape Town…

The view. The property was awesome and just as pictured.

I stayed in both apartments (1008 & 908) for an extended period of time. Communications with the host was quick, personal and easy. The location is perfect for exploring both the city as well as surrounding areas like Stellenbosch and Franschhoek thanks to easy access to the highway. Dedicated parking spot inside the parking garage makes having a rental car simple, supermarket is across the street. Overall I can highly recommend both apartments, also for longer stays in Cape Town. Compared to other locations in Cape Town that I have stayed in the pictures you see are 1:1 what you are getting.

The location was good for me. The owner was super helpful and kind.

This is a fantastic studio apartment in downtown Cape Town. It was previously a commercial building, which was converted into residential units within the last ten years. The apartment finishes and furnishings are top notch. It’s immaculately clean, dead quiet (with the windows closed--and still fairly quiet even when open), and very comfortable, with a great bed and bedding. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The largest concentration of Cape Town’s best restaurants are in the downtown area, all within a ten-minute walk from the apartment (and several within only a few blocks). It’s a very secure building with 24-hour front-desk staff and underground parking. The host is absolutely wonderful. Note that unit 1008 (being on the 10th floor) has a slightly better view, slightly less street noise, and slightly nicer finishes (e.g., stone rather than laminate countertops). I think it’s worth the few extra bucks.

The location, the location, the location… It is in the city center of Cape town with less than a minute walking distance from a bus stop, 10 minutes walking to civic center and less to long street. It is in a high floor so it isn’t noisy, they have a very safe and secure system for the building admission and the car parking. it was really a comfort place with ALL the amenities and facilities needed. Katrin" the hostess" was really helpful and nice, she met us upon arrival to give us the keys and to show us around. I think it is the best stay in cape town city center.

As a business traveler the apartment perfectly suited my needs. Very friendly host, very clean and comfortable apartment. Exactly what I wanted.

The apartment was unbelievably spacious and everything was excellent inside. It was lovely to see the Harbour in operation. we arrived very late at night. Siya was absolutely courteous and brought us the key at that time of night around 23h00. The same thing the next day as my team left for Joburg and i had to extend my stay by a night and moved to Canal Quays from HB. Excellent stay. very happy.

I loved the very friendly and welcoming staff at reception.

The staff was friendly and welcomed me to the Hotel and also had a welcome drink. They catered for all my needs and I was impressed with the service received.

The two-bedroom suite was like a private apartment, complete with living room and kitchenette. We were two couples and found it very clean, comfortable, and that we had our own space as well. The high-tech coffee machine was a bonus – loved starting the day with it! Don’t miss the milkshakes in the hotel bar!

The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was the best

Ontbijt was prima, elke ochtend fulltime english! Rooms are very basic but oké. Beds and duvets perfect. We had room with small terrace, chairs and Table were not clean.
